This place was not on my original list when looking for places in Ceder City, but it was referenced in another post so decided to check it out, plus DC has more variety on their menu. The service was welcoming the waitress told us the kitchen was behind, so she waited to take our order. I appreciated this because she didn't want us sitting and waiting. We got the wings with TN Hot, mild, Chicken Sandwich, onion rings (beer battered) and pasta salad. Everyone enjoyed their food. Don't be turned off by Sawsquach and the old rocking chairs. It was getting late and we needed a quick place to eat before bed and lots of traveling the next day. DC Pub and Grill was open and inviting. Service was great, and even when we experienced a wrong order, the service was even better- taking care of the problem right away. Burgers, frieds, chicken wings....it was all great. We even got desert (being on vacationa and all)....it was good too. This place is worth the stop! read more

Two things I can't stand about some restaurants are eating out of a basket and being charged extra for condiments. (Ranch, Mayo) My husband ordered the Squatch Pastrami Burger and when he asked for mayo, the server told him it would be an extra 75 cents. Seriously? The burger barely had any mayo on it to begin with. He said the burger was okay, aside from a few gristly bites. I had the East Vs West Italian Sandwich, and it was so spicy I could barely eat it. I like hot food, but this was another level of heat. You'd better have water ready if you order it. The onion rings and jalapeno poppers were just okay, but the french fries were really good. I did like the atmosphere, and they have a nice outdoor patio. I thought the prices were reasonable. Our server was nice, but not great. We had to ask for silverware after we'd already eaten our appetizer, and she looked at us like we were crazy. Maybe most people don't use forks with their sandwiches? Was passing thru Cedar City excited to eat lunch at or favorite restaurant. A line was wrapped around the building. Not wanting to wait, we gave DC's a try! Tastey food and a fun ambiance! Our server Shiann made it a great experience! Look forward to stopping here again next time thru! read more

One of the few places in the area that is open til 9p. Had the burger special which was a 1/2 lb burger with pastrami. Also had fries and potato salad. All was good. We'd go back. Didn't love the thumping loud music but lots of tvs showing sports. The lighting is very bright for a place that feels like a sports bar. read more

Just wanted a good burger or sandwich for dinner one evening. The space is like renovated diner. There was a band playing the night we went and it was SUPER LOUD. We could barely hear our server. They do seem to serve some local beer here, which was fun to see. Not a ton on the menu, burgers, sandwiches, wings. Prices were at least less expensive than other places in the area. Food was just nothing spectacular, but not bad by any means. The volume of the band was just a bit of a turn-off, so we ate and got out. read more

Drove past this place when we were heading to our campsite in Cedar City. We decided to come back after set up for dinner and it was awesome. Service was great- Jillian our server was very informative on questions we had about the menu and attentive. Large menu with a lot of options. My husband got the Rueben which he said was the best he's had, I got the godfather sandwich that was a large sandwich filled with lots of deli meats and a delicious vinaigrette. $5 beers, they also had other beers for cheaper. Inside seating was spacious with lots of TVs and tables. There was a gentleman playing live music. Outside patio was big and I did see someone with a dog so they're pet friendly. This will 100% be a place we will return to when we need to get out of the St. George heat. read more

I placed a order to go I asked for crispy French Fries and when my order was repeated back to me they repeated crispy Fries. Not one in the whole entire order. The Burger and Poppers were good. I might try this place again due to the Burger was good. read more

One of the best Reubens I've had. Generous portions. My husband also had a delicious sandwich. Fries wer w well seasonwd and tasty. Staff very accommodating w our dogs so we could sit on the patio w them rather than having to leave them in a hot car. Even had a "dog burger' menu item offered which my dogs loved!! We were there for our 1st time on a Saturday around 5pm. My husband had the Little Duckling burger which is a 1/2 lb Angus beef patty that comes with a choice of cheese and a side of fries or small salad. He had the fries which had some seasoning on them and were good. I tried the Fire Roasted Turkey sandwich with the side salad. For someone more capable of handling continued assaults of jalapeño heat you'd love it. For me I ended up scraping off the homemade jalapeño mayo with its chunks of pepper and red onion to save my tastebuds and stomach! The turkey and sourdough bread was now edible to me - now with a lot less heat coming at me in every bite. I notice the menu said there were to be grilled onions also on the sandwich but I never saw them and don't believe they would be needed, with the jalapeño mayo dominating it already. If we go again I'll try something a little less adventurous. Menu states that non-cash sales will be charged a 3% fee as we were and a placard as we walked in said food is made to order. For us service was prompt and the sandwiches we ordered came out faster than expected. Lots of TV screens throughout the restaurant playing various sports but at low enough levels to allow conversation. read more

We were in Cedar City for a ski weekend on Superbowl weekend and driving down Main St looking for dinner. The DC Pub looked pretty busy, but still with some open tables, so we decided to give it a shot. So glad we did, it was so good we went back the next night too, and it was just as good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was fantastic and very reasonbly priced. Dinner for 4 of us was around $70. I had the philly which was AMAZING! My wife had the Lumberjack which was also really good. Both were good enough that we ordered them again the next night. My picky eater daughter (16 years old) had the Crispy Chicken sandwich and said it was great. Her twin had Tree Hugger's Twist sandwich one night and some kind of salad the next night. She enjoyed both. They had good prices on their drinks too. The only thing that was a slight ding, their fries come with a cajun seasoning that was too salty for us. If you don't like things very salty, get them without salt. Did that the 2nd night and they were great. read more

We had the opportunity to eat at DC Pub Friday night. Not packed but there were people there. The staff were quick to seat us. The lady that waited on us was fabulous. Very attentive and helpful. We ordered appetizers and a few drinks. The Cheese curds were good but you could taste the funnel cakes. They must use the same oil for everything. Not the end of the world. We ordered our food after we got our drinks. The food was slow in coming out so we orders our second round of drinks. Well before the food arrived. The bar staff delivers the drinks. The food took an excessively long time to come out. We were nearly done with dinner when the second round of drinks showed up at the table. We sent they back because we were done and left shortly after that. The place is nice inside. The wait staff is awesome. The bar and kitchen need some help, they were too slow. First time eating here was great, this time it needs a little work. We will try is again when we have a couple hours. read more
