I find myself back at this spot every week. I try to avoid it because I always want something different each week. There are so many options that I don't know where to start! First of all, their chicken sandwiches are on point. Quite frankly, they are the best in town. I have yet to find a place that rivals their sandwiches. My favorite is the Sweet T! LOVE ME SOME SWEET HONEY CHICKEN that just drips honey all over your mouth and on to your clothes. Bring extra clothes when you order this, it gets messy! Just how I like it! If you like heat, get the Nashville! The heat just simmers with every bite! Also before you question any of their chicken sandwhiches, their portions are HUGE!! You'll be full by the time you're done! Now you may ask, should I get Cracklins or Fries for $1 more. You can't go wrong with either, the seasoning used on their fries is delicious but if you're being health conscious and think, "Hey, I'm just eating way too many carbs with this Fried Chicken and the Sparrow Bun (Yes the buns are from Sparrow Bakery, DEERRRRICIOUS!!!) then may I suggest you order the cooked to made CRACKLINS! If you don't know, Pork Rinds are KETO eligible! Yes, you can eat that as part of your diet! No joke! Look it up! You're not going to find any place in this town that serves it fresh. The wait is 30 min for a great burger BUT the man that served me was the rudest person that I have ever encountered at a food service establishment. The irony of it is they have a sign that says be nice or leave. My suggestion would be to have one inside for the employees as a reminder. The burger wasn't half as good after his very rude behavior. Been wanting to try for a while now and they did not disappoint. I fancy myself a bit of a fried chicken conniseur and this is hands down the best chicken in Bend. Big portions and great flavors! I had the Nashville chicken sandwich that had the perfect amount of spice. Perfect flavor spice. On the side I had the Cracklins which were amazing. Best pork rinds I've had. The sweet chili spice was a great balance and a tiny bit of it got on my Nashville sandwich and it made me wish a little more had gotten sprinkled on the whole chicken breast. I was searching for a new lunch spot and saw The Tin Pig's Yelp ad. I thought the name was great so I decided to check out the menu and then I got super excited to try everything! Today I went with the Nashville fried chicken sandwich and it was perfection. From the crispy outside, to the juicy inside, to the Nashville hot sauce, I couldn't have asked for a better sandwich.
