Great service as always, and great food as well. I will say the music in here gets loud sometimes and you can barely hear the people around you, but other than that it's great. Got the shrimp and grits today with a side of cornbread and WOW my god. That cornbread is something else, really delicious. For dessert had the blackberry cobbler, sooo good. read more

Food is good and service is good as well. We'll come by again as the kids enjoy the experience.

The Republic Grille never disappoints me. The drinks were right on point and the food and presentation were good. The Calamari was amazingly tender and fried perfectly. The sauces they were served with however, were different from your normal marinara, sadly didn't provide much of a flavor punch. All else was good. read more

This is my second time to this location of the Republic Grill. The service was even better than the first time. I really like the atmosphere of the restaurant. It feels cozy without being small. The server recommended the Blacked Flounder and it was a smash hit with me. My husband ordered the ribeye "black and blue" very few places know how to cook this correctly. It came out perfect. I wish I could remember the name of the wine we had it was a cabernet and was smooth with a very nice finish. I have to go back to get the name. I cannot wait to visit again. It is becoming our "go to" place for an upscale dinner and to bring our out of town friends. read more

New to the area and exploring I found The republic grill. Great food and service. Definitely be back soon

Excellent attentive service, great menu choices and full service bar... We made a good choice dining here! We were a group of 6. Our server Jonathon was spot on with our food order and gave nice suggestions. Come hungry because portions are generous. We started with apps: *Mac and cheese balls, tasty! *calamari, yumm with excellent dipping sauces. For entrees, I had the Republic burger with the right shade of pink... add jalapeños, delicious! My husband had the grilled chicken, made well. Omg the sides are amazing! The jalapeño bacon Mac and cheese was delicious. The jalapeño creamed corn was awesome too! This is a good all around restaurant. We would definitely return if we're in the area. read more

The Republic Grille - Shrimp scampi and pork chops. - Southern Near Me - Spring, Texas

With so many restaurants to choose from in the Houston area, The Republic Grille truly stands out!! We brought our grown up kids here for dinner and it was fantastic! The food was amazing and I was surprised by how many menu options are offered. Everything we tried was delicious - shrimp scampi, chicken and rice bowls, the Grogan salad, tomato basil soup and the Texafornian. Wow! Be sure to try their tasty Texas-size desserts too. If you're looking for a beautiful restaurant and an incredible meal, come here!!! They have a great bar, modern and fresh looking dining room and a nice patio too. The staff is attentive and the service was great!! It's an upscale grill with affordable prices. read more

I enjoyed the dry rub wings & dipping sauce!! Salads are also great. Good food and service overall!!

You can depend on Republic Grill for great service and even better food. It is a shame this one is in such a bad location, because I am afraid it can get overlooked and it doesn't deserve to be forgotten. If you are around 99 and Rayford Rd, you owe it to yourself to visit the Spring Republic Grill. read more

Really enjoyed my lunch at the Republic Grill. I started with the fried Mac n cheese. Lightly fried with gooey, hot Mac n cheese filling. The dipping sauce took it to the next level. I ordered the pina colada martini, which was strong and sweet. So good! I also got the shrimp tacos. They warn you on the menu they are spicy, so make sure to not get the sauce if you don't like spice. They were filling and flavorful. I enjoyed everything we tried at this restaurant. Service was a bit slow, although I could tell it was very busy. Our waitress was very nice! read more

I thoroughly enjoyed Republic Grille. The prices, food and the staff were all great. I think the sweet potatoes were the standout item for me. They were coated in a surprise ooey gooey sauce that I could have drank. We went on a weeknight and the place was packed so if you're going I suggest making a reservation!!! I highly recommend The Republic Grill to anyone who enjoys a good meal. The TRG Top Chop is my favorite but I can honestly say I haven't had a bad meal at The Republic Grill. They make an awesome Old Fashioned and the Martinis are excellent as well. The wait staff is always knowledgeable and attentive without being annoying while trying to enjoy the delicious food. I often bring my out of town guest here because I can always count on a consistently good experience and excellent meal with a good variety of options to make everyone happy. read more

My first visit to this restaurant I must say the Fried Chicken special was great! The chicken was crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside with a good buttermilk batter flavor. Mixed veggies and corn bread was tasty as well. I also tried the Coconut Shrimp which were huge and had a excellent flavor as well. Mike was our server he was delightful! Very pleasant, patient and accommodating. The one thing I would change is the restaurant lighting it was too dark for an afternoon lunch. I would suggest dimming lights for dinner and having brighter lights for lunch. The location I visited was in Spring TX and will visit again and bring others. read more

Only order the salmon salad. Do not order any Italian items. It's still covid apparently too bc masks are worth daily there.

