I can't say enough great things about Greg at TV Outlet. I recently purchased a home for my daughter and flew to Phoenix to get everything ready before her move-in. We had a long list of projects to complete, and one of our top priorities was getting all of the appliances installed and a TV mounted in the living room before we left town. Greg made the entire process easy. He helped us choose the perfect size TV for the space and went above and beyond by connecting us with a professional installer who was able to get everything mounted and completed within our tight timeline. His knowledge, customer service, and willingness to help made a huge difference. Without Greg's assistance, we likely would not have been able to finish everything in time for our daughter's arrival. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about his customers and is willing to go the extra mile, I highly recommend Greg and TV Outlet. read more

Great tv at a great price. Greg was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Ended up getting an OLED for about what I would have spent for a QLED at Costco. This is my new go-to spot for tv's. The only problem is that I couldn't talk my wife into a 75" but I can hardly hold Greg responsible for that. read more

The TV Outlet - 65 LG OLED tv - Electronics Near Me - Tempe, Arizona

I purchased a Samsung Q60C from here back in April, and I'm still super happy with my purchase. Greg was possibly the most pleasant salesperson I've ever dealt with. He thoroughly answered all the questions I had, and there were quite a few. I also really appreciate that he didn't try to sell me anything that was over my budget. Would definitely stop by here again! read more

The TV Outlet - Electronics Near Me - Tempe, Arizona

BACKGROUND STORY: My wife and I just moved from one apartment to another. We hired movers and among the other things that were damaged, of course, my $1,100 65" Samsung Q60T QLED 4K flatscreen was one of them... completely broken and unwatchable. REVIEW: My wife and I then tried finding another TV and started looking at ton of places. Thank God my wife's Dad recommended The TV Outlet. It's a store where you can get more than what you pay for (so it's only natural that any human would love those type of offers). My wife's Dad has bought 3 or 4 TV's from this place and said he wouldn't go anywhere else... and honestly... I have to agree with him. Not only can you get a great TV for a low price, but the customer service was simple and great. Chance, the representative, is a great guy who is mindful of your price range and does NOT pressure you to buy anything at all. He gave us great facts about what to look for in a TV and each TV's performance capabilities based off their different models/brands. He continuously reminded us that he didn't want us to buy anything that was out of our budget range. Chance was very professional, respectful and overall very human. So I left out a ton of stuff about Chance and the business that made our experience better than Google's 5 out of 5 star limit but I would definitely recommend The TV Outlet as my #1 pick. I don't know when I plan to get another TV but I'll know where to go when I do. To Chance, Much appreciated for your help dude! Even though you're just just doing your job, thanks for making the experience a human one. Stay Blessed man! read more

My husband and I were in the hunt for a new tv for our guest room and bedroom. We heard about the TV Outlet and headed there after work. When we arrived the store was closing up and Greg the owner happily opened the store for us. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He went over the differences in pricing and specs of each tv we were interested in. We ended up purchasing both tv's and will be back in the future. We will also be recommending TV Outlet to our family and friends! read more

This place is the best deal in town. The owner, Greg, is really great and seems to really care about his customers and their experiences. As others have mentioned, Greg was super knowledgeable about all the products - not just in his store, but also across the industry. Whenever I purchase my next TV, or have friends and family in the market, this is where I'm sending them for their first stop. read more

Let me tell you there is certain moments that you come across that restore your faith in retail businesses in America. I live in California. And I actually ordered $1000 sound bar for in-store pick up and obviously there in Arizona whoops. I called the next morning and talk to Greg he pretty much already knew what I was calling for and was so on point dealing with my blunder and taking care of it instantly. I just wish more stores had this level of customer service!!! Kudos! read more

