It depends on how fast you want your food. Very slow service. It is mainly run by very young teens. Even with a call in service, my food was slow and not what I ordered. Great hamburgers. read more

Service was ok . Young kids working worrying about anything other than service . Food was nasty , just horrible . The Icecream tasted like fish soap . The burrito was a tiny cheap probably freezer burnt deep fried glob of gross . Needless to say I threw it all in the trash I was very disappointed . You will LOVE the Food and you will love the NEW Ownership. You will not be disappointed. If they are a bit slower than you are used to. Remember they COOK to order. Nothing is on a warmer. This is small town business, but upscale customer service. Wonderful charm about the place as well. We have gone many times and we live up north near Lehi. Prices have gone up, but with inflation what do you expect. They are still lower than many other places. GO in and Try it, you will be pleased and full. read more

Classic ice cream place right across from the high school. Very clean smelled delicious inside. Big menu lots of items I'd like to try. Me and my grandson had ice cream. The chocolate shake was huge and super thick, more like soft serve ice cream. I couldn't finish a medium. He had straight vanilla in a cup and also couldn't finish. Very disappointing. I should have read previous reviews and the owners might want to listen to unsatisfied customers. My BLT came with one slice of bacon and one slice of tomato. I asked the employee if they forgot to add more to the sandwich. She said they've been getting several complaints about the BLT, but that's how they make it. I don't know how restaurants owners can feel good about themselves when ripping off a customer. The Piccadilly chips were soggy and warm. The shakes came out 20 minutes before the food, which took 30 minutes. read more

Visited for the first time tonight. The younger people in the front of house were friendly and courteous. Given the size of my family's to-go order, it was prepared reasonably quickly. The front of house employee who appeared to be a supervisor over the other two offered to help me carry my food to the car as they had run out of their customary boxes (unnecessary, but appreciated). My super dog was tasty, notwithstanding the toppings were a bit on the scant side. My wife did not anticipate produce on her melt, but enjoyed it after picking off the veg. Our kids loved their grilled cheese and fries. Overall a positive experience. We'll be back. read more

My husband has been coming here for Fresh Lime drinks since 1965. It's a family tradition when driving up I-15 to pull off at the Dairy Freeze for a Fresh Lime and Tots with fry sauce. We never miss the opportunity, going North or South. We've had burgers on past trips and have always enjoyed our meals. We love the Dairy Freeze! read more

Great burgers and excellent malts. The fried zucchini is a reason to come back again and again. They give you fry sauce with your French fries which I had never had. It's like mayonnaise with ketchup mixed together. Much like the monster fries sauce at In-N-Out. They take the orders correctly and bring it to your table with friendly customer service. read more

I would not recommend this place if you are in a hurry. They have teenagers who don't know how to handle stress and so they take forever to get your food. I waited 30 minutes for 2 pizza sticks and I watch as other people got there food before me even tho I should have gotten mine first. Writing this review made me sad. I've been coming here while visiting family since I was a kid (15+ years). But these last few years everything has gone down, except the prices. Those have gone way up. First it takes forever to order! No one there knows how to multitask. You'll stand at the counter for a good 5 minutes before even being acknowledged. And the girls taking your order have the personality of a wooden post. The food takes awhile to cook, but I don't mind because that means they're actually cooking and not just microwaving everything. Unfortunately the quality and taste of the food has gone down quite a bit. We order a couple of the chicken tender baskets, and almost everyone refused to even eat the chicken. My kids said it was "really nasty". On the plus side their ice cream and shakes are really good. So if you're going for those you probably won't be disappointed. Otherwise good luck! I don't think we'll be eating there anymore unless it's something frozen and in a cone. read more

This is such an amazing hang out spot. Although the portions are small, they serve really delicious food. I recommend the bacon burger, large ice cream, fish and chips and hot wings. This restaurant is incredibly rude and they don't even deserve one star. Their website says they're open until 10. We walked up at 9:15 and the door was locked. They told us drive up was still open because they were "kind of closed" said their employee. We came to the drive up and they didn't have flavors listed. When we asked, the same girl that's said they were "kind of closed" told us to look at a whiteboard on the back wall that was out of sight. When we finally ordered they wrote it down and didn't tell us the total or give us a receipt. There were four girls working and they took the order of the car behind us and no one inside worked on our order. While we were still waiting the girls unlocked the door for three guys and then locked the door again. It's now been 20 minutes and we still don't have our FIVE SHAKES because these employees are incredibly lazy. My favorite was the employee on their phone in front of the drive through. Or the girl stacking cups to the ceiling. Or the girl falling asleep on her mop. Or the girl who was flirting with the boys who had just walked in to the "kind of closed" lobby. I don't know.
