The hostess seated us promptly (with luggage in tow). The restaurant is pretty spacious, so that worked out just fine. We enjoyed our food (a cobb salad for me and a burger for her). Janessa was our server and she was lovely and attentive. We then made a reservation for a larger group for that Saturday evening and Kyle and Mia helped us out... The reservation needed adjustment last minute due to a change in schedule that day and after multiple phone calls, they were able to accommodate that change. Note: it seems there is not a direct phone number to the restauarant so I had to work with someone in the hotel lobby for this. Interestingly enough, we ended up having dinner here on Friday as well with a large group. Huge thanks to Kyle and staff for working with us that evening... We worked out a large group order to-go but sat down for our drinks. Need to know: Due to Utah Liquor laws, adults who are drinking alcoholic beverages must be seated... that was a new fun fact I learned when making the reservation. On Saturday night, the restaurant had a bit of a condensed menu and they were out of salmon, which was a bit disappointing, but after having 3 meals here, we do recommend the wings, nachos, and burgers. The area in the back of the restaurant with games including ping pong is great for the kids and there is also a grassy area out back too. I know that this restaurant is fairly new and working out the kinks... I look forward to returning in the future as I know it will continue to get better.

Some of the group hadn't been to a boil before, but they were told how things worked and the options. Four of us ordered a boil and the rest had various other choices. The house platter boil was perfect for four of us to share and gave us all something to enjoy. I recommend the Crab Daddy Special for the sauce and we were given some spice to add if we wanted so every one could their own level. We also had a birthday that they sang for and gave our table extra beignets because of our group size. Again, everyone was so nice and polite with great service. If I make it back to the area I will definitely be back!

After waiting another 15 minutes for the salad, we finally caught a server and explicitly asked to cancel it. 10 minutes after canceling, the server brought the salad out anyway, saying it was on the house. By that point, we were already finished with our meal and turned it away. Kitchens get busy, and guests understand that. But setting expectations upfront ("Hey folks, the kitchen is backed up about 30 minutes today") or proactively offering a small courtesy early on would have changed everything. Leaving guests in the dark, ignoring a cancellation, and then offering an unwanted item at the very end isn't good service. I'm normally a generous tipper, and frankly, a tip wasn't deserved here at all. I left $2.00 strictly out of habit, but the front-of-house service severely let down what was otherwise a great meal from the kitchen.
