we walked in on a Friday afternoon. the waitress was extremely rude, telling us there is no way she can accommodate us. We offered to break up in two families and she continued to tell us they couldn't accommodate us. We asked for take out and she rudely said she had to leave. we walked down the street to Char Burrito Bar where the experience was much better! read more

7pm Saturday night. Very busy. Over an hour wait. We were sat at a table for 2 in the back between 2 other tables for 2. A little too cozy for me. Very noisy. Server brought water right away. We ordered the Ghostie the friendly salad and the famous beef brisket meal with mac and cheese. Meal came with coleslaw and a cornbread mini loaf. Salad was a full salad meal. Had horseradish balsamic dressing. Brisket was a little too spicy for me but I think everything is spicy lol! Server was great. Food came out hot and fresh. Hostess seemed a little flustered. $37.63 not including tip. read more

Delicious BBQ with good beer pairings. I wasn't a fan of the buffalo bacon potato salad, the potato wasn't tender and the Buffalo flavor did nothing special, you know when you add the dressing to potato salad n it doesn't meld or sink in......it was that. The wolfpack was ordered and the hog wallow which was good and large. I do wish they had a BBQ sampler platter option or a pick 2 or pick 3 option read more

I ended up here after the Rocky horror picture show because I was hungry. I was pleasantly surprised with the server, the attitude and the delicious burger that I got at a place called the Rusty pig! Lol. I would definitely come back here again Do know that if you're a person who likes to add extra pickles and extra extras, they did charge me for extra pickles. This doesn't bother me because I understand the cost of restaurants and food. But if that's some thing you're sensitive to just be aware so you can communicate with your server before you ask for things and then feel disappointed if they charge you for them. read more

We got takeout ( as we usually do ) I had the #17 burger , it was ok , I'd probably order something else next time though, and got the potato salad ( not a fan ) my wife got her usual , piggy got back , pulled pork sandwich. She loves that . I try something new every time . It's great they change items on their menu, so something new every time read more

Great food ! Pork belly was amazing! We will definitely go back when I am in the area !

Yum! Yum! Yum! My family of 4 had the brisket stuffed portobello mushrooms (amazing). Then we had the short rib and brisket entrees. Everything was incredible! You can choose your sauce in varying degrees of spice which was unique and fun! It's a very small place and we waited quite a bit. But, we walked around the small town and they texted us when our table was ready. We all agreed it was worth the wait! read more

Amazing food. The heavy cheeseburger plate is like the garbage plate from Rochester turned up to 11 by a pit master. Only the hungriest dare challenge such a beast but it you can handle it you won't be sorry. A member of our party had the brisket place which was also phenomenal. If it's available, the Apriculture beer is amazing if you like sours. 10/10 would visit again. read more

Rusty pig has awesome decor and ambiance in day time and at night! One of our fave places in San Francisco, wish we found it sooner!

Great food and excellent staff. Try the short ribs and BBQ beans! They are to die for. Definitely worth a road trip.

Banging shorties and dinosaur shank were so dang good! We finished up with a s'mores nachos and had to take a lot of this home! But so good the next day! read more

Service and food is great! Amazing burgers, great salted fries and love the so gouda burger!

Ummm, you know how life changes once what you didn't know now becomes something you do know? It's like that. The MOST delicious wings I've had!! They are fall off the bone and need no accompanying sauce. (It does come with some and it's also delightful on its own, hence why it hitched a ride in my to go box to slather on something else because no wing made it home.). We also tried their version of a Cuban. Another spot on choice. It was a large portion. Definitely a two meal option. The side we chose was the mac and cheese. This shines in its own. If you are a die hard m&c lover you will want to savor all the bites. It's that good! We chose to split this so we could try the s'mores nachos (I'll get to that in a sec). Also, our server was WONDERFUL! Brita did a GREAT job guiding us on the must haves (the aforementioned wingies) and was just a delight as we moved through our meal. She has great energy and was welcoming and engaging with everyone she saw. Ok, so for the nachos. What the what?! The perfect amount of gooey, melty, stick to your fingers goodness that I totally sucked off of my fingers with every bite. (I also did this with wings 'cause no flavor left behind y'all. Everyone in the pool.) The salted caramel sauce was delish and no ingredient overplayed the other. It also managed to not be overly sweet. We loved it! So, in conclusion this is a gem of a spot and I highly recommend taking your cutie self to Geneva and indulging in a great BBQ lake life experience. Kudos to the chef and owner!! read more

Fantastic! We are from RALEIGH, NC and truly enjoy good food! The Rusty Pig for sure delivered! The atmosphere, the service, and the food was awesome. We met up with family we hadn't seen for years with our kiddos 9 and 11 years old) and it wasn't too loud and was for sure suitable for kids! We for sure will be visiting when in Geneva again! read more

