10/10 The BEST costomer service I have receive out of all the stores I've been to . Derrick is Always nice with a smile on his face and ready to assist customers with anything they need . He helps me all the time whenever I am having trouble and always makes sure my packages are safely packaged and ready to be shipped. There are many locations that I could go to that would go to but I chose this one specifically because it feels like home . Everyone is so nice. read more

Yet again I find myself looking for a notary. Surprisingly, only UPS has a notary but Fedex doesn't. I find myself wondering why Fedex doesn't just go ahead and add that service to their resume but whatevs. UPS gets my business! This Piedmont location is on the smaller side but despite them being busy, they jumped in to help me quickly. I had to get a form notarized and then mailed next day which they helped me do all within 15 min of arriving. I was in and out without any issues. Customers always come in with 'tude here and it baffles me why. You do realize the workers here are just people who work here and are not the CEO or other leadership of the company? Take your complaints elsewhere! read more

I have used this location for my business mailing address for almost 2 years now. Although they are more expensive than a USPS box I prefer the smaller setting and the personal feel. Because of the size, it feels safer than the post offices that were options for me. The owners and staff are friendly and professional. They are always responsive when I email questions and when I call. I have not had any mail issues whatsoever using this facility. They have even reached out to me when potential clients have mistakenly come to their office trying to find me and they are so friendly about it. I had a pretty awful experience the first time and thought...maybe they were just having a bad day? So, I tried again and they were closed (during posted online hours), went by today and guess what? It wasn't just that day. Turns out they are cranky and unhelpful everyday. There's something to be said for consistency I suppose. Greeted by store owner with a snarky "Can I help you with something?!" Oh no...I find the beige and brown painted walls and unkempt store of yours soothing, I think I'll just stand here awhile. O_o Needed to print a return shipping label for my package. It's $2 to use the computer and .10 for every page you print. So it cost me 2.10 to print a shipping label. What the what?! I mention to the employee that I've never been charged at a UPS store to simply print a label and he responded with "well, we get lots of people who do that." Oh, okay, I see. Umm, no wait, I don't. You are a store that ships things, people should be able to print shipping labels. I usually visit the UPS Store on Peachtree and Wieuca and I guess they have spoiled me! They have never charged me to use the computer (they even waived the .10 print fee once when they were very busy and I had to wait). They are so outgoing, helpful and friendly! I don't know why I even bothered with this place. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice UPS store and I avoid you like the plague. read more

NEVER EVER SHIP ANYTHING FROM HERE. They steal or throw away items that you give them to ship. I just received a notice from Corsair that the item that I was returning was missing from the box I shipped it in using their shipping labels. The staff member that was behind the counter was rude, argumentative, and didn't know their job at all. It was so bad I had to ask for the manager to even finish shipping my package. He came over and fixed everything that the person messed up. Then I get a notice from Corsair that my package was delayed in shipping because the power supply was missing. The jokes on whoever did this because it was broken anyways. read more

This UPS store must think their customers are idiots - I got this UPS store from a list recommended by a local auction house to ship some pieces from Atlanta to Savannah. Their quote was $198.38! I own a retail store in Savannah and ship often so I know what it should cost - $35 to $40 at most. When I called the auction house to express my shock they agreed to ship it for me for $69.00 which included a fair service charge. I advised them to remove this office from their list as it reflects badly on them and since this wasn't the first such comment they probably will. **********BEWARE*********. I will simply state the facts and let you, the prospective customer, decide if you want to do business with these folks. I was interested in bidding online on a glass vase from a local Atlanta auction company. The vase was 9 inches tall. Just a regular vase. nothing extra. It looked like beaker. The auction company suggested I get a shipping quote from a local pack and ship service because they do not do any packaging and shipping. They provided a list of UPS stores to contact for a quote. I live in California. The vase is in Georgia. I estimated the box to be 12x12x12. For sake of argument, lets use a 14x14x14 inch box. That is plenty large enough. I just checked a 14x14x14 box that weighs 7 pounds with a value of 300 insurance. I printed a label from California to New York using UPS and it is, get this, $28.82. The quote I was given to pick the vase up from the auction company, pack and ship from Atlanta to Los Angeles was $193.44. WTF!? Lets break that down. A 14x14x14 box, bubble wrap, foam peanuts, $15.00 That is being generous. So now we are at $43.82. So they want to charge me $149.62 to pick up the vase, ( they more than likely are going there to pick up other items), Pack and ship to me. The packaging job takes about 10 minutes tops. So that is beyond outrageous and is laughable. Their cost is actually about 40 dollars or less. They want to charge 150 dollars profit for 10 minute job. That is soooooo not cool. read more

So you would think for the little interactions it would take to simply drop off packages going to Amazon, complete with prepaid shipping, I would not hate this place. But I am still mad at them over 48 hours later. You'd think I would have no review if I've just had to drop shit off. I mean the first time I ever took anything here, I could not tell you anything interesting at all about it. I stood there until someone was like "you can just leave it on the counter." Okay thanks for making me stand here like I really had to wait in line. I decided to just sell all my textbooks back to the third party Amazon has in exchange for credit. With the choice of prepaid UPS or USPS shipping, I went with the faster option. I figured I'd swing by here on the way to take MARTA downtown for a 9:30 class on Tuesday. I checked the UPS website for store hours, and it says they open at 8am. Perfect. I arrive at 8:38am to a sign that says 9am. Now I've already lugged a 15 pound box of textbooks all the way over here by walking...not by driving. So I stood there and waited. And waited. And waited. Finally, 15 minutes later someone arrives to open up the place. When I tell him the website says the store opens at 8, I get an "oh." Not a sorry, or how long have you been here waiting, just "oh." Oh then, I will get in my car next time and go to a different store, thank you. I did however manage to get to my first class with 5 minutes to spare, just really hungry. I had to return an item I purchased on Amazon. They charged me $2.00 to use the computer to print my label. I felt like that is a terrible customer policy and they should consider changing it. After also paying for a package and label, it cost me $10 to return a $15 item. read more

Certain employees always seem to be in a bad mood here. No "hi," no "thank you," no questions, no answers, no communication, no nothing... I'm starting to see why automation is increasing so drastically. If employees are vacant of the basic qualities that human beings possess, maybe it makes sense for them to be replaced with robots or machines. I went to drop off my xbox to be repaired, and the tape they gave me came apart. So I asked them if I could re tape the box and they charged me $1 for tape!!!! Not to buy the tape, which I should've went to target to buy, but to use three strips of tape $1. That's cheap and inconsiderable. I'm never returning read more

I had a very simple experience at this UPS Store. I saw a lot of people had questions the times and gave low ratings because of the hours of operation being wrong. However the folks here are truly exceptional. I work with Chris on a package that provided information on a large business deal. He knew his stuff and took care of me right away.
