Stopped in for a cocktail on a Friday evening and was pleasantly surprised with the menu and the ambiance of the location. It was quiet but am certain that during peak times it can get busy.

While in Geneva, my boyfriend and I decided to grab some drinks and a snack at The Linden Social Club. We were on our way to a spot a couple doors down. That spot ended up being closed, but The Linden Social looked pretty swanky and we wanted to stop in. When we entered, we were immediately greeted and saddled up to the bar. I really liked the vibes of this place. It was masculine and upscale. They also have purse hooks at the bar, which I always like to mention and is an important aspect for any bar. We had a couple drinks and ordered the wonton nachos, which were wonderful. The drinks were great as well. The bartender serving us, was also the owner. We had a great talk with him throughout our experience and it was nice getting to know him and his journey in the business. Check this place out and enjoy the small plates and drinks. It is very well done.

I LOVE this spot. Moving from an area where craft cocktails are just part of the food and beverage culture imagine my surprise when I find all of my favorite things in a bar in my new town in a rural part of Upstate NY. Let's review: Gorgeous branding and interior- yup Fantastic food- the guacamole and mexi dog are both must tries Outstanding staff- I'm looking at you Joe & Max Great neighborhood- tons of other businesses nearby. Make a night out of it. Patio seating seasonally- yes please Most importantly- Unique and inventive cocktails that are seasonally driven- oh yeah. And as a bonus they have game night and karaoke. I found my new neighborhood bar and I'm thrilled (obviously). I'm looking forward to hot toddies in the winter in this speakeasy style bar.

I'm so happy we found this place! My fiancée and I randomly decided to go out last night and explore the bar scene around Geneva. We saw this place online and figured we'd give it a shot. It's located right in the heart of Geneva near some other small trendy-looking restaurants. When we first walked in, the place looked super cool and gave off chill, hipster vibes. We sat on a couch near the bar area and were greeted by a super friendly server who brought us some menus and water. My fiancée ordered a tequila sunset and I started off with a cocoa coco (dark rum, espresso, coconut and cocoa). Both of our drinks were outstanding!!! I'm not a huge fan of tequila, but the sunset had such great guava and pineapple flavors that I didn't mind it at all. The cocoa coco was like a chocolate White Russian fused with an espresso martini, but rum based. The flavors were to die for and it makes a great after dinner cocktail. Even though I had already eaten, the smells coming from the kitchen were divine and made me hungry all over again. We ordered the Cubano sliders and the marinated chicken sliders. The Cubans were simple but great. I wish they had a little more meat to them but the ham, mustard and pickles were all on point, swirling together to create a perfect little Cubano. The chicken sliders stole my heart and my tastebuds. I'm very distrustful when it comes to marinated chicken at restaurants because a lot of the time, the marinade doesn't come through. This is a citrusy marinated chicken you can trust. Not only is the chicken itself flavorful, but it works so well with the lemon garlic aioli, which gives it this creamy but fresh and savory taste along the zing of the chicken. Then the peppers and onions come in and add more of that sautéed veggie flavor and gives the sandwiches a soft crispness for texture. I finished with a Linden Sling (gin, cherry heering, drambuie, and lemon) and my fiancée got the Catalina wine mixer (Vodka, amaro, Sherry, and lime). These drinks were also phenomenal but we each preferred what the other got and ended up switching. The Linden sling was a bit stiffer and you could definitely taste the cherry and drambuie with a little acidity from the lemon. The Catalina wine mixer was super refreshing and light. It was amazing because I'm not to crazy about Sherry but it blended so well with this drink and the amaro gave it this nice bitter-sweet taste. I also want to mention that they had a killer band playing that totally fit the mood and ambiance of the bar. We're 100% going to be returning here!

Joey is the best! We had the best night with great service. Food and drinks were excellent. Chefs kiss.

Incredible drinks, food and service. The bartenders and chefs are so nice and the craft cocktails are excellent! Grace the bartender has some serious skills but she's also one of the nicest people ever! Their chef has several gluten free menu options that are safe for celiacs. Overall delicious food and true craft cocktails made by people who take their mixology very seriously!

Mojito that will knock your socks off

This is a consistently fun place to hang out and catch up with old flames, as well as meet a new face or two. The cocktails can't be beat, and the chefs in that kitchen know how to cook. Stop by for mimosas and brunch, or catch a tune on a weeknight with their wonderful lineup of talent!

The most incredible (and only) speakeasy in the Finger Lakes…read more After hours of driving, we knew we needed a cool spot to go to at night for some delicious wine. Of course, the Finger Lakes are KNOWN for wine so we're just thinking we're making reservations for a wine bar (with "speakeasy" vibes). Which that would've been totally cool with us. After continuous back and forth, changing our reservations 50 million times, adding and taking people out, we finally made it to Vinifera on a Friday night and were super apologetic since we had to make yet another change. The staff was absolutely incredible and accommodating, they made sure our party of 10 would be in the same room/table. The only "downfall" was that we'd have to share the room with another small party. Which was absolutely not a problem and we ended up being BFF'S with them by the end of the night. We met the owner Jim - the most incredible human - and he took us down to the speakeasy (which passes right through a super secretive door in the back of the main room upstairs). Side note - the main room upstairs is a vibe on it's own btw and we would've been absolutely fine and happy there. It's an actual wine store and you can purchase all kind of local wines. Be sure to ask and get all the recommendations you want. Not only did we get to enjoy an incredible time but we got a super cool VIP experience and learned the story and so much history about this place, the concept, the origin and what sparked the idea of creating it. That itself, was a treat. On to the actual speakeasy experience. When you go downstairs (through that fun super cool super secretive door) - you're instantly transported to another era, another time. It's dark, it's velvety, chandeliers, spiderwebs (the aesthetic kind, idk if there were actually any but it fit the vibe in my head), Leonardo Da Vinci, Mona Lisa, candles, curtains. There are two super cool rooms, one to the right (which is where our large party sat at) and one to the left - totally recommended for smaller groups, it's cozy, it's chill, you can interact and share with other guests too. Just by this, I'm wowed. As if this wasn't enough, the drinks were absolutely incredible. I ended up ordering some kind of a smoked drink and they happily substituted the regular old fashioned for mezcal. What a dream. Everyone was happy with their drink orders, some ordered some off the menu things and they happily made them - even though they technically only serve what's on the menu. Wine flights are also available if you're in the wine vibe. Bottom line: we loved this place SO much, we came back 2 night's later for our last night. We sat in the other room and absolutely loved and enjoyed it. I had a lavender drink and it was delish. This place is a GEM and you should absolutely check it out and support it if you're in the area. If you're not, well now you have a place I know you'll love to go to!

There are few outlets, the only ones I was able to access that worked were in the bathroom ( only one of the double outlet was functional).
