    Lots of good things

Leave room for dessert, before you order. Happy Hour Monday through Friday 2-5 pm $1 off all beer, $2 off all wine & 25% off all appetizers. Peroni is $2.50 per bottle. Crostini changes with the season, but is always really good. The garlic parmesan fries are really not crack cocaine, but are as addictive. They have a membership program that gives you great value for your repeated patronage. With the better weather, the outdoor seating is a good option. Always great service;. The kitchen staff is fabulous. If you haven't tried it, you are really missing one of the best places to eat anywhere in Southern Idaho. Design your own meal - I think angel hair pasta with shrimp, sundried tomatoes, tossed with garlic & olive oil and topped with goat cheese is just about the most perfect thing to eat. Have it with a Cass Viognier and you will thank me.

Great little Italian restaurant with a few surprises! Food: 4.5/5. For an appetizer, we had the special which was friend Mac and cheese balls. I felt they were a little bland and could have used more of the sauce that was underneath. I got the baked tuscan penne, which was pretty good. I wish there were a few more tomatoes and artichoke hearts, but overall it satisfied by pasta craving. My husband had the Wagyu beef olive burger. The burger was amazing! The fries were some of the best fries I've ever had. I am still thinking about those fries. The complementary bread is delicious as well! Service: 5/5. The service was great. We got seated quickly and were constantly taken care of. Our food came out in a reasonable amount of time as well. The waitress was friendly as well. Atmosphere: 4/5. The restaurant is fairly small so we ended up sitting outside. The outside patio is an interesting place to dine and can be a bit noisy being right on State Street. Kid Friendly: 4/5. Being such a small restaurant, I would not necessarily recommend this restaurant for kids. We did see some kids inside that had highchairs. There is a kids menu of pasta, pizza, and chicken nuggets. Overall, it's a cute, intimate restaurant with good food. Can't wait to try it another time!

We just found Idaho's best kept dining secret: The Stuffed Olive! Their menu has a broad range of specialty items ranging from pastas, meat and veggie lasagna, salmon, chicken, salads, sandwiches and much more. Their "Chef Specials" consist of tasty homemade appetizers; flatbread, crostini. For example an entree of brown butter and burrata gnocchi paired with a wonderful dessert of mini peaches and cream trifle. The food is amazing, hats off to the chef Liz Martin. The service was also amazing. Our server Lexi was friendly, professional and very attentive. My wife and I throughly enjoyed the ambiance. The entire experience was nothing short of amazing. We will definitely be back.

Service was decent, the restaurant is cute and cozy. I love that they give you bread upon sitting down and offer to get you more when you run out. I did not like my food however, it was very bland and did not have much flavor, I also ordered tiramisu and it appeared to just be lady fingers with whipped cream on top. Not good at all and very crunchy. Glad I tried this place but I will most likely not be back a second time.

If you're looking for a good sandwich with soup combo and are in the Eagle area, I highly recommend The Stuffed Olive's Turkey, Bacon & Avocado with a cup of their signature Creamy Fire Roasted Tomato Soup ($16). It's my go to take out lunch order from this restaurant. Turkey Bacon Avocado Hand-sliced smoked turkey breast topped with crispy bacon, avocado, spinach, tomato, melted cheese, and housemade dijonnaise on a toasted baguette. $14 Creamy Fire Roasted Tomato Soup Our signature soup made in-house daily featuring roasted tomatoes, olive oil, basil, and cream. (*gf without croutons) $6 / $10 I like that even when you get a take-out order, they still give you the fresh-baked bread and olive oil that would have been served if you had dined in.

I loved the stuffed olive! A great casual spot if you're in the mood for some Italian. I built my own pasta which was absolutely delicious! Don't know where else you can do that. Service was great, a very cute restaurant.

The thing that jumped out at me was the photo of the burger, now call me crazy but I think at this point I can look at a menu, photos of food and then the reviews to guide me. Yelp hasn't failed me yet! The first thing was walking in the door there were two hostess who smiled and greeted me. We were seated at the bar since there were just two of us. I ordered the Crave burger with bacon and my guest ordered the house salad with tortilla soup. Everything was excellent! The burger was juicy, flavorful, the bacon was perfectly crispy, Smokey and the white cheddar cheese was the perfect compliment! Now let's talk about the bun, I typically don't eat burger buns but this one was the exception to the rule. It was homemade obviously, buttery, light, and toasted to perfection. I ate both of them! Hahahaha! I felt so dirty typing that the French fries were crispy, just the right amount of salty and fluffy on the inside, crispy on the outside. My guest agrees with everything in this review. The house salad was fresh, the vinaigrette was homemade and delicious and the tortilla soup was even great! The ambience was a place you could have a business meeting or take your significant other on a date night. There is literally something for everyone on their crave-able menu ( see what I did there?) Our server who was the bartender kept our glasses full and made sure he checked on us often. I found my new burger spot in Eagle, Idaho?!?! Five stars.

There's so much to choose from, which is great, but it might be a bit much for first-time visitors. It was quiet today, and the staff was very nice and helpful. We both ordered the soup and sandwich combo. The seating is a bit cold and not the most comfortable place to relax, but it's okay. My first big "yuck" was the beverage area. It was filthy! There was sticky liquid all over the counter and the floor! The floor was disgusting, not only with sticky soda but also crumbs under every table. By the time I sat down, I was sure it was my last visit here. The buzzer went off, and I walked up to get our food only to be told it wasn't ready! (What?) Anyway, I got it, and it looked really good! I had some hot Italian sandwich and tomato soup. It was amazing! I also got a small piece of a baguette that was wonderful! My wife had broccoli and cheese soup and said it was wonderful as well. She also had a one off custom sandwich that she loved. However, we had a double date planned and Kosta's was chosen for us. One of the best choices ever. The atmosphere is welcoming from the moment you walk in; friendly greeting within seconds of walking in, calming colors of blue and white adorn every wall with charming tablecloths on each table, and cute decor. Service was immediate with a carafe of water and a huge smile. I loved the vibe! Ordered a German Hefeweizen that came cold and frothy. Next came the Greek salad with the most juicy, crisp tomatoes, green peppers and cucumbers, then heavily sprinkled with feta cheese, a pinch of capers, and a side of the best Greek dressing I've ever tasted. I was originally taken aback that there was no lettuce, but real Greek salad doesn't have lettuce! I had no idea. Hubby and I shared the Broiler Mix from the appetizer menu so we could sample multiple items. The Broiler mix has 2 chicken skewers, 2 beef skewers, 2 Kefta patties, 2 chorizo, 2 pitas, fries, tomato wedges and a healthy dollop of tzatziki. The pita tasted homemade; it was soft, thick without being too think and didn't taste chalky. The skewers were exceptionally cooked...tender, flavorful pieces of chicken and beef. The kefta (lamb & beef) patties had a nice texture, which was enhanced with the herbaceous tzatziki sauce. The only disappointment was the chorizo as it was overcooked and dry. It was easy to overlook as everything else was a shining star. We would go back in a heartbeat....totally made me want to explore more Greek food there!
