Cute little coffee shop and cafe near Brian Head, right next to the general store. Great spot to grab a coffee and breakfast before your adventure. We came down to hike and explore the cedar breaks area. Highly recommend coming here in the fall, the leaves were popping. I got the breakfast sandwich and asked for all 3 meat choices knowing I had a day of hiking ahead. Tasty sandwich to start the day. I got a latte with coconut and it was delicious. The only one place in town that serves real espresso coffee that is topped off with 300 ml of hot milk so you are actually drinking overly heated milk and going to take a nap right away instead of getting a kick from an espresso... Service... service... service... it seems that me and my family ordering and paying for overpriced items are creating a hustle for you. The attitude you are presenting is questionable for the food serving industry. read more

This place was fantastic! Cute , quiet, easy to find, and good options for coffee/food. I had the white mocha praline coffee and loved it not to sweet and flavors together were good. The biscuits and gravy were amazing such good flavor and biscuits were perfect. My daughter had the pancakes and couldn't get enough of them. Overall great place would recommend visiting. The staff was friendly which was a plus and food came out In a good timeframe! read more

Coming up to Brian Head you are options for lattes are very limited. Mountain Peak Cafe seems to be the only game in town but that's not a bad thing because we really enjoyed our drinks and food! The two ladies working the counter were friendly and efficient. When we walked in there was nobody else in there so we didn't have a way to place our order and our drinks and food came out quickly. They have a lot of options for coffee and tea lattes as well as Blended drinks. They also have scoop ice cream and a few breakfast options. I opted for the croissant sandwich with egg sausage and cheese and my daughter got the French toast which comes with two pieces butter and syrup. The croissant sandwich was delicious and good portions of all the fillings and was not too greasy. The matcha latte was just the right amount of slightly sweet but not sugary like you get at Starbucks. And my daughter really enjoyed her blended, macchiato although I thought she was crazy for ordering it since it was like 20° out! read more

Apple Maps may give you trouble finding this spot. The Shop is located on the second floor of The Mall on the far left (if you are outside facing the building) it shares a room with 1st Chair Thai & Ramen. It's definitely worth the find! The coffee and service are great - the best on Brian head! read more

Tried to visit this coffee shop and saw on yelp and on the door that they were open till 8, but when I tried to order they said that they had closed at 7, when we asked what time they opened tomorrow the worker said that they didn't know. read more

The coffee shop is only open until 2pm. It's also difficult to find because it's in the Ramen restaurant which is open until 7:30pm.

Mountain Peak Cafe quickly became my go-to spot for my morning latte, and I always enjoyed my time in there. The coffee is always a favorite when on the mountain. Our last trip we had breakfast too, there's a yukon sweet potato with avocado that is their own creation... oh my! It's so very good. The combination of flavors is mouthwatering & just enough for breakfast with an amazing coffee. read more

The sandwiches are made fresh on well toasted breads. They are really buttered on the outside so lots of napkins. Weren't quite dressed to the edges but some unique flavor combinations. Coffee options are plentiful and good. Service was pleasant and prompt. read more

I've been coming up to the mountain for 12 years and this is the first place that has great coffee! It's so nice to be able to get drip coffee and espresso up here! Their cookies are amazing and homemade along with lots of other items and my husband loves to get some ice cream. Which I believe comes from Beaver Creamery. Everyone is always friendly and pleasant. The prices are great for on the mountain too. Super cute inside to enjoy your coffee, pastries or whatever you decide to get. Recently stayed in Brian Head for a weekend of hiking. There aren't many restaurant or coffee shop options in the area but we came by to give this one a try. Staff are friendly and outgoing, and this shop recently reopened with a brand-new espresso machine- similar menu, seems to be new ownership. Three of us tried various iced specialty lattes. I had the Smilin' Hawaiian, which was a combination of Coconut and macadamia. It was a touch sweeter than I usually prefer but the need for caffeine was my priority. They do offer alternative milks (soy), and have a small breakfast/lunch menu- mostly sandwiches and some grab and go pastries. PRO TIP: Sit on the patio if the weather is nice! read more

