    Time for lunch!

Lovely outdoor seating area (with umbrellas for shade) and dog friendly too! Inside is absolutely beautiful, very posh decor and tons of seating available. Full bar is known for its cocktails and mocktails (no alcohol served outside). The menu is chocked full of delicious appetizers, salads, sandwiches, pastas, and burgers/cheeseburgers. All with whimsical names, and delicious flavor combinations... This place serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I'm hoping to come back oon and try the dinner menu! Ambiance: casual to upscale Cleanliness: extremely clean (no dishes left on tables) Noise level: average (music plays in the background but it's not loud) Customer service: Excellent, fast and very friendly (brought water out to our dog as soon as we sat down) Food: Excellent (portion sizes were perfect, flavorful, and not greasy) Swing by with friends, family, or co-workers... This place is a ln amazing find here in Cedar City.

Cliff Notes Price Range: $$ Parking: Plenty Perk: Drinks, service, vibe Non-Perk: Paying Ambiance: Cute Dress: Casual Noise: Low Temperature: Perfect Recommend: 110% Response Time: Fast Professionalism: 100% Date: 2/05/2026 Dissertation: Stopped by The Pub and honestly the drinks alone deserve their own standing ovation. Huge shout out to Chris, truly the hostess with the mostess, and Blake who made some of the most wonderful drinks I have had in a while. We tried Fanny's Your Aunt, Peanut Barry & Jaden, Bee's Knees, and the Slutty Shirley and every single one was amazing. Blake knows he's stuff! Food was a mixed bag. The Crispy Dill Pickle Spears had an incredible outside, perfectly crispy, but I think it was just too much pickle in spear form. I am convinced they would be incredible as bite sized pieces. That said, my daughter loved them exactly as they were, so clearly the pickle debate lives on. Then came the heartbreak. The menu lists warm cheddar biscuits, and my expectations went through the roof, only to be told there were restrictions and they were only available in the morning or something along those lines. Dreams were made and immediately crushed. We pivoted to the Creamy Garlic Brussels Sprouts and unfortunately all three of us were not fans. Davie happened to walk by, asked how everything was, we were honest about the sprouts, and he absolutely took care of us. Solid human and much appreciated. Great service, fantastic drinks, and a few food swings that did not quite land. I would absolutely come back for the cocktails and the people. Next time I will emotionally prepare myself about the biscuits.

WOW JUST WOW!! We are traveling through from Montana and decided to stop here for a drink after dinner at the place next door! From the greeting, to friendly service from Ethan and Donovan, the bartenders, to the sweet girls, Kelle, Chloe, Emerson as servers! What a welcome wagon it was!! The decor and ambiance was beautiful and beyond inviting!! We will Definitely be back and try the menu next time! Thank you for a 5 star experience!!

My son and I stopped by Sunday morning for breakfast before hitting the road. The restaurant is absolutely darling with funky art and decor-animals posed like humans, black walls with bright pink accents, gold accessories-you get it. The music was fun and upbeat, although a bit loud in the corner table where we were seated. Service was friendly enough with a bit of a professional, distant feel. Kind of methodical rather than overly welcoming. The food was presented very nicely-it looked pretty, but I didn't care for the flavor. I'm pretty sure it was the butter flavor that didn't sit right with me-it was just a little too strong and overpowered the eggs and the toast. I get that I'm an unusual person that doesn't care for butter, so it's probably just me. I'd like to go back and try lunch or dinner. But breakfast wasn't my favorite.

Pretty solid restaurant. Service was attentive. Food was good not great. 3 pf us ordered salads. They were HUGE! The Cobb salad (add avocado) was good but I did not like the ranch. First of all they only gave you a small ramekin for a Huge Salad. The ranch had a little too much dill which I was not a fan. In addition the avocado was smashed, not freshly cut. It had a strange after taste which left me feeling like it wasn't as fresh as I had hoped. The Mac and cheese had a little too many bread crumbs. The lemon pasta probably had the highest review. So I guess if you're into lemony pasta this might be your best bet.

All-American burger. Very tasty and the unique cut fries were delicious.

Here's my fantastic review, LOL! I like The Pub in Cedar City, it is a real favorite of mine, and you can't beat a great recommendation from a friendly server! The Jabberwocky sandwich must be something special--it's great when a server's pick turns out to be a fantastic choice and very tasty. Thanks for sharing your recommendation! It certainly always makes me want to stop by when I'm in Cedar City! Don't take my word for it, come try it yourself!

