    Lady Lavender
    Mitch C.

Yup! Go here! Delicious and unique sours and beer! Live music, records, games. I fell in love with the Lady Lavender. Feels inclusive and has a great laid-back vibe as well as a patio area if you like drinking outdoors. If I'm in the area again, I will definitely be back!

Wowowowooww , I wish they had a spot like this in nyc! They had some excellent ciders that my friends and I loved! The lavender tea cider was off the charts delicious, we each ended up taking a growler to take home with us. While we were ordering , my friend and I found out this spot is actually owned and run by a husband and wife. And the best part, they offer tiny 6oz glasses if you only want a small amount ! The store is small and it's amazing what they created in such a small space .

We stopped in last night to close off our self-guided brewery tour. I am so glad that we landed on this place as part of our trip. Many of us ordered their Lavender Tea cider. I can't even begin to tell you how amazing this was. The taste was so pleasant and floral. It was sweet, but enjoyably so! I ended up taking a 64oz growler of it to go. I also got to try their plum cider which was much more subtle but also delicious! Those two were my favorites. The two men manning the bar were so friendly. One of them was the owner who told us that he started the place with his then-girlfriend. The other was super nice too and let us pick the next record to be played on their vinyl record player (encased by a beer barrel). They're also dog friendly. One patron let his dog come around and greet the rest of us cider-heads. It was adorbs! I would definitely return when I come visit Geneva again!

Excellent location very close to Ramada and lake. Great atmosphere. Had the Downtown Geneva Brown beer. Delicious. Sat outside on patio. Would recommend and will definitely be back!

Such a beautiful, trendy spot for a nice cold drink

Such a cool spot! Lake Drum has such a wide variety of beer and ciders - something for everyone. I tried a few, but the lavender cider stuck out the most. Unlike anything I've had before. A must try! It has a very trendy location right in the center of Geneva. Even had some fresh home grown produce for sale produced by one of their employees. To top it all off, the owner sat with us for a bit and gave us the whole back story of how he got started. He was a wonderful host!

We were spending a long weekend at the Fingerlakes and wanted to stop by a microbrewery and pickup a growler to go back to the hotel with. Since this place open late and had good reviews, we were happy to come and check it out. Big mistake... While the location and decor were good with outdoor seating and chilled atmosphere, the beer were awful. We tried everything on tap, even the ciders, and could not bring ourselves to buy a growler-full of anything. My advise is... Don't come if you are beer/hard cider snobs like us, you will be disappointed.

Yelp to the rescue! Nothing was open and we needed a drink. It was one of those weekends. Thank goodness for this little app we have here because it led us to Lake Drum. The space is so cozy, local, and welcoming. The bartender was chill and the music really set the mood as they had a record player our front with Bob Marley on rotation when we were there. It exudes a cool coffeehouse vibe, add the beer. Couches and lots of seating in the quaint space that's open and airy. They had about 6 ciders on tap and another 6 other local items ranging from one Lake Drum tap (Shandy) to IPAs and witte beers mostly from the regional NY area constantly rotating. It's the little things here. Simple, but special. Your own portion of popcorn to munch on and glass can-style cups for the beers. I can't wait to go back!

Local. Cozy. Unique. Love the high top bar, no bar stools. I love the sofa and the long table with seating in the back. Funky record collection and floor to ceiling (almost) bookcases. Loved the bathroom too. The men's room door signage is adorable. The beer we sampled was tasty and we loved the glassware. They currently have a variety of beer and wine on tap. Cold pressed coffee on tap too. The record player in the barrel in the window belted out sounds only a needle could produce. The space was packed early Friday night. Someone was even eating a burrito at the bar from the new place up the street. Geneva is stepping up its game and Lake Drum is a shining example. Well done.

Their craft beers are decent, and the food really is bar food. The best thing I can say about it is that we were able to bring all the family together, over 20 of us, three generations, all in one place, all without reservations. We'll likely go here again when we are back in the area from California and want all the family under one roof.

This review is actually for Iron Heart Cafe inside of War Horse Brewing…read more Looks like they make the food the day prior and refrigerate it. It's not made to order or even the day of (which it's very simple food and only takes a minute or so to prepare, so i don't get why). There is a "packed date" on the container when you get your food. (Can't say if this is true for the pretzel though, but definitely applies to the other 3 snack items). Would definitely not recommend this cafe to anyone unless they're absolutely starving. Eat before/after you visit here. Turkey BLT wrap 5/10 Mayo comes on the side so it doesn't get soggy. Smart. Wrap was very skimpy. There was maybe 1 or 2 slices of lunch meat turkey in it, and a slice of bacon. See photo. Not worth the price at all. Pasta salad 4/10 SUPER DRY. Was like eating plain wet noodles. Probably because it sat overnight. Needs more dressing for sure. The combination of ingredients were good together though. See photo. Iced latte with caramel 5/10 Couldn't even taste the caramel. Plenty of milk, but it was just poured in.. Not even frothed like a latte usually is. It was just like drinking a plain flavorless iced coffee. Sugar is separate to add yourself, which I did not know until half of my drink was gone. Suggestions for improvement: Fresh is best! Prepare and cook meal items to order/day of.

Beautiful grounds if the weather is good. On Seneca Lake....gorgeous. Wine spigot in the hotel hallway ( limited to one glass per person). We received a coupon for the wine tasting with 10% off of alcohol purchases in the store. The Continental breakfast had a nice assortment of drinks and cold items. Negatives: one word comes to mind...dated. Our room was small with a very limited lake view. The windows haven't been cleaned in a very long time. The television is tiny, like a computer monitor. The spring rod to the curtains kept springing off every time I tried to open or close the drape. The shower is tiny and you can barely turn around. There are few outlets, the only ones I was able to access that worked were in the bathroom ( only one of the double outlet was functional). The carpet in our room appeared to be about thirty years old and worn. This room, called the clay room was advertised on the website to have a queen bed and a refurbished bathroom. The bathroom has not been touched in years and the queen bed turned out to be a full-size bed. Stonecutters: wonderful waitress, who kept our beverages filled and was attentive. My broccoli cheddar soup had negligible cheddar or broccoli. My salad with grilled shrimp was okay. My husband's Cuban sandwich arrived on a stale roll and he thought the fries (weirdly shaped) were reheated. His chili arrived lukewarm. Not a good experience overall. Despite this, the staff are lovely, upbeat and helpful.
