    Wedge Salad

Arguably went here at an odd time of day (3:30 pm) so they were offering a limited menu. I decided on the Wedge Salad and I was not disappointed!! Topped with delicious crunchy fried onions and fantastic blue cheese dressing. Only gave me 1 cherry tomato? Dressing has a kick to it - but I loved it! Great cozy atmosphere. Sat at the bar- again, they were between lunch and dinner and busy prepping but bartender was very friendly, service was good. Will be back!

The Social is a great place to chill and have an adult libation when in DT Chattanooga. They are right on point. The service is impeccable! The wait staff is wonderful and helpful in pushing you over the edge on your decision if you can't make up your mind. No...really. They're helpful in that by describing the drink down to its last detail. Not a lot of waiters take the time to do that but ours did and I'm happy for that! I came here with my daughter and we thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere. We didn't sit at the bar. We sat at one of their cozy semi-private alcoves and our waiter came right away to take care of us. We had a wine and cheese appetizer, which was very good. The rest of the drinks are strong, well thought out and pretty. Chattanooga has a whiskey distillery and has fabulous whiskey, which The Social incorporates into quite a few of their curated and crafted drinks. We were also having food at Public House next door (actually, they share a space), so we just had a quiet meal on The Social side. I had fried chicken, which was crispy and juicy and fabulous! Daughter had pot roast, which melted in the mouth. This is one of the best sophisticated bars in DT Chatt for a drink. It's also one of the best places in Chatty for food. We can't wait to go back!

My husband and I stumbled upon The Social after checking into our hotel across the street. We stopped in for their oyster happy hour and ended up staying for dinner. The oysters and marinated olives were a perfect start to the evening. As a sober girl, I was SO grateful for the zero-proof cocktails on the drink menu! We decided to do the chefs choice option for dinner and we loved every single thing we were served! Perfect portions and unique flavors enjoyed in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our server was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable, making our date night absolutely perfect! 10/10 Recommend!!

This is my favorite happy hour place! It seems that everything is just $5. And the food is delicious. Pot Roast nachos , trout dip and chicken fingers with thinly cut fries. OMG!!!! Take a look at the pictures I posted. You will see the portions are large. Several wines and beers are also included in that price. The restaurant/bar has a very comfortable atmosphere and service is terrific. Two hour parking is free. Close to hotels and pedestrian friendly streets.

The Social at Warehouse Row on Market Street in Chattanooga is a cool place for drinks and food in a relaxed and laid back atmosphere. I like the location and space and how everything is laid out here. The staff here is attentive and works hard to make sure that you have everything you need to have fun and a good time. They are well worth the visit.

The Social SLAYED my expectations, indeed it's the best bar in Chattanooga !! It shares the kitchen with the Public House, so it gives the best of both worlds and 'KIDS WERE ALLOWED' in the bar area to my surprise ;) Had the "BEST" hard to find North Carolina trout, dynamite whiskey with peanuts immersed in a Coke bottle (no exaggerations, they had one hell of a selection of whiskeys) & the creamiest grit ever!! They also had an exceptional service, something that I look for more than anything at a restaurant. Highly recommend this place located in Warehouse Row to the visitors in Chattanooga. I can drive 90 minutes from ATL just for their cocktails ;)

Lunch to was way above standard Lets begin with the service. Amy our server was clearly a cut above the average staff! She greeted me with a genuine smile the reached her eyes, she said the seating was open and told me to sit anywhere I liked. She was quick to provide water service and additional beverages as requested. She was pleasent and very customer focused as she took our orders and made the dinning experience a fun filled event. As a topper to the great service she even took care of a to go drinks On to food, lunch here is typical very good. Today was no exception I had the special (swordfish) my companion had Chicken Bites food was a value, portions were perfect for a lunch. All of this was done is a timely manner that allowed us to return to work with no time pressure go in and bless these folks, shop local, eat local

Great happy hour with a nice vibe. They have a decent selection of craft beers on tap but it's really about the cocktails.

The drinks were pretty good. But the man-bun to hetero ratio was far too heavy on the man-bun side.

Can't recommend this cocktail bar enough!…read more We visited the bar late night while staying at the hotel and it did not disappoint. Despite clearly being short staffed and having a busy night - we were greeted almost immediately and encouraged to help ourselves to a seat. We sat at a table away from the bar (only one available) and a server came by to take our drink order. Before he could return, another employee - who was running food to another table - immediately came over to us after to see if we wanted to order food (which we did!). She took our order, then the drinks arrived and before we knew it the food was out and was incredible! The menu is quite limited - and even more so when you one of you doesn't eat meat - and yet we were able to make a meal out of 2 caesar salads, the hummus plate and the deviled eggs. And don't even get me started on the cocktails! We started with a Manhattan and an Espresso Martini that were perfectly crafted. And then for our dessert round switched to their signature Old Fashioned. Each one was better than the next! Thanks for an incredible time, Whiskey Thief. We will definitely we back!

If you want outdoor seating, get here early because space outside is limited. Inside, there's plenty of seating options with high-top tables, couches, and bar seating that create a relaxed atmosphere. We came mainly for the view and drinks, and the view absolutely delivered. Watching the sunset over the river was easily the highlight of the experience and worth seeing at least once. For drinks, we ordered Old Fashioneds and Margaritas. Unfortunately, both were just average and didn't live up to the setting or atmosphere. Service was also disappointing. The staff was not very attentive, and at one point we actually had to leave our table and go to the bar to find our waiter. In the end, the incredible view couldn't make up for the mediocre drinks and poor service. Great view, but this ended up being a one-and-done visit for us.

My main complaint, if any, is it is very open and loud…read more Service was great and server recommended the poke, which turned out to be a wonderful part of the meal. This restaurant is located in the Chatanooga Choo Choo train station building. The entrance is in the front, altough you might be able to enter from inside the station. I have been in the area numerous times and this is the first time I had dinner in this area. This was a late dinner, so we focused on sharing a few plates over a full meal. I did not write down the type of oysters on the menu that day, but got one of each of the rotating oysters. The poke was the star. Very nicely prepared with a wide variety of vegetables to complement the fish and rice. The kale was my least favorite, but the way they prepared it added to the poke. After trying different things individually, we mixed it into the biggest mess. She had the elderflower sour, which was a nice blend of sweet and sour, with cucumbers to offset some of the sweet. I usually get a old fashioned, but decided to get the Road Less Traveled, which was similar to my norm, but with a blackberry twist. I would definitely visit again, given the chance. Solid restaurant.
