Absolutely love this place but also have only had their ice cream. There's soo many flavors to choose from so beware that you can only sample 2 per person. You really cannot go wrong the ice cream tastes fresh & creamy. This spot is the perfect spot to stop if you're on a road trip. There's ample parking, nice/clean bathrooms and tons of outdoor seating. There's even corn hole & grassy area for dogs. We arrived right before closing and the service was quick and efficient getting us our ice cream. Super helpful knowing the flavors all while still being friendly. 10/10 will definitely be back. Great stop off I-15 in Beaver Utah. Concept store for local dairy businesses. I loved it. Take out food, cheese, SWAG, and ice cream with tons of nice outdoor seating and even large grassy area to walk your pet. Only nit I had (cost them a star in my book) was the service behind the take-out food counter. Everyone else in store was great. I walked up to order at 10:55 a.m. No one else in line. I get avoided by 3-4 people chatting each other up behind counter. Finally get this girl decides to come up to counter. I order a grilled cheese sandwich. She takes great delight in sending me away ... "That's on the lunch menu, we don't start serving lunch until 11:00 a.m. Come back then". No way, are you kidding me? Holy cow, this ice cream is amazing! This is the perfect place to stop on a road trip. They have a fun store with all kinds of treats and souvenirs, and the kitchen/restaurant looked nice, too. But the ice cream ... the ice cream! The menu looked amazing, and I wanted to try so many flavors, but I went with the cherry chocolate amaretto option. And wow, as a cherry chocolate chip ice cream connoisseur, this is by far the best version I've ever had! They do close at a time that felt pretty early to me, so make sure you check the time if you plan to stop. We have been to Tillamook in Oregon and loved a front-facing dairy that provides their product, a restaurant, and true creamery. This was not like Tillamook. Here are things to consider in addition to the wait time. 1. This is an easy, accessible spot located right off the interstate. 2. They are family friendly with a vast outdoor patio and play space inside and outside. 3. The grilled cheese and tomato soup will not change your life, but it's a cheap eat. 4. They absolutely need to restructure how they approach customer service. Having three people outside cleaning and one person at the register to order food is going to continue to illicit subpar reviews. 5. Bathrooms are clean, very clean actually. 6. You can't order ice cream and food at the same place. 7. The patio is dog friendly. 8. They highlight their cheese, but do not have an opportunity to try anything. A lot of of the cheese is hefty portion so it is a commitment and you need a place to keep it cool on your trip. Would we be back again as we check back from Denver to California? No. Do we recommend that you stop by? That depends. If you have the time and it's a leisurely day for you, stop by. If you have kiddos, who need to run around and get some energy out, stop by. It's really unfortunate to leave a review with one star. However, the experience today warrants this. 6pm 9/3 Today, I stopped by thinking to pick up 2 pints of ice cream with their custom containers to bring home as I was driving through Beaver from work. I was the only person in line and unfortunately was not greeted by any one of the 8 employees behind the counter talking amongst themselves. It wasn't until an employee who had been cleaning directed me to the group of employees by the cash register for help. That's when the group of employees looked at me and dispersed and walked to the back, leaving only the young man working the register looking at the employees to see who was going to help. No one said a word to me. I simply walked out. Pretty unfortunate since the people behind me were helped immediately. I finally did what I've been saying I will do for years and that is to stop in Beaver during a roadtrip and go to the Creamery. I'm usually the type that just wants to get home so I attempt to make as few stops as possibly because southern and northern Utah but now I will be stopping in Beaver to visit the creamery as often as I can, even if it means I have to add 30+ minutes to my drive. We stopped by here on our most recent trip and we looked around it was too early for most things to sound appetizing so we did the sensible thing and got icecream at 9:30 in the morning we got a scoop of the Cookies and Cream and shared it between the 4 of us and it was honestly some of the best cookies and cream icecream I have ever had so I am excited to try some different flavors. A lot of the offerings in the Creamery are made in house so you're getting high quality stuff for your roadtrip cravings. I will also note that the bathrooms here are superior to most other bathrooms along I-15 so you should stop here for that reason alone. read more

Loved it! We were vacationing in Utah & heard about The Creamery. They have a wide variety of cheeses and dairy products. The store is clean, organized and well stocked. You can also purchase souvenirs to gift to friends & family. Kitchenware and Lord knows what else. Welcome to The Creamery, a wonderful oasis for the weary ice cream loving traveler. We each had a small dish of ice cream, very reasonably priced at just $4 for a decently sized "small". Our flavor choices were BARKING PRETZEL (Brown sugar-flavored ice cream swirled with a peanut butter swirl, chocolaty coated pretzel pieces and salty pretzel bark pieces) and I'M YOUR HUCKLEBERRY (Huckleberry ice cream blended with natural blueberries and huckleberry swirls). They were both very good, but I thought the peanut butter flavors in the Barking Pretzel made it the winner. The cheese selection is incredible, and only the fact that everything was refrigerated made it impractical for us to buy anything. But if we were able to, it would have been a difficult chore to choose between their four cheese curds, twelve cheddars, and twelve specialties. Stopped in on September 13 to get cheese curds for a friend. Decided to get a grilled cheese. Bad idea!!! I waited 55 minutes to order and another 40 minutes to get the sandwich. I have never witnessed a more inefficiently ran kitchen. The girl who was working the grill was totally passive aggressive. She kept staring over at the people waiting, all the while working as slow as possible. She was taking the sandwiches off the grill and throwing them on the prep counter. I tried the smoky bacon mac and cheese, and it was way too salty. I did enjoy the fat corkscrew pasta, but it got cold fast and the cheese got a bit grainy (points for real cheese though!) The fries come with "fry sauce" which- surprise! It's a cheesy dipping sauce. The girls who helped me were super friendly. It was busy and the lines moved quickly. Disappointing. Cute store but non-food items are overpriced. We picked up a round of jalapeno cheddar, cheese curds and a piece of fudge for $28 which was somewhat reasonable (if it tastes good). Grilled cheese sandwich was the worst I have had. It was flavorless and the two cheeses coagulated, one on each side of the white bread, by the time we walked from the counter to the car. The brisket chili was good and worked as a dip for the dry sandwich. My husband had the grilled cheese with avocado and bacon and enjoyed it slightly more. It was on seeded bread but had only a tiny bit of mayo as a condiment (they did provide packets of yellow mustard and ketchup).