Went here twice on my trip because the Smilin Hawaiian was so good. I also stopped here both mornings of my trip to grab breakfast. The food and coffee was exceptional. The staff was also friendly. Since it's near christmas, it was nicely decorated with christmas decor. Made it feel cozy. read more

Great coffee, friendly service, affordable prices & a nice place to hang out. We stopped by every morning while our kids took ski & snowboarding lessons. I enjoyed my toffee bar coffee (toffee, caramel, dark chocolate) & my husband loved his Van Halen (vanilla, hazelnut). They have indoor & outdoor seating & they also serve breakfast & lunch. We didn't eat here but the food looked pretty good. I highly recommend this place for coffee. It's next to the ice skating ring, it's a great place to hang out while your kids ice skate, or pick up a warm coffee while sitting outside. read more

have been to this cafe two times and both times were 10/10. I got the smilin hawaiian cold brew and to my surprise it wasn't over the top sweet which I loved. I'm from vegas and I always expect to pay $6+ on a regular coffee. I paid about $4.50 both times i went including the tip, as a resort cafe I find those prices extremely reasonable. read more

Great spot to have a coffee with OAT milk!! They also have almond. It's been rough finding non dairy coffee on our travels (the hotels really need to step up their game) so i was delighted to find this spot. The avocado toast was perfect too. They have games for the kids and a cute little general store next store. Stop here before heading up to Cedar Breaks for a spectacular view! read more

What a horrible experience! Not only did they lose my ticket and made me wait 30 minutes for food to go the older lady asked me to go find my own ticket. That's unprofessional and not my job as a patron to find a ticket that you didn't get from your cashier. I even attempted to cancel my food order because it was taking so long. The older lady says well it's almost done and if I cancel it I'll just have to throw the food away. From start to finish that place lacks the most basic customer service skills! Discovered this place today and what a treat. Great sandwiches, which are made fresh by hand. We had the wildflower Italian, with avocado, was outstanding. Great espresso based coffee, with a variety of milk options. We had oat milk and it was as good as any gourmet coffee you'd come across in a big city. They also had fresh mint chip cookies today, but the sandwich was so awesome and filling, couldn't get to a cookie as well. Compared to the other options in BrianHead, this is a must visit place for a great, fresh bite to eat. We're headed back tomorrow. read more

The perfect meal after hiking around Brian Head and Cedar Breaks. The hummus in the sandwich was soooo good and the spinach and avocado added the perfect flavors. Seriously soo good. What a cute shop! We loved walking from our condo to grab a cup of coffee before going on snow mobiles for the day. The only complaint we had was that for a coffee shop it opens pretty late - 9:30. We were hoping for a cup of coffee the next day before hitting the slopes but it wasn't open before jumping on our skis for the day. Great coffee though! Highly recommend the vanilla hazelnut latte. read more

Abbey was super quick to snap, start yelling at me and she made sure to tell me multiple times that her boss, the owner of the general store would have her "back", I'm not sure why anyone needed to have her back as I was being super kind and easy to talk to. She didn't need to yell either. The dog attack was one thing, but the Abbey attack was far worse. Horrible experience as a customer simply grocery shopping. Their ice cream is terrific with a lot of tempting flavors. We're big fans of Biskoff ice cream and theirs lives up to expectations. We paired that with Peanut Butter Cup Brownie ice cream, which was also lovely. We took away a Peanut Butter Marshmallow Crunch bar, which we ate later. We found that to be delightfully decadent. The service was excellent. The gentleman behind the counter was as friendly and pleasant as it gets and also quite efficient. The prices were very reasonable. I'd highly recommend stopping in if you're in downtown Cedar City.

The girl at the register was very sweet, ordered my drinks and gave essentially a 50% tip. Then I proceed to get my drinks from the barista girl, and as I checked to make sure one drink was made right cause of allergies, she snapped back at me and rolled her eyes. Was thrown off by this just to go to the car and try to coffees that tasted very sour, AND the hot one was way way too hot. read more
