I had the ultimate egg burger since I love fried eggs. My friend had a monthly limited time salad, but I don't remember what it was called. I believe it had braised beef in it. I enjoyed the burger and finished the entire thing without a problem. The fries on the other hand were a little soggy and lacked the crispiness I was looking for in fries. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, answered any question we had as it was our first time trying the Stand. Also want to shout out the intention that had to have gone behind designing the place. It's has an industrial type vibe inside and I really like that they went as far as painting the industrial ceiling area a flat gray. It's very clean and well kept even during busy times. Now to the important part, the food. We tried the French onion burger, classic chili cheese fries and a Thai tea shake. I really really liked the French onion burger, satisfies two cravings in one burger. The French onion jus that comes with it is well balanced and seasoned perfectly. We asked for medium rare and medium rare is what we got which honestly doesn't happen at most burger spots. The chili cheese fries were definitely classic; With shredded cheddar, tomatoes, diced onions and perfectly tasty chili! Now I liked the Thai tea shake and I would definitely order it again by itself. It just didn't pair well with everything we got. However it was delicious. Came here last Friday evening 3/27/26 because my brother wanted to eat here. I've been here before a few times and always had good experiences. I ordered the ABC burger medium, one order of chili cheese fries and their shake special Mint Chocolate Crunch Shake. Both the burger and chili cheese fries were average. I had to request ketchup cups because my burger was dry due to lack of ranch. The shake was ok. I believe there was more whip cream than ice cream. I wouldn't order it again. The tortilla chips provided a nice crunchy texture, and the tomato tortilla was a nice change of color to wrap things up. My 1 complaint regarding this wrap is the lack of quality control. To introduce and treat my husband a nice burger for lunch around Irvine, I did some research and found this casual restaurant. What stood out most of this place was the wide selections of burgers they have. It was during lunch time so I expected a large crowd but it wasn't that bad. The huge menu at the entrance was helpful and a little bit overwhelming at the same time because they weren't only serving burgers, which the burger menu itself was pretty big. I had to stand in front of the menu for a long time trying to figure out and it seemed like I wasn't the only one since many people couldn't easily go to the cash register to order. We ordered ABC burger, jalapeno bacon burger and chili fries to share. Later, we were curious of the shakes as well so we ordered cookies n' cream shake as a dessert. I would say that the shake was the best out of all the things we ordered since the chunks of Oreos on top were pretty nice with the smooth milkshake. The burgers were great but there wasn't anything really special about them as well as the fries. Service was wonderful except that we asked no onions on the chili fries but it was still there. Also, we have been told that large chili fries is enough to share so we went with it but it was not. The price seems high for what you get. The fries are not included so you have to order separately.
