Yummy snacks, delicious bubble teas with customizable sweetness (50% sweetness was perfect for us, the strawberry milk tea was the best we've ever had - including drinks in NYC, SF, and HK - and actually tasted natural, and the mango yakult tea was perfectly tangy and fruity), friendly service, nice decor, comfortably low key atmosphere, and lots of board games. I just wish they had more savory/salty foods on the menu.

This is hands-down the best Boba shop in Eugene! I always make a pitstop here when driving through town. The tea is freshly brewed, the pearls are sweet and have a perfect chewy consistency. It gets a little pricey when you tailor your drink (no ice $0.50, substitute with macadamia milk $0.75, pearls $0.75), but worth it!

Powder flavored drinks. Portion is decent but it can be a pain in your butt when the drink is very un-tasty. Nothing decent here.

If you're new to tea, or don't know much, you might be a little overwhelmed. This shop focuses more on "straight" tea, and very little on flavored or scented blends (although there are a few). If you're feeling overwhelmed, you can come on Tuesday's to their focused tastings. The menu changes every week. While the price might initially seem high for a cup of tea, consider that you are getting lots of and lots of resteeps and very high quality tea. Plus you can see how it is brewed if you are unsure of how to brew it yourself. They also have an online store if you are not in the area, where you can have the tea shipped to you. If you've got some time, you can also ask the shop owner about his vacuum sealing process!

What caught my attention right away was that the menu actually includes Chinese items, not just generic bubble tea flavors. The owner is Chinese and very friendly, which instantly made me feel like I was in the right place. I tried the green grape boba tea, and it was delicious--very well balanced. You can really taste the tea, and the grape flavor is fresh and not overly sweet at all. Super refreshing. I also had the mango sago (楊枝甘露), which paired beautifully with the coconut. Again, not too sweet, which I really appreciated. It would be perfect if there were mango chunks, but overall it was still very satisfying. Yummy drinks overall, authentic flavors, and definitely a spot I'd come back to if I'm in the area again.

We had a great time at the restaurant. The people working there were efficient and friendly and the restaurant seemed big with enough tables to fit about 20 people. My daughter and roommate had frequented this restaurant about once a week since we all came together last month.

Their selection of organic herbs is incredible -- everything I've ordered has arrived fresh, fragrant, and high quality, and I really appreciate that many of their herbs are locally sourced whenever possible. It's clear they've put thought into making the experience easy and supportive for customers. What really makes them stand out to me is that they're more than just a place to buy herbs. I love the vintage setting in this aging building. The coffee shop next-door is phenomenal and the local home goods store across the street is a personal favorite. The trio would be an excellent way to spend a meandering afternoon and indulge yourself in fresh coffee, natural products and a few things to upgrade your home interior. Parking is really easy in the dedicated lot and the location is quite central. Prices are very reasonable and the employees were very friendly. I didn't see a bathroom so you might have to go next-door to the coffee shop. Next time I visit, I want to try the shortbread near the checkout counter.

With sleek glass walls and plant life that could make a greenhouse jealous, this place is serving up serious fern-tastic vibes. I walked in and immediately thought, "Wow, this place is un-be-leaf-able." Now let's talk coffee. I ordered a cappuccino so smooth, it should've come with a tuxedo. My friend got a pour-over and said it was grounds-breaking. And don't even get me started on the pastries -- flaky enough to ghost you after one date, but so good you forgive them instantly. The baristas? Friendly, fast, and full of beans (literally and figuratively). One even told me my dad jokes were espresso-nally bad, which I took as a compliment. Whether you're a caffeine connoisseur or just need a place to espresso yourself, Glass House is the kind of spot that makes you want to linger, laugh, and maybe adopt a succulent or two. Bottom line: great coffee, great vibes, and enough plant life to make your mom say, "You should really get one of these for your apartment." I'm already planning my next visit -- it's brew-destined.