A great addition to Geneva. Quickly becoming one of my favorite places. The bbq is their name sake of course. But the best thing on the menu is easily the hot pastrami sandwich. It literally melts in your mouth. Pair that with a side of their baked beans for a perfect meal. Serious comfort food. Tip- get a $5 cookie for the table. read more

Fried green tomatoes were not cooked properly and the sticky wings were a joke very dry

We ate here on our last trip to the finger lakes and my wife doesn't usually go for barbecue, but I love it so we compromised and went here for the evening. We were so glad we did. The service was fantastic. The portions were amazing and the barbecue was top-notch, the thing that really blew my mind was that fresh smoked green beans? They were amazing. It's a little out-of-the-way but well worth the trip. read more

Food was decent 3/5. Service was terrible took 15 mins to get water 25 mins to get 2 cocktails and a beer. Cocktails were good. 20 mins after that app came out then entrees 20 mins after app. Asked for a 2nd beer as we got entrees and came out after we were done eating. Waited another 25 atleast before we got the bill. Over an hour n a half for 2 sandwiches and a burger. read more

An hour wait at 6 on a Wednesday night with half the tables empty? No thanks. Waitress was rude as shit, too. Said "You're welcome to leave" when all I did was ask how long the wait would be? Lol what??? Stay clear of this dump. read more

We came to the Finger Lakes region for vacation and this was easily our most favorite spot to have dinner. My boyfriend loves BBQ food and this place exceeded his expectation, had it not been our last night in this area, we would definitely come back again. The staff was very compliant with mask usage and social distancing. While waiting for a table, One of the hostess checked on us frequently to let us know about the wait time, and we really appreciated it. Now, the food: I had the pork chop and it was so tender and juicy, my SO ordered brisket and he visibly melted with it at first bite. The sides of beans and Mac and cheese and Texas caviar were also all very good and very generous portion. I recommend doing some strenuous hiking before eating here because you're gonna be so full with all the good stuffs! read more

we called 6 times hoping to order takeout and it went straight to voicemail so were forced to drive here and sit down for a meal (after driving for over 5 hours to geneva). when we arrived we kindly informed the hostess the phone wasnt working. She who was cold/not personable and she claimed they stop taking phone calls when it's busy. this is absurd and it wasn't even that busy - there were plenty of open tables. the 2 stars are for the great food! read more

I don't eat much meat or salty foods anymore for health reasons, so when I do eat these foods, I want to make sure it's worth being "bad". The Rusty Pig was worth every bite, and then some!!! The brisket was the most tender and flavorful I've ever eaten. The sauce was glazed over the top and was a perfect blend of tangy, sweet and just a hint of spicy. Also, maybe the best bbq hot wings I've ever had. Great craft beer list too. Super amazing service. We couldn't have asked for more. My only complaint, was the food came out too fast, heh heh. I wanted more time soaking up the fun and enjoying my appetizer beer! :). Loved it all! P.s. purifies were super tasty too. Can't wait to get back for more!!! read more

Went here for dinner on a Thursday night during Covid19 restrictions. Barbecue place with great beer list and tasty soft drink options. Had the best wings ever here. They're grilled and served with sauce on the side. Without sauce, the wings were tasty and the meat just fell off the bone. Dipped in the sauce, the wings were transcendent. For entrees, I had a pastrami sandwich and my wife had the brisket. Both entrees were great. All through, our server was attentive without being intrusive and helpful with answers and recommendations. read more

Waited 1 hour to get my order taken, then waited another hour for my food. Honestly the only good food was the ribs. I had brisket and Mac and cheese and the mac and cheese didn't taste right and the brisket was VERY dry. The Next day I ended up being sick and I'm pretty sure it was from the mac and cheese. read more

So this place is pretty cool on a small side street. Had high hopes based on the yelp reviews and they didn't disappoint. Their menu has a lot of sweet things which I'm not crazy about, but I got the short ribs dry and put some of their habanero sauce on top. Outstanding, the short ribs were not only braised they were charred to give them a perfect level of crispy. The Mac and cheese here is awesome and they give you a ton. My friend got the pastrami sandwich and she raved about it. Again I thought it was a little too sweet with the honey mustard but that's just my preference. I didn't expect much from the Texas caviar but I was wrong, an awesome and refreshing side dish. Will be back! read more

Worst service I have ever received. The bartender with the short hair was rude. People around us came, ordered, ate, and left before we ever received our food. She avoided eye contact and when we finally got her attention she seemed offended that we even asked what the status of our order was. Apps were cold. Nothing worth any of the money we paid. Never again read more

We got take out and service was super speedy and prices are super affordable. The only negatives, both drinks and a side were missing which was a major bummer. The cardboard containers were also a bad combination with the greasy from the pork/beans which made it way more messy than would be ideal. But overall the food we did get was delish and the staff were kind. read more