The food was delicious and there was live music that was equally enjoyable. Server was attentive and helpful.

Me and my wife visited Republic grille as we had read nothing but great reviews and being the foodies we are we had to visit. Upon arrival it was a packed lot but with easy an accessible parking. Though busy that night the service was great. We were seated within seconds and our waiter was very polite and insightful on the menu. First thing I ordered was an American Honey drink, which consisted of whiskey honey and lemon. I had 2 or 3 of those and will have 2 or 3 more when i go back. Started my meal off with a beautiful and flavorful wedge salad that might've been one of the best I've had. For my main entree I went with the grilled chicken and corn chowder. The chicken was cooked perfectly and succulent. The corn however was a bit underwhelming as it lacked seasoning for my liking. I finished up with the banana cheesecake and that took this meal over the top. As you can see in the video it did something to me. Will definitely be going back and trying more things on the menu as well as getting the drink and dessert i had before. You wanna go here rather it's for date night or bringing the family out the ambiance is versatile in that regard and the food is as well. Well earned 5 stars read more

Me and my best friend went here the day before thanksgiving. It was packed yet service was great! We made it just in time for happy hour and had several drinks that were delicious. The price was not bad either. I had the chicken marsala and he had the chicken fried chicken. The portions were great and price was perfect. The macaroni and cheese was one of the best I've ever had! It was a cozy and Swank ambiance. I really did enjoy the big booths and Steakhouse feel. We really did have a great time and I'm definitely coming back. read more

We ordered dinner to go for five, with side orders, desserts and substitutions. The pickup process was smooth, the food well packaged, and the portions generous. Loved this place! Huge menu selection. Queso was fantastic but a tad on the spicy side. Coconut shrimp cooked perfectly. Best ranch dressing I've had in a while! Service was good for being so packed read more

From the moment we walked in to the moment we left service was great. The hostess greeted us with a smile and were able seat us in a timely manner. Given its Friday night dinner time there was a bit of wait but completely reasonable and worth the wait. Our waiter, Adam, greeted us fairly quickly, pointed out a few things on the menu and answered our questions. Took our order and brought us our drinks quickly. The two apps we had, spinach artichoke dip and bruschetta, were so worth it. Bread was toasted perfectly and flavors were so yummy. Dinner arrived and the country fried chicken was delicious, the country gravy and seasonings were amazing served with two sides. I chose grilled veggies and cornbread. Everything was fresh and made to order. My wife ordered a salad with chicken and avocado, their homemade ranch and homemade spicy ranch. Absolutely fantastic. There were a few tvs over the bar area playing sports but the ambiance is not a sports bar vibe, more chill cool evening date night out vibes. Will definitely be back. read more

My first time trying a Republic Grill restaurant. I was in the area for work and gave this spot a try. Best food decision made to eat at. Food: 5/5 The blackened founder was delicious. The sauce, the shrimp, and crawfish. The mixed veggies were all hit. But I must say the star of this dish was the jalapeño Mac n cheese. Now..I don't eat everyone's Mac n cheese and they're definitely at the top of my list now. I could order Mac n cheese from here by itself and eat it. Republic y'all might want to consider selling Mac n cheese family size Lol. Do not change a thing on the Mac n cheese!!! I want it to hit like it did today when ever I get to eat here again. Dessert 3/5. I love peach cobbler. This was good but I felt the nutmeg on top of the ice cream could've used some of that in the peach cobbler. It was a good combo taste though. Restaurant was clean and nice. Staff was nice. My waiter was attentive and gave good recommendations to try. The Womens restroom was cute. I believe he was the manager that stopped by to ask how the meal was which I feel is great customer service to check on your customers. My Yelp squad go ahead n stop by!
