They showed images of what my scalp look like through a detector with their iPad so I can see the screen before and after it was clean and there was noticeable difference and they also recommended certain techniques for washing hair to keep it clean, especially the scalp. I was in the same room with my friend. The massage on the scalp was really relaxing too. They did use their nails quite a bit so depends if you like that or not. I thought that they washed my hair very thoroughly and definitely got all the places. They also had a steamer that I really liked for my face and applied a lot of good scented products. Her techniques were so gentle yet thorough and relaxing. The Royal head spa is the most comprehensive head spa service. It includes everything within the Signature but also has gua sha facial sculpting and a traditional Vietnamese herbal head wash. The service comes with a basic facial and hand massage. I was very surprised by how relaxing everything felt! After the blow dry, my hair felt so silky and soft. Yen also offered me a cup of hot tea while I did the detox foot soak too. From there we got started, they provide a top to wear to make sure your clothes don't get wet but also so they can massage your arms and shoulders. The visit came with a massage (face, hand, arms, shoulders, scalp), facial, hair wash and foot soak. Throughout the appointment, Yen would check in with me to make sure everything was good such as the water temperature not being too hot or too cold.
