I had come to ship some time sensitive documents going to immigration. The service was excellent, workers are very polite and customer friendly and sometimes go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied. They showed me all my options for next day service and my documents got there right on time. The other time I was here I wanted to ship a PS4 to Atlanta but I didn't have any box or packaging with me, but they assured they will take care of it since it was a fragile item. I had asked the receiver to send me pictures of the package and the item once it gets delivered and when he did I was surprised how amazingly the packaging had been done. These guys are professionals when it comes to packing. I will always comes back here for all my shipping and packing needs.

Then they turned around and said they had quoted the price wrong and that it was actually $1 per side. This is absolutely outrageous and beyond ridiculous!!! Doing business like this is really shameless. People who lack basic ethics will eventually be dealt with by karma.

However, the store employee insisted that I had to use the original packaging, and told me that if I needed an additional box, I would have to pay separately for the box. I understand that UPS may charge for packing services, but the problem is that the employee presented the original packaging as a requirement when Amazon's return instructions did not say that. Customers should not be pressured into paying extra for packaging based on requirements that are not actually stated in the return instructions. I would not recommend this location for Amazon returns.

Had to send a package, and since it's around the holidays there were quite a few people in there -- a line had formed. I appreciated that the woman was aware of the line, and actually asked if I was next (she wasn't sure who was there, me or the other women behind me). She helped me quickly, getting my info, and having a label printed. The whole thing took minutes, and I had my receipt and tracking number. The inside of the store was warm, well lit, organized, and clean. Saw plenty of boxes and envelopes on shelves, desktop computer stations (2-3), instructions on the walls for passports, a large copy machine, and a stand to write on.

I would spend hundreds of dollars for both film purchasing, developing and storage photo boxes. I have a strong proclivity for photography of taking lot of photos. I ponder the thought if Flushing Photo Center can pull photos from old digital CompactFlash (CF) memory card by SanDisk and store to a CD. Forward. With a looming deadline for my U.S. passport renewal, my family member and I enter this business and obtained two set of photos each, respectively total $18.36. I wish I wore some makeup and styled my hair. My concern is my weary appearance. Briefly, I felt I was taking either my high school or college yearbook portraits all over again. "Tilt your head this way, don't smile too much showing your teeth. Tilt your head again! Passport photos must look natural." The photographer uses a digital SLR camera and photos are color printed in your presence. Efficient, but not cheap. Nota Bene: A standard U.S. passport photo size must be exactly 2 in. X 2 in. (51 mm X 51 mm). Digital versions must be 600 X 600 pixels. Business cards are available for grabs. This business is fluent in Mandarin and English. Despondently, I did not hear any Cantonese.
