    I've shopped and purchased appliances at B&B appliances four times now. Once was a dryer that died…read morein a rental home, once for a dryer that my kid sent crayons through (I tried and tried, but just couldn't clean that dryer drum enough), another to replace kitchen and washer appliances in my own home, and kitchen appliances for a rental. I appreciate the selection between new, out of box new, pre-owned and reconditioned. I come in with a budget and an idea of what appliance needs I have and it's easy to find what fits within your constraints. I've never received an appliance that hasn't worked and their delivery has always been within the estimated windows. I've shopped around at other national, local and independent retailers and B&B has always had the best prices for the same or similar item at competing stores with delivery and takeaway of the old. I won't say that I shop at B&B exclusively because I always do my research and shop around, but I've yet to NOT to purchase from B&B after comparing four or five appliance retailers. Take that for what it is, a ringing endorsement for you to not waste time waiting for a deal on Black Friday, Memorial Day or Fourth of july and make your way to B&B for your next appliance purchase.

    This was my 3rd appliance from Great Deals. As usual I was more than pleased with their selection…read more I needed a 30" wide frig with ice maker. Other dealers wanted to sell me bigger side by sides or would charge to deliver and another change to take away the old appliance (Spencer's). They also wanted to sell me a separate (new) hook up for the water, another $15. Yanira had what I wanted and the price was right and did not charge for delivery or removal of old frig. Unfortunately, the frig that was delivered (after I had water line fixed in wall) would not work the ice maker. Yanira and Anna both arranged for a new ice maker to be installed (2nd trip). Still ice maker would not co-operate and refused to provide me with ice. Now the GOOD part comes, Not wanting to be out done, Yanira and Anna got me another 30" frig with ice maker. Keep it hooked up over two nights to make sure it would work and then at my convenience, delivered it (3rd trip) and had it installed. Now my tenant (Brother in Law) is happy and no longer refers to me as an A/H. Thanks, YANIRA AND ANNA will be using you again in the future. GOOD PRICES, GOOD DELIVERY, GOOD SERVICE! New phone cost $600 by the way. It took them over five hours to try and sync everything I went back to pick up my phone and they said everything synced over just fine. I get home. I have none of my text messages. Half of my contacts are gone at least eight of my apps were not synced over with the login, information, passwords, etc. Total waste of my time and it is taking me forever to get everything back on. I walked out frustrated, disappointed, and honestly heartbroken that what should've been a feel-good memory turned into one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. T-Mobile -- what happened to you? You used to stand for something. I remember a time when your brand meant care, simplicity, and service. Now it feels like I walked into a retail graveyard staffed by people who either weren't trained... or just didn't care. Daisy, the main rep, seemed completely out of her depth. I genuinely tried to give her grace, but when I -- the customer -- seemed to more about what was going wrong than she did, something's off. The phone wouldn't update due to full memory, and instead of addressing that, she just kept tapping the same button to update an app -- over and over -- like she was waiting for a miracle. It wasn't troubleshooting... it wasn't creative problem solving... It was robotic, vacant, and frankly alarming. She didn't look like she was all there. Then Xavier, aka "X," stepped in -- and somehow made it worse. His contribution? Telling us: "Everyone loses info when they get a new phone." That's your customer support strategy? Disregard, deflect, and disappear? I've transferred form device to device plenty of times and never missed info. Just boils down to how much you want to try and help. And as if to underline how little we mattered, he warned us WiFi would shut off in one minute -- then vanished behind the back room and killed the signal. You know what that communicates? "We don't care. You're not our priority. Good luck out there." T-Mobile: this wasn't just poor service -- it was a masterclass in how to destroy brand loyalty in almost two hours. I didn't just waste time or money today. I lost a moment I'll never get back. And I want someone at the top -- not just support, not just management -- but someone who still remembers what this brand used to be to ask themselves how many other customers are being driven out the door like this. Because if this is your standard now? You've stopped being the "Un-carrier." You've just become another soulless corporation.
