I had the pleasure of trying this spot for the first time today, and can't say enough good things! Located conveniently near 27th and Willamette, this food truck is tucked into the space near The Crown Cafe. They serve breakfast and lunch, and everything is made small batch. The menu is vegetarian, and they offer solid vegan accommodations. Their priorities are freshness and delicious recipes, and it shows! The owners, Julie and Michael, are both amazing, kindhearted people. They are both great conversationalists that do an excellent job of getting to know their customers and make everyone feel welcome. The flavors are incredible, and you can tell that careful consideration was paid to making each note work together. I highly recommend the salad, which features the most delicious tangy shallot-poppyseed dressing, herbed chèvre for the cheese lovers, pepitas, citrusy roasted beets, and peppered honey. I was graciously allowed to try a sample, and was immediately won over and left with a full-size to save for dinner. Their menu also features fresh smoothies and açaí bowls for those interested in a clean, powerful breakfast. If you're in South Hills and looking for a delicious place for a healthy brunch, this is the spot. They're on a brand new journey, and I'm on a mission to help more people find this place and help them do what they do best -- make amazing recipes! Overall, highly impressive and I can't wait to visit again for more!

Literally no notes. Food is delicious, owners are delightful. Get all the cheeses on your burrito and thank me later.

4 stars for a pretty darn good noodle dish, relative to the average Thai food truck in Eugene. This…read moreis a noodle dish I ordered like a year ago, but I still remember it being good because it had the wide fresh noodles, plenty of flavor, and a lot of basil in there. I notice that their menu is huge, with a ton of specials. Great for those who want variety every time they come. 5 stars for friendliness and fast service. The guy who works there is as nice as can be. 1 star for salad rolls. It says "fresh vegetables" but the roll had one miniscule piece of tofu (1/2 inch wide?) and the rest is pure lettuce. I think there were a couple mint leaves in there. No carrots, cuke, cilantro, or any other kind of vegetable you can imagine, and barely any tofu. Peanut sauce was delicious and worth adding to the order, as the chili sauce it comes with is ok but syrupy sweet. Adding in the peanut sauce for $2, that came to $10 for lettuce. Inflation is hitting us all hard... restaurants included. But tofu and carrots are not that expensive, right? And if they ran out of ingredients, they should just say so. Yelping about petty things is not a nice thing to do. This review reflects my frustration about a broader pattern that goes beyond this one restaurant (which is why I don't include this in the star rating). Eugene restaurants often do not try to keep up basic standards because there's insufficient competition, and they get away with things that wouldn't fly in a big city. I wish more restaurants, including food trucks, took pride in what they put on the plate.

First of all - everything came out piping hot. So fresh and satisfying. We got red curry and pad Thai. Both were absolutely delicious. We get Thai very regularly in the Bay Area and we weren't sure what to expect in Eugene. But seriously fast, fresh and awesome!! Don't hesitate - give this place a try.

My family rolled in three sandwiches deep fried chicken, hamburger, pulled pork, like we were assembling the Avengers of handheld meat. Every single one showed up and dunked on the others. There was no loser. There was only us, sitting in stunned silence, chewing like we'd just witnessed a religious event. Then the fries arrived with curry dipping sauce and honestly? Rude. Absolutely rude of them to be that good. The cucumber salad was there to make us feel like responsible adults for approximately four bites before we went back to the sandwiches. My daughter has apparently been sneaking off to this place her ENTIRE time at school here and said NOTHING. Not one word. Total gatekeeping. I found out about Zandos the way you find out your kid has a secret second family. Also ... whatever business arrangement Zandos has going with Crow and Cart is an actual game changer. Someone give these people a key to the city. Michelin, I know you're reading this. Get in the car. Im sad that it took 4 years for us to find the best food in Eugene . Instead, it tasted greasy in every bite. The complimentary specialty sauce also wasn't my favorite. Second, I tried the Cheeseburger (no pickles). I was excited for this one, but it ended up being way too salty. The Porker was definitely the standout. Every bite was flavorful, and the sauce was really good. I'd recommend this one. They also have a beer garden next to the food truck where you can enjoy food and drinks. The atmosphere was clean and nice.
