What an incredible spot! I was blown away with the historic barn when we pulled in - it was absolutely beautiful especially with all of the snow. I made reservations for Sunday brunch while in the area. We arrived a little early to sit at the bar and try some beers before brunch and the staff was so welcoming. My fiance loves Belgian beers so we loved the different options. He went with one of their pre-selected beer flights that had the Single, Dubbel, Tripel and Quadrupel, and I went with the Belgian Wheat. Everything was great! For our food we had the Brewmaster Hash, which had eggs, corned beef, potatoes, and peppers and onions, and the Ardennes Waffle, which is made with Trappist Ale brewers yeast and came with blueberry lemon sauce. The food was absolutely delicious and so flavorful! We enjoyed the entire experience so much. From the warm inviting atmosphere to the friendly staff and the delicious eats and brews, I can't recommend this spot enough!

My love said he'd been wanting to come here with me so here we are. What a beautiful place! Greeted from the get go by the owners mother and such a delight to hear the history and making us feel welcomed. We picked an area outside near huge tree and it was really nice. Kailyn was very sweet and I love that she raved about my raspberry sour I ordered. He ordered a lager. We really enjoyed them. We will definitely be back to indulge in the farm to kitchen menu. All the way from Indiana, we are definitely coming back when we are in town again.

Spent a lovely late summer afternoon here, sitting outside with our 3 dogs in a gorgeous day. Excellent beer selection and very friendly staff. Very relaxing on a quiet weekday to just enjoy the setting and the beautiful outdoor grounds. Limited daytime menu until the chef comes into prepare for dinner service.

We came for the beer and stayed for some food! It looked delicious and had to sample. Waitstaff was friendly and helpful. This is a dog friendly environment.

This brewery is perfection. The beer is fantastic, and there is something for everyone. They also have wine and cider. Everyone who works there, and I mean EVERYONE is friendly, warm, patient and wants you to have a great experience. The ambience is charming- inside you are transported to Belgium and outside is just gorgeous, calming and peaceful. And the food. I really Didn't expect the food to be as fantastic as it was... we had the fries, at the suggestion of our server, with all of the five filling sauces. We also had the mussels and fried green tomatoes. Both were 5 star. I just can't say enough about this place. Well done!!

We came here as a bachelorette on Friday the owner was so nice and attentive, the owner was telling us about a frenchie event the following day so we re routed our bus to attend..... we get there and the staff was horrible. The owner never told us on Friday that we needed a reservation and online it says no reservation's needed! Then when he did finally give us a table (meanwhile more that half the place had tables available) was then in the ear of our mother that we should leave and behave on our way out, meanwhile just got there and we all were just petting the adoptable dogs and donating . Don't invite and spread info on events you only want select people at. Half the party works in food industry ...

My wife and I stopped here for beer on our way to dinner. This was our last stop for the day after a few wineries. Brewery Ardennes has been on my list of places to visit for over a year but we were just never able to get there. It didn't disappoint! The building alone is so neat and looks like it was plucked out of the European countryside. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with recommendations. They are also dog friendly. They had a burger and beer special that had me rethinking our dinner selection, but we will just have to return to try the food. Belgian style beer has never been a go-to style for me, but these beers were fantastic!

Wonderful German brewery in the Fingerlakes. Large indoor and outdoor space. They have a chef and a large food menu, and they even do brunch on Sundays. We went on a Sunday for brunch. We wanted to try so many things. We both ordered a different beer flight. Both flights were good. We tried the Belgium fries, these were good and overall nice to have we drink beer. Although we have tried the Belgium fries in Belgium before and these didn't taste exactly like that, but they were good nonetheless. There were several different dipping sauces to choose from. We also tried the deviled eggs and a breakfast pizza. Overall, food was good. Service was good. Overall a pretty brewery in a nice looking building with cute outdoor spaces decorated with beer hops. They are dog friendly. They seem to have several different events throughout the year, including beer, pairing dinners, which would be something we would look forward to going back for

One of my favorite breweries in New York fantastic beer, super friendly people, beautiful grounds, and a full kitchen. Enjoy a pint, flight, or even wine sitting back in an Adirondack chair under a beautiful oak tree. It's so relaxing. They can even accommodate larger parties by reserving picnic tables. Love this place highly recommend if you are visiting the finger lakes region.

