I had a friend with me but seems like her head massage was done mostly with tools and not so much with her hands. I purchased the 75 mins head, shoulder and neck massage. It was a good first experience. I'd go back to try other treatments.

Super friendly, knowledgeable and gentle with me. Her massage was great and got into my deep shoulder knots. SPACE/SPA: Very clean space with the proper machines for a head spa. They use Moroccan Oil products as well as some other Chinese brands I didn't recognize. Everything smelled incredible and worked wonders on my hair. I had glossy results for 3 days after the treatment! They used a Dyson hair dryer for the final blow dry. PRICE: As a first timer I had a discount rate of around $89. This was not bad for what these spas usually cost and I felt the price was worth my while.

I even fell asleep for a good amount of time because it was so relaxing. They showed images of what my scalp look like through a detector with their iPad so I can see the screen before and after it was clean and there was noticeable difference and they also recommended certain techniques for washing hair to keep it clean, especially the scalp. I was in the same room with my friend. The massage on the scalp was really relaxing too. They did use their nails quite a bit so depends if you like that or not. I thought that they washed my hair very thoroughly and definitely got all the places. They also had a steamer that I really liked for my face and applied a lot of good scented products. The water ring got really ticklish because I'm not used to like being sprayed with water and those areas on my neck but I got used to it. I would definitely come back again.

My fiance booked us a massage + facial +head spa. Now I know that with all that, there has got to be a focus and for this visit it was definitely the upper back massage. My lady went innnn and I loved it! Couple things from this package that I didn't find impressing is the enclosed massage hole. I dint feel like I had great airflow and the idea of breathing in from a sink just doesn't seem appealing nor was it enjoyable. The facial; the products didn't sting however it did when it got in my eye, I was a bit panicked bc I felt a bead in my right eye, I washed it off, it got better as the day went on but my eyelids were on fire for days, she didn't leave my under eye or my top lid alone instead she applied the products on top of them which I thought was interesting. The final thing I wasn't a fan of was that she kept putting her fingers inside my ears! I've been to a head spa in Orange County and they try their best not to wet your ears AT ALL, I mean, think about it, you're relaxing, and then boom! Water in your ears and fingers in your ears... idk, maybe to some it's not bothersome but to me it was uncomfortable. The ladies were so sweet though and nice, they blow dried my hair halfway which is totally fine. I definitely think there are couple things to consider but it wasn't a horrible experience! They did a wonderful job on the massage and setting the ambiance to be as relaxing as possible so I give them that!

The deep scalp therapy was so relaxing that I ended up falling asleep. My head felt great while she was scraping my scalp. One of the coolest parts was the scalp camera as I was shown the close-up of my scalp and I found it very interesting to see oil buildup even though I was initially told my scalp is pretty clean. It made the treatment feel even more worth it. Overall, the experience was super calming and thoughtful. You can really tell they care about their clients and take their time with the service. I left feeling refreshed and my hair has never looked this healthy.

And I chose the signature treatment at their Campbell location. Upper back, arm, shoulder, neck massage, then a lovely, light facial and delicious shampoo, head massage. After the treatment, they take you to a room with chairs to blow dry or style your hair... Felt relaxed, clean, glad I went. ORIGINAL review: I made an appointment online through their booking application... when I got there, they were closed! Ohmygoodness, I had planned for this appointment and really was looking forward... but nope. Communication was poor. No person responded to my call even though they advertised they were open until 10 PM and the door says open until 9 PM. I tried their online chat and nothing... I called and got a voice message. I sent a text message... nothing. Yikes.

I've been coming to Restful Spa for quite a while now, and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else…read more The first thing I noticed was how clean, peaceful, and quiet the spa is. From the moment you walk in, you can actually relax. During the massage, the rooms stay quiet, which makes it so much easier to completely unwind. What keeps me coming back, though, is the people. Everyone is genuinely kind and welcoming, and after visiting regularly, they know exactly where my body needs the most attention without me having to explain much. I work out often, so my muscles are usually very tight. Every massage leaves me feeling lighter, looser, and completely refreshed. It's one of the few places where I can truly feel the difference after my session. I've also tried their cupping therapy and their CBD massage oil. Both are absolutely worth it. The cupping helps release my tight muscles, and the CBD oil has become my favorite add-on. It helps my body feel even more relaxed during and after the massage. Once I tried it, I started asking for it every time. For me, taking care of my body is an investment, and Restful Spa has become part of my routine. The quality, professionalism, and genuine care they provide are hard to find. I highly recommend Restful Spa to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and truly professional massage. I'll definitely keep coming back.