The Pub Spirits+ craft kitchen is my go to place! We literally eat lunch there everyday when we are in town. The salads are fresh, the portions are good, and there's always a seasonal menu with fun and new flavors! The sandwiches are hardy and filling. My favorite sandwich is the Bandersnatch and Cobb salad. The fries and the fry sauce is delicious! There's also a kids menu and alcoholic beverages! It's a fun atmosphere to eat in and everyone that works there is friendly and attentive! Jaden (owner) greets us with a smile and pays attention to every aspect of his restaurant! Looking forward to our next meal at the pub!

We stopped by on a roadtrip going to Colorado. The place is absolutely charming with the decor that has a little Alice in wonderland with a boutique vibe. Service was excellent. Our waitress had helpful advice and very personable. I ordered the Mochatini. To drink. Um- I fell in LOVE. When the food came out, it looked and tasted as good if not BETTER than anticipated. We will be back if we end up in Cedar City again. Thanks for the wonderful experience and hospitality!

The taco salad here... best one I've ever had hands down. If you are a fan of taco salads - 100% try the one here at some point! Delicious ingredients, balance of ingredients, sauce, all of the things (& photo attached)! The environment here is also so cute and stylish - it's a gem, and I love the hot pink accents. Service was great - our server was kind, helpful, and attentive. My brother lives here, so whenever I'm back in town, I'll see ya for the taco salad!

We came here after a hot day of hiking between Bryce & Arches and didn't realize it's a nicer pub. The furniture was cute and it all looked nice together and there was a big bar. It was packed and all the locals seemed to know each other and the staff. The hostess got us seated and menus right away and then our server took our order. It took about 30 minutes for the food to come, but I got the 1/2 bacon turkey club and 1/2 pub Cobb salad. We also had an order of the mozzarella monster and fries. My food was extremely good. The pub was very busy and we got there at 5:30 and by 5:45 the line was out the door. Would recommend!

What a hidden gem. Stopped in Cedar City for lunch on our way across country. Not looking for fast food, we picked The Pub and we not disappointed. We had the Hearts of Crown pasta and a Cob salad. Both were excellent. I wish I could return sometime to try their other dishes.

I think the place was recently redone and has an interesting millennial modern vibe with hot pink and dark green lol. We got a couple drinks that were pretty decent! The menu looked very good but the food was a little too simple for the pricey imo. Cute stop in the main street and had a good crowd.

It's not just another spot--it's a true speakeasy-style cocktail lounge with that perfect moody, intimate Prohibition-era vibe. Think dim lighting, plush vintage settees and ornate seating that feels like stepping into a gothic 1800s parlor, gilded mirrors, stone crosses, and an electric yet cozy energy that's ideal for date night, a special occasion, or just unwinding with friends. Spiritual Speakeasy Bar (2026) - All You MUST Know Before You Go (with Reviews) The cocktails here are next-level--award-winning (they've taken Best Bar in Southern Utah multiple times, and it shows). I went with the Smoked Old Fashioned (beautifully balanced, smoky perfection with premium spirits) and the Spicy Dead Lady (a creative, flavorful kick that's become a favorite). They also do standouts like Espresso Martini, Pornstar Martini, Skull Chapel, and Holy Grail, all crafted with top-shelf ingredients including Utah's own High West whiskeys. The bartenders are true mixologists--super knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to chat about the spirits or customize something just for you. Spiritual Speakeasy - St. George, UT | joe coffee It's open daily from 5 PM to 1 AM (or 2 AM some nights), with live DJs on weekends adding to the lively but not overwhelming atmosphere. It's intimate (can feel a bit cozy/crowded when busy), and the music can get loud, but that's part of the electric speakeasy charm. Service is attentive, though it can slow down on peak nights--totally worth it. In a town not exactly known for wild nightlife, this place punches way above its weight. Sophisticated, fun, and unexpectedly upscale. We've already made it our go-to whenever we're in St. George. If you love craft cocktails and a unique vibe, hunt it down--you won't regret it. Highly recommended! (Pro tip: Look for the hidden entrance vibe--they make it feel like a real discovery.)

I took a star off because the guy who checked our IDs in the front didn't tell us it was open seating, so we just stood there waiting to be helped not knowing what to do if we can sit anywhere , or needed to wait. The bartender didn't stop to welcome us , or let us know it was open seating. We aren't locals, nor have we been before, so standing there without any direction was kind of not welcoming. A good speakeasy should feel like a find. We tried the meatballs with bacon jam, Maryland crab cakes, and the miso salmon--each one well-executed without trying too hard.
