I was able to visit this store and found a large selection of wide and extra-wide width shoes for men and women in quality, name brand shoes. Stylish and traditional styles. They are pricey but compared to other shoe stores that do not carry extra wide width shoes, I was fine with the pricing. After all, quality and well constructed shoes are always a better value and your feet will thank you. The Owner helped me on one of the hottest days of the year to date and I'm sure I tired her out with all the shoe try-ons but hopefully, she appreciated my purchase of not one, but two pairs of higher priced shoes.

IRun! By far the most experienced staff you will find to help you get the best running shoe for…read moreyour foot and gait. IRun is a small shop tucked in the NW corner by Safeway. It's staffed by mostly ultra runners (those who run races longer than the marathon). Mark (owner), James (manager) and Lisa (sales) are all 100 mile race runners. They know about running and more importantly, they know about the product they are selling you. IRun only carries shoes they believe in and would wear themselves. Their prices are fair, they always have sales, and you can return the pair if you wear them once and realize they aren't a good fit. IRun is a local, family run shop that supports community races and training. You can also go in and join them for group runs or Monday night core work. They are a fantastic group of people!

Sure enough, she came over prepared with that foot scale thing and a notepad, helped us get the squirmy toddler lined up to find her size, and provided a helpful sticker with the size on it so we wouldn't forget. This same woman spent our whole visit back and forth from the back, checking on customers, looking for more sizes and styles, answering questions, and giving suggestions that proved her expertise in children's feet. I was very impressed with her pleasant demeanor considering how busy she was. I always knew my daughter had big feet, but she'd never been professionally measured before so it was nice to see the confirmation that she needed wide sizes! Stride Rite had a ton of options in her size and I noticed that most shoes come in 3 different width options. Add the quality and comfort of the shoes, and it's safe to say this brand rises to the top. After trying on several pairs, my toddler actually refused her old shoes to leave the store! I hesitated spending more than $10 on shoes that my child will outgrow within months, but I fully expect them to hold up through multiple kids. I'm sad this store won't be around much longer but I'll shop online based on this experience!

He lives in a different state than me so shopping for him for a surprise present is a little difficult, because I want to make sure he likes what I buy. After spending a good 30 minutes picking out the best watch I think he will like I checked out. I was nervous that my bf might not like it and asked the rep what their return policy was. He stated that their watches are final sales. This made me super nervous because I was spending a pretty penny on something my bf might not like. I asked if it was possible to exchange the watch if my bf didn't like it. I explained my situation and let him know he lives in a different state and made sure there was a Tilly's by his place so just in case he didn't like it, could he exchange it in Texas for one he likes. I knew it was a long shot and a lot to ask, but the rep was very nice and was able to help me out. He added a note to the receipt and put his name and store initials. This way if my bf didn't like the style watch I picked out he could exchange it for one he liked in Texas. I really appreciate the attention and help Aubryience (sorry I know I spelled it wrong) gave me. He was able to help me make sure this birthday present was wonderful! To my luck my bf LOVED the watch I picked out so he didnt have to exchange it, but I am glad I covered all my bases just in case! Thanks again for the great customer service!
