It's now the only place I will buy my boots from or trust to stretch and condition my boots! This is an unbelievable hidden gem in Scottsdale -a few blocks outside the historic old town shops / " tourist " shops that are overpriced and only carry the dime-a-dozen boots! its very sad to me to have to write this review, but I feel others needs to be warned about this shady business. I bought three pair of boots from the Boot Junky Couple Greg and Paulette back in March of 2021, spending well over $1,500 dollars. One pair came in with a hard pebble in the leather right on the toe, and too tight of a chin as to where my 120Lbs skinny legged body could not fit in them ( a first time ever). I called and explained the issue with the boots and that I like to return them. Greg sent me a label, so I packed them up and sent them back. Arriving in to their warehouse in April. I have since April tried get my refund back for these boots, without any success. And they are now claiming I can only have a store credit, which I have from first day speaking with Greg re this and he trying to talk me in to having them repaired instead of returned, I have persisted to get a refund of defected boots. Now its August of 2021, FOUR MONTHS later and still no return in sight! This review is just to give a fair warning to anyone and everyone trying to do business for shopping with this couple, sas to hopefully never have anyone else get in tot his situation loosing hundreds of dollars on defected Italian Leather boots. This is and will never be a ok way of running a business. I on my hand will have to take things in to a legal manner and sue them - I hope you as a consumer can prevent that by not buying from them at all. I know, the most beautiful boots, but is it really worth it? You can by straight form either of the brands they hold in stock. I hope this helps save you some lost money and headache read more