Great experience! My boyfriend had been wanting to upgrade from our little 32" TV to a 65" TV but wanted to do some research as it would be a big purchase for us. We shopped around at Best Buy and did some online research and landed on wanting a Samsung. I saw TV outlet online (we are new to the area) and they had great reviews. My boyfriend is typically weary of making big purchases at outlet stores but agreed to checking it out as they had the general TV selection we were interested in and within 15 - 20 minutes of being there we had confidently purchased and loaded a 70" Samsung Crystal UHD 7 series in our car. It was $629 (pretax) but going for $749 (pretax) at Best Buy. The TV is brand new and TV outlet offers a better exchange policy than most other retailers if you are hesitant (30 days I believe). Best deal around! Greg and AJ are great, friendly and knowledgeable - we would definitely go back and are very happy with our purchase! read more

First and foremost, I've never seen so many TVs in my life so I knew that there was zero possibility of me leaving without one. Greg was fantastic to work with! He was insightful, delightful, and clearly passionate about TVs. Like when I say passionate, I mean Best Buy on steroids passionate. Seriously, don't go to Best Buy or another big box entertainment store because Best Buy doesn't have Greg has an employee. read more

We have purchased multiple TVs and sound systems already and returned for the value and customer service. Greg is great with helping make better decision's for our needs. Big room, small bedroom, viewing angles, and knowledge getting us to better solutions. Returned with a problem, solved and learned more about reconfiguring the TV. High Value. Thank You. read more

These guys are awesome! My boyfriend's been looking for a new tv on a budget and we got a GREAT deal here. They had a large variety of tvs and prices on display to look at. Their website is current and you can even buy online. Everything we wanted to see from the website was there at the price listed. The two guys working were very friendly and assisted us when needed. Sale was quick and they bring it right to your car. I will definitely buy my next tv from here! read more

Just stopped in to check out the inventory and ended up leaving with the new 65 inch LG oled. Greg was awesome and new exactly what I wanted. I ended up paying a couple hundred less than going to a big box store. Will use TV outlet for my purchases moving forward. read more

This place is a secret gold mine! Owner is a plethora of TV knowledge and shares it willing, which is so appreciated and he is the antithesis of a Car Salesman. You can by a TV from lots of places, but it's this type of customer service that makes me want to buy from his store. Plus, seriously these are brand new TVs, they only take them out of the box to make sure they are working. They are not refurbished in the sense they were once broken and needed new parts. It's mind blowing that you can get TVs this cheap. Trust me and buy your next TV here. I purchased 3 for less than one of them would cost from any other retailer! read more

To anyone looking for a TV, please contact me before making any purchases at the TV Outlet. I was scammed by this company and lost over $500. I was sold a product that completely stopped working a few months after purchase. The TV OUTLET did absolutely nothing and offered absolutely nothing. They are not interested in any issues or complaints regarding their products. They want your money and have zero regard for the customer. This has been an ongoing battle with the Arizona State Attorney Generals office regarding non working TV purchased here. Please message me before ever purchasing or visiting this store. They do not care about anything other than your credit card number. Please DO NOT shop here. Please have your friends or family message me so I can provide all the photos and a nightmare story at the hands of this store. Also- After posting this exact message on their Facebook page, they blocked me. Can you imagine a company blocking a customer that purchased a broken TV...WELL, The TV Outlet did that to me today. Thank you read more

Went TV shopping today and visited the usual big box warehouse stores and the appliances stores with no luck in finding what I was specifically looking for. Stumbled upon The TV Outlet and decided to check them out & was glad that I went in! Greg is very knowledgeable in the newest of TV tech & answered all my questions. No sales pressure like the appliance stores and Greg had what I was looking for in stock and didn't try to up sell me on something more expensive. I had asked a couple questions on certain brands and his answers were honest & informative. And of course the price point was an incredible deal! I had visited 5 places prior and none of them could come close to the prices at The TV Outlet. About 10 minutes was spent talking about TVs. The other 20 mins was spent chatting about growing up in Az and other random stuff. This is what customer service is all about! I will definitely share w/friends to visit Greg at The TV Outlet for their futureTV purchases! read more
