We had a group of 4 and though we couldn't get services done all together, they were kindly able to split us into two groups. We were also provided refreshments while waiting for our services We all received the Combo A 1 hour service and it was very relaxing. The products used also worked for all our hair types. My scalp was left feeling very clean and healthy, and my hair was so smooth! The spa is new with a relaxing ambiance. Would definitely come back for more services. I visited this location last week & will definitely be coming back again. I left with my scalp feeling so rejuvenated and hair feeling silky smooth! While there, I received the Combo B package (which includes shampoo, conditioning, water circulation, scalp and shoulder massage) + Ginger Nourishing Hair Soak (hair mask + steam) & it was 80 minutes of pure bliss. Despite having an appointment, we had to wait about 20 minutes before getting our service - and the service we requested when we made our appointments isn't what we received. That said, the one-hour treatment was extremely relaxing. While we appreciated that they blew dry our hair, we both walked out with very different-looking hairstyles than we had going in! If you need to treat yourself or someone you care about, GO HERE! I had booked an appointment with Christine and thought I knew what I was getting myself into. I've done a head spa before and I really liked it. I had just finished finals and my scalp needed some love so I thought this would be a good way to treat myself. I walked in and immediately felt welcomed, calm and relaxed. I'm a bigger girl so I LOVE that the chairs and beds were bigger than most places. After being greeted, Christine walked me to the back where she showed me where I was going to get my scalp treatment. She showed me the changing room and gave me the most softest and comfiest shirt to change into. Once I laid down on the bed and got myself situated, I was also given a blanket so I was extra extra comfortable. Christine made sure the water temperature was to my liking and began the washing my hair and massaging it. I honestly wish I could be more detailed on how my scalp treatment was but I don't remember much because I knocked out possibly 10 mins in. I did wake-up from my loud snoring but I fell right back asleep. When everything was done, I noticed my whole head felt so clean and refreshed. Next was to sit in one of the oversized comfy "chairs where Christine gave me a neck and shoulder massage and also blew dry my hair. When I went to the changing room to get into my regular clothes I noticed how amazing my hair looked. I'm 100% sure I didn't get a blow-out so I asked Christine if she used a mask on my hair- she did NOT. Just for more information, I have been bleaching my hair for YEARS, so for my hair to look as good as it did, I was SHOOKETH. After my appointment, I had a family dinner to go to so I was telling everyone to feel my hair. They were absolutely impressed with how shinny and soft my hair felt. I had an amazing experience on my first visit! I went with Combo A - 80min. Christine is so sweet and knowledgeable! We started off with a scalp analysis, where she recommended the Ecological oil control treatment with ginger hair nourishing soak to combat my oil buildup. She washed my hair twice and applied hydrating serums as I laid in the full body massage chair. If I hadn't had a matcha before this visit, I would've definitely fallen asleep from how relaxing it was. Christine massaged my head, shoulders, and upper back with various tools. She's surprisingly really strong and regularly checked in to make sure there was adequate pressure. In the end, she combed and blow dried my hair. My hair never felt so clean. read more

We started with a scalp analysis and from there on she gave me recommendations regarding the best treatment for me. I tend to have oily hair and need to wash my hair daily. I booked a 60 minute treatment with Christine and was greeted very warmly. She gave me a scalp analysis to determine my scalp condition and which shampoo and treatment to choose. The atmosphere was very calming and serene. I chose a massage bed over a regular bed because I wanted to enjoy the full body massage while getting my herbal hair washes and scalp massage. We started out with a visual scalp analysis to go over hair concerns & I got to experience the 80 min combo service with a hair steam added on for extra softness. Ask for Christine, she's the Best!! The service started with laying on a comfy bed and getting a dry scalp massage, followed by a double wash and the sprinkler ring of water which is truly an invigorating experience! After the wash, came the hair stream and then I was taken to a super lush sofa chair, with a full blow dry of my hair and another stone massage of my scalp.
