Best tasting milk tea I have ever tried. Simply delicious and creamy. Will be back again.

A very convenient location for me. This place makes having to do my laundry at a laundromat something I actually look forward to. Once a week my boyfriend and I frequent this place while we wait for our clothes. I, admittedly, have only tried their bubble teas, but I vow I'll break the cycle and try something else one day! More traditional and popular selection of boba teas, they also have a great Mochi Donut (ask for it from the head chef, Owen) that makes a great sweet to accompany it (red bean taste deep fried in batter and coated with sugar.) Food is the best in Eugene, as they emphasize soups and have the most delicious house made noodles in the area. it's not good at all, we visited and waited for boba for 20 min. I order cantaloupe flavor and I was disappointed it was water down so and I thought maybe just the cantaloupe, even the matcha boba is the same thing. The Oreo milk tea was terrible. read more

The best bubble tea I've found in Eugene by far! And it's usually pretty quiet, so i can bring my laptop, plug in, enjoy free WiFi, and chill out. I visited the Rabbit Hole location in the mall and was excited to try the bubble tea here. The customer service was great! I give this location three stars mainly because of the customer service. I ordered a Lavender milk tea with pearls and egg pudding. The milk tea itself barely had any Lavender flavor, it was close to being tasteless. For me personally, I think the pearls are too soft where it's very rubbery and doesn't have that sweet flavor to it like pearls should. I give this place kudos for not charging extra for regular textures like pearls or lychee. read more

This is my go to place for bubble teas. They have quite the selection. My favorites have been the rose bubble milk tea, ginger bubble milk tea, strawberry bubble milk tea, and the oolong, I love tropical fruits but found the mango milk tea was too sweet. I've had the matcha red bean once and thought it was an interesting change from my usual, though thought it wasn't too bad either. read more

The bubble tea here is pretty good. Lots of variety to choose from. One negative is the wait times. A 10-15 min wait could easily be turned into a 3-5 min wait if they have more than one employee working at a time. Another is they fill the cups up to the rim with ice and then put the tea in, the bubble tea spots in Seattle don't put any ice just tea. read more

The teas here were fine if you liked bland unsweetened tea but I like sweeter bubble tea. If I did come here another time I would ask for the sweetness to be %300. To top it off, the drinks were watered down and the boba was too chewy. read more

And this is one of the most frequent bubble tea places I go to except my only problem that I gave it three stars is because it is quite a bit expensive for a cup of boba tea. I remember before, when the store first opened, a drink cost around $3.80. I was fine with that but they seem to be continually raising the prices and it's expensive! Be warned: they can get busy! By far my favorite place in all of Eugene to get tea. The taro balls topping it delicious, so is lychee jelly. Taro milk tea and passion mango green teas are my 2 favorite drinks. Go for no ice. It costs more but you get the most bang for your buck! Overall, casual atmosphere and great drinks. Pricing is 25-50¢ more than other boba tea shops. Has good variety of flavors and choice of flavored jelly to add in addition to traditional boba (extra 50¢ for boba/jelly). I went into this tea house expecting to have a real cup of tea: I had even perused the menu before coming, and I expected to buy a cup of hot tea for three dollars. Instead, I asked the girl at the register what her milk teas were, and she told me, "tea base, non-dairy milk product, sugar, and some other flavorings", which to me didn't sound like anything I was interested in, so I tried ordering a hot rose tea with room for cream. The girl acted confused, and finally told me they don't have dairy products. So I said, "Fine, I'll just take the hot tea". I paid more than the three dollars that was listed on the menu, and the "tea" tasted almost exactly like a cup of hot water. If I hadn't wanted to embarrass my friend, I would have demanded my money back. I will not go back there unless I am looking for some sort of sugary sweet non-tea beverage. read more

I love this place so much. Their iced teas are my favorite, especially mango or peach iced green tea with pearls and lychee jelly. We were on our way to Portland and suddenly developed a craving for boba milk tea. The place was not exactly off the highway, but close to Univ. of Oregon. It does have many variety of special teas for the connoisseur, but I only wanted the regular milk tea with tapioca. Not bad for $3.75 a cup. read more

My 12 year old son loves this place so we bought him a gift card for his birthday. When he used it they wouldn't punch his drink card saying it was there "policy" when using a gift card.I paid $20 for the gift card and really can't see the distinction. Being a 12 year old he was very disappointed and the woman behind the counter argued with him over it. I thought it was very unprofessional and left us with not very good feelings towards the establishment. Too bad, we were fans. read more
