Their barbecue sauce is really good and it has a little spice to it. The beans are very spicy but good. My only complaint is that they do not have pork ribs they have beef short rib that's very good but it's still not smoked pork ribs. It's a shame because I think their barbecue sauce would go terrifically with ribs. This place is cozy and a must try if your in the area. Excellent service and extremely fair prices. Ummm, you know how life changes once what you didn't know now becomes something you do know? It's like that. The MOST delicious wings I've had!! They are fall off the bone and need no accompanying sauce. (It does come with some and it's also delightful on its own, hence why it hitched a ride in my to go box to slather on something else because no wing made it home.). We also tried their version of a Cuban. Another spot on choice. It was a large portion. Definitely a two meal option. The side we chose was the mac and cheese. This shines in its own. If you are a die hard m&c lover you will want to savor all the bites. It's that good! We chose to split this so we could try the s'mores nachos (I'll get to that in a sec). Also, our server was WONDERFUL! Brita did a GREAT job guiding us on the must haves (the aforementioned wingies) and was just a delight as we moved through our meal. She has great energy and was welcoming and engaging with everyone she saw. Ok, so for the nachos. What the what?! The perfect amount of gooey, melty, stick to your fingers goodness that I totally sucked off of my fingers with every bite. (I also did this with wings 'cause no flavor left behind y'all. We came to the Finger Lakes region for vacation and this was easily our most favorite spot to have dinner. My boyfriend loves BBQ food and this place exceeded his expectation, had it not been our last night in this area, we would definitely come back again. The brisket was the most tender and flavorful I've ever eaten. The sauce was glazed over the top and was a perfect blend of tangy, sweet and just a hint of spicy. Went here for dinner on a Thursday night during Covid19 restrictions. Barbecue place with great beer list and tasty soft drink options. Had the best wings ever here. They're grilled and served with sauce on the side. Without sauce, the wings were tasty and the meat just fell off the bone. Dipped in the sauce, the wings were transcendent. So this place is pretty cool on a small side street. Had high hopes based on the yelp reviews and they didn't disappoint. Their menu has a lot of sweet things which I'm not crazy about, but I got the short ribs dry and put some of their habanero sauce on top. Outstanding, the short ribs were not only braised they were charred to give them a perfect level of crispy. The Mac and cheese here is awesome and they give you a ton. My friend got the pastrami sandwich and she raved about it. Again I thought it was a little too sweet with the honey mustard but that's just my preference. Really enjoyed our experience here. They are located down a cute side street that was closed off from cars entering so the seating outdoors is on the street which is fun. There was a street performer too playing music. So the atmosphere overall was quite enjoyable. Our server was so great. We are visiting from out of state and found this place be searching on the web. I do not know if BBQ is generally great in this part of NY state but this place was fantastic. We had the Q for 2, which came with pulled pork, beef brisket and boneless short ribs, corn bread, cole slaw and 2 sides. We chose fries and baked beans. We also ordered an appetizer of portebello mushrooms with brisket, boursin and topped with cheddar. They were fine but I would recommend saving calories for the BBQ. Of what I listed, it was difficult to say which was best. The pulled pork was surprisingly good. It is often dry with sauce on top. This was smokey and moist on its own. The beef brisket was also tender tasty and not dry. The short ribs might have been the best, if only because we don't see them in other places. They also were moist, flavorful and smokey. Even the cole slaw was excellent. It was vinegar based and had apples in it. The star were the beans which had that delicious beef brisket in them. Even the fries were excellent, very crispy but thick and potatoey (Spelling? but you know what I mean). We are here for a week and will probably go back. The service was pleasant but not what I would call attentive. I think they were just too busy. We ate outside with our dog at our side. This was so delicious.
