Assortment of tasty fried treats and a nice flight of beers & ciders.

Stopped by here on a whim on a Saturday evening, what a neat treat. In an area where all the wineries shut down by 5-6 pm at the latest and you just want a place to relax and have some food and drink for dinner, this spot is perfect. Solid beers and ciders to choose from (definitely recommend the flight option) and excellent snacks to go with them - the taquitos and the fried mashed potatoes were perfect. All at fair prices. They have space inside if you want to cool off with some A/C, but plenty of nice tables outdoors as well - including on the lawn area, with a few games like cornhole. Kids and families were playing and having a good time this last weekend, while a live band kept up the music until at least 9:00 pm. Glad we came, would happily stop by again

Crisp lettuce and shaved parm on the chicken Caesar! Homemade crisp chips and fresh crunchy Cole slaw. German brewtype beer selection and a nice mix of piped music. In a region where menus are filled with fried and premade options this very appealing lunch option. Service was quick and polite. Many seating options in or out of the restored bay barn brewery. The road traffic could cost it a star but I'm not sensitive to the humm.

Very chill vibes! Came here on a Saturday night and they had live music. Will come back!

What a cute spot to hangout! We loved the beer, the Vibes and the food! Everything tasted so fresh. Super cute patio.

The beer here was okay. Our waiter was very friendly...we offered at the bar and went to sit down. There is a lot of indoor seating. It was kind of loud inside, but no louder than you would expect in a brewery. They did have some board games and little toys for kids which was nice. I would come here again, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

Amazing beer and food at good prices. Very chill atmosphere. Staff were friendly and dogs are allowed. Loved the relaxing atmosphere. I'll be back!

On July 14, this was our third brewery stop. Seneca Stag is still relatively new and is not brewing many beers yet. However, they have a relatively good selection of beers from the region. There is indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor seating is not as expansive as some of the photos make you think. There is plenty of outdoor seating in both shade and sun. The outdoor space would be great for small music events. I've given it three-stars because they are still working on their brewing operations. I look forward to them expanding the number of beers that they brew. Wineries in the Finger Lakes region have wine trail markers. I hope the breweries will advocate for something similar. Those markers could help more people discover the growing number of breweries in the Finger Lakes.

    Beer flight and homemade pretzels!!

OMG. love stumbling upon great new places. Although, they aren't serving their own beers yet (4th week open) their mix of local brews was wonderful. We had their homemade pretzels with beer cheese sauce. Those alone would be worth the drive out to visit. Fantastic location fantastic future!

Great bar with many beer selections and flights available

First time visiting this place, but it won't be the last time. Amazing food, wonderful ambiance, and great beer. The only problem I had was choosing only a couple of items from the great menu. Pretzels with beer/cheese sauce was delicious. Pretzels were huge, and soft and easily tore into bits to be dipped. I ordered the fish fry dinner, and wife ordered the smash burger. The fish was a big portion with delicious coleslaw and homemade chips. The smash burger with chips and coleslaw was juicy and the bacon jam really elevated the meal. We finished up with yummy fried Oreos with icing . Great way to finish the meal. Can't wait to return!

This is a fledgling brewery with plenty of sweat equity to make a beautiful space with comfort and views. The old converted hay barn is converted for seating including a loft. Many farm relics decorate the interior. The outside is also spacious and is mostly fenced in. There is also ample parking. Ask about fish fry night.. it's very popular. Please give them a try as they navigate a very competitive industry.

If you are looking for a family and pet friendly place to stop for a quick bit and a cold brew- this is perfect. A large lawn with umbrellas and picnic tables and plenty to do for the littles with lawn games. Tucked in the back was a doggy rest area with waste bags. Our lunch: The coconut shrimp with Piña colada sauce was outstanding. light and fluffy breading and the sauce? Wow! We tried the farmers hand pies. Hubby had the buffalo wing which was great and I had the spinach and artichoke which was excellent. A side of the Beer Pretzels was a treat and the cheese sauce again- fantastic. We were informed all the food is made by hand. Beer-There own German Style Lager was decent. The Mexican Lager was very nice on a warm day. We search for pet friendly places on bring Fido and a couple other sites because we often travel with a pair of Havanese pups. Seneca Stag was not listed. I will making sure it is!

We had the chance to try some great beers, and one unique experience stood out: mixing two beers together, a concept similar to a blend in the wine world. As the bartender put it, "It's a game we like to play." On tap, they had a solid lineup: 1. Hector Logger - A traditional lager (4.9% ABV) 2. Goatmaster Kölsch - A crisp Kölsch (5.1% ABV), which I tried and really enjoyed 3. RedBeard - A Red Ale (5% ABV), a reliable go-to beer 4. Cream Ale - A bit different at 6.7% ABV, more robust than the typical lower-ABV versions 5. Golden Crush - A hazy IPA (5.1% ABV) that had nice fruit-forward notes, but not overpowering 6. X IPA - An Imperial IPA (7.8% ABV) Mosaic! Mosaic! - A Pale Ale (5.2% ABV) that followed the traditional pale ale profile and was very enjoyable 7. Goatmeal Stout - An Oatmeal Stout (8.1% ABV) Then came the blends--something I hadn't seen much of before. The only one I tried was 1. Goat Juice, a 50/50 mix of Hazy IPA and Kölsch (5.1% ABV). It was bursting with amazing flavors, the best of both worlds. Some of their other blends included: 2. Red X - A mix of Red Ale and Imperial IPA 3. Goatgasm - A Kölsch and IPA blend 4. Headbutt - A Stout and Cream Ale combo I tend to gravitate toward Hazies, Kölsches, and Pale Ales, so this place hit all the right notes for me. I can't wait to come back and see what new creations they have on tap next time!

They are stationed on the deck. I ordered their burger with carmelized onions, tomatoes, and lettuce. Pickle on the side. The tomato was a farm fresh Tomato which is AWESOME! It was a local farm grown tomato, and the burger was delish. We ordered a small fries, and 3 of us shared them, and still threw some out. Yes, a small is that large. They don't sell drinks at the babes burger window. We got those at the bar. They had a free water jug, with plastic cups. I ordered a Waterloo sparking water, one friend had regular water, and the last had a soda. Because the owner makes their own beer there. I highly recommend checking them out, for beers and burgers. We didn't order any this time, because we were getting ready to go on a long drive. But....Since I live there, I can confirm their beer is worth it! I love their casual atmosphere, it's a great place to go to talk and dine. It's a local place, so it wouldn't be awkward to see go there and run into friends and start combining tables. Everyone is super friendly, so if you're ever lonely or bored, it's a great place to stop by, and hang out, you're almost guaranteed to make new friends. Parking can be tricky if they are busy, but people park on the street as long as they don't block any cars from getting by. I also love that they allow dogs, on leash, and they can't beg. He was very friendly and provided some great information on the cask-brewing process and how it differs from the American process. The few beers in my flight (about $12ish) all tasted great but lacked the traditional carbonation found in most typical beers. This, along with being served at room temperature, is a major difference from other beer I learned. The cask ales are naturally carbonated giving it a milder, less harsh, and maybe flatter taste. Most other beers are force-carbonated. While not available on the day I visited, I would loved to have tried some of their food options. Maybe I will the next time I am in the area.