There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available in this casual facility. There is a wide variety of beverages available and the service is attentive. I was in a party of eight and they did forget to bring one item but quickly corrected that. The food is very good, but chooses are a bit unusual and the portions are small, especially when you look at the prices. I would consider these items more of a Tapas rather than an entree.

Okay....bottom line up front...this place is a total Friends and Family recommendation. I am going to keep this one simple....EVERYTHING we had rocked. Between the 4 of us we sampled about 12 different beers and everyone was spectacular. Nothing negative at all. The food was special and I'd order everything we had all over again. The ambiance was as beautiful and the staff was friendly. Totally worth the drive from Marcellus and we will totally be back!!!

My group came here on a Saturday in March, not packed at all. Plenty of parking and we got sat right down at a table. Not loads of options for food, but what they have is done right! The flights were a perfect amount for me. Our waitress was very attentive. The fries with multiple types of dipping sauces were a nice treat.

Food, atmosphere, staff and beers were amazing! Went for Sunday brunch. Arrived at 11:45 and was promptly seated. Menus had a great variety of dishes. I ordered the fried green tomatoes with crab and shared an order of frites. Wait staff was very attentive and the host came over as well to make sure we were enjoying our food. Once noon rolled around, the place filled up very fast. So if you don't have reservations (we didn't) I recommend getting there early. We also shared a flight. Beers were amazing and bought one to take home with us. Can't wait to go back!

I've had brunch, lunch, and dinner at MIX, and all with varying levels of enjoyment. My recent…read morebrunch experience included ordering a Where the West Begins omelette, which includes "Braised short rib, butternut squash, red onion jam, spinach, smoked gouda". I wasn't sure how to feel about butternut squash with everything else (I'm not necessarily a huge squash fan - but I'm trying to learn to enjoy it), but the omelette was decent... it's the other side on my plate that looked less than appetizing. The biscuit was still covered in flour (and who wants to bite down on a clump of flour?), the cheddar hashbrown casserole lacked in flavor, and the brown sugar cinnamon oatmeal just... wasn't doin' it for me. Other recent experiences have been similar... there's usually one item on the plate that's flavorful or imventive (sometimes a main dish, sometimes a side), and the other parts of the plate are lacking. In reality, I think MIX is suffering a bit from rising food costs and inconsistency in their service and offerings. They've also changed the style of their menu from the original tapas-style to now being more typical entree options. Again... they've lost some of their innovative, experimental approach. In terms of ambiance, it really depends. I've been here for a work event and, because of the number of people, it was SO LOUD... they had also done a buffet offering for the event. As you can imagine, the food from the buffet was lacking, but that's often what happens when you're more mass producing your food (and it's left in a chafing dish, trying to be kept warm). On the other hand, I've been here for a dinner on a random night and was able to enjoy one of their Thai noodle bowls (and split some other apps with friends). The reality is that experiences at MIX are... well... a mix. Whether service, menu offerings, etc., I've found MIX's recent inconsistencies to be a disappointment. Will probably only visit in the future if it's suggested by others.

They have kept the beautiful details of a historic building while making it warm, classy and comfortable. Service was very good. Our server was also the bartender and he was friendly and helpful....it was our first time visiting. The menu is very eclectic but highlights their house brined, battered and fried chicken. We looked over the menu before going and were excited about the Chicken and Biscuits. It wasn't on the menu, but our server was positive it was available. Three of us ordered the Chicken and Biscuits and one ordered the Hot Mess Chicken sandwich, which she declared delicious. The chicken and biscuits was excellent with a nice amount of chicken and vegetables, creamy and flavorful and homemade biscuits served on the side. I actually prefer the biscuits on the side because I seldom finish my meal so when I take it home, the biscuits are Not soggy. My only disappointment was that while the dish came over looking like a hearty portion, the chicken and biscuits was served over mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes tasted homemade, creamy and seasoned nicely seasoned.....but the actual amount of chicken and biscuits was pretty small. (We didn't know it came with potatoes because we it wasn't on the menu so we didn't get a description) I am looking forward to many more visits and trying some of their signature house brined chicken. We also had a very nice discussion with the bartender about their extensive selection of liquor.
