Went back April 21. Angel was our server, everything was just as delicious,but the vibe was even better. The music was perfect. We had gone to False Idol on the 19th, still a great tiki bar, the decor is rad. But honestly, after trying both bars within a couple of days, id say the Saturn at The Space Pad was every bit as tasty. Really fun spot in downtown Oceanside, hidden inside Kilowatt. Small space with limited seating. Great tiki style cocktails, small Hawaiian inspired bites, and incredible atmosphere like you walked into another world. Staff is fantastic! This place is inside (at the back) of Kilowatt Brewing. GREAT atmo, amazing decor/lighting, super nice staff. Every so often, a Darth Vader or Jetsons music/light show will happen. Definitely eat before you come. The few food items they have weren't available because their fish order hadn't come. (Their menu items mostly contain fish). You can order food items from the Kilowatt menu though. I wasn't a fan of the mozzarella sticks. They had no seasoning or flavor, and the marinara sauce was bland and sad.