I've been here twice now and both times have been nothing short of a great experience…read more For starters: It was very easy to book online. The only thing I'd request (to make it even easier on future clients) , is the ability to choose the gender of the preferred specialist or have a list of specific specialists that work there. There is a space in the "Notes" section where you can input that sort of information, which I do appreciate. Upon arrival, you're greeted by a representative there. I was fortunate to have met and work with Ada. They then walk you to the room. The rooms were pretty clean both times, dim lighting , clean sheets, clean atmosphere, and soothing, relaxing music that compliments the ambiance. I have chosen to purchase the 60 min Luxury CBD Deep Tissue Massage both times and have seen tremendous improvement in the quality of my overall body & well being. I appreciated that Ada asked me where my areas of concern & focus were. Ada also asked follow up questions regarding those areas as far as experiencing any pain. Throughout the massage, Ada continued to ask if the applied pressure was okay and was very good at noticing when my body was reacting to the pressures. That was also much appreciated! Since the two massages (both a week apart): I feel much lighter and a lot less tense. As someone who works 12-16 hour days, and holds the weight of the world and stress in my upper body, I can safely say this is the best I've felt in quite some time. I look forward to continue coming to Restful Spa in the foreseeable future. To conclude: you pay at the very end. No deposit required (which is awesome because so many places now require one). After payment , they send you off with some water for hydrating which I found to be super thoughtful and hospitable.

Instead, I was met with so much kindness, patience, and empathy from every single person who helped me. Aida and Nura took their time detangling my hair and were unbelievably patient and gentle throughout the process. They truly did not give up on me, even when the situation felt overwhelming. Their care and determination made it possible for me to keep my long hair when so many others might have just cut it without a second thought. Rina cut my hair beautifully, and Rhoni, who was the original stylist I booked with, was also so kind and empathetic. What touched me even more was that everyone in the salon came together with ideas on how to help fix my hair. I felt supported, cared for, and never judged. This experience meant so much to me. They gave me hope when I felt embarrassed and overwhelmed, and they treated me with such compassion every step of the way. I will be eternally grateful to Aida, Nura, Rina, Rhoni, and the entire salon team for helping me save my hair and for showing me so much kindness in the process. Thank you for not giving up on me.

Apparently this beauty clinic doesn't offer only massage, they also offer beauty services such as nail treatments, and hair spa. Will look forward when they open their hair spa to public. The vibe is very welcoming, place is clean, and the clinic is located next to Myzen ramen.

Yulia made the whole experience feel very comfortable and easy from the beginning. She's very attentive, gentle, and has this calm, positive energy that helped me relax almost immediately. Terrible experience--I would not recommend this spa…read more I booked a 90-minute back facial for Friday at 4:00 p.m. The treatment started at 4:03 and ended at 5:13, meaning it lasted only 69 minutes--more than 20 minutes shorter than advertised. The most alarming part was the lack of privacy. The treatment bed was positioned directly beside a large window, and the blind slats were left open throughout my appointment. Nearby residences were clearly visible through the window, meaning anyone looking toward the studio could potentially see directly into the treatment room. Because a back facial requires the client to remove clothing from the upper body, leaving the blinds open was extremely careless and made me feel exposed. Ensuring complete privacy before asking a client to undress should be one of the most basic responsibilities of any spa. I have included a photo showing exactly how the room and window looked. Even during the shortened 69-minute appointment, at least 40 minutes consisted of two separate periods of simply lying there while products or masks sat on my back. At other spas, the aesthetician would usually provide a short hand, arm, or shoulder massage during this time. Instead, I was left waiting and became very cold. I even told Yulia that I was cold, but the experience remained uncomfortable. Much of the remaining time was spent slowly wiping products from my entire back using two very small cotton pads. The actual extraction lasted no more than three to five minutes. At the end, I asked why a treatment advertised as 90 minutes had finished so early. Yulia was dismissive and said that I "didn't have many things to clean," so the treatment was faster. That does not justify cutting more than 20 minutes from a service advertised and priced as 90 minutes--especially when so much of the appointment consisted of inactive waiting time. The studio itself is very basic and located in an outdated building, which I could have overlooked if the service had been good. Unfortunately, the serious privacy issue, shortened treatment, minimal active service, physical discomfort, and dismissive attitude made the experience completely not worth the price. I had originally planned to book a facial here as well, but after this experience, I definitely will not be returning. I'm now looking for a different spa.
