They absolutely need to restructure how they approach customer service. Having three people outside cleaning and one person at the register to order food is going to continue to illicit subpar reviews. 5. Bathrooms are clean, very clean actually. 6. You can't order ice cream and food at the same place. 7. The patio is dog friendly. 8. They highlight their cheese, but do not have an opportunity to try anything. This is one of my favorite stops on a road trip to Vegas. Located in Beaver, I highly recommend adding this to your rest stop. The food here is elite and you get to treat yourself to ice cream when done. This place truly deserves 5 stars but to the rude cashier who made us get in and out of the line twice she can kick rocks. Arrived 1 min before lunch, my nephew and I asked if we could order lunch and she said no we are still serving breakfast, understandable. Essentially told us to get back in line. After re-entering the line the couple in front of us wanted breakfast and she said its lunch time. Lord when I say the annoyance level was real it sure was. Minus the hiccup, this place is great. I finally did what I've been saying I will do for years and that is to stop in Beaver during a roadtrip and go to the Creamery. I'm usually the type that just wants to get home so I attempt to make as few stops as possibly because southern and northern Utah but now I will be stopping in Beaver to visit the creamery as often as I can, even if it means I have to add 30+ minutes to my drive. We stopped by here on our most recent trip and we looked around it was too early for most things to sound appetizing so we did the sensible thing and got icecream at 9:30 in the morning we got a scoop of the Cookies and Cream and shared it between the 4 of us and it was honestly some of the best cookies and cream icecream I have ever had so I am excited to try some different flavors. A lot of the offerings in the Creamery are made in house so you're getting high quality stuff for your roadtrip cravings. I will also note that the bathrooms here are superior to most other bathrooms along I-15 so you should stop here for that reason alone. read more

Our flavor choices were BARKING PRETZEL (Brown sugar-flavored ice cream swirled with a peanut butter swirl, chocolaty coated pretzel pieces and salty pretzel bark pieces) and I'M YOUR HUCKLEBERRY (Huckleberry ice cream blended with natural blueberries and huckleberry swirls). They were both very good, but I thought the peanut butter flavors in the Barking Pretzel made it the winner. The cheese selection is incredible, and only the fact that everything was refrigerated made it impractical for us to buy anything. But if we were able to, it would have been a difficult chore to choose between their four cheese curds, twelve cheddars, and twelve specialties. Family and friends rave about BYU Creamery. It's not a competition but if you want to see an impressive creamery go to Beaver Utah! That is a creamery! It's huge, opened in 2018. "Breezy" was so kind explaining all the ice cream flavors to us, since it was our first time there. She scooped us the biggest scoops ever! I had no idea the scoops were so big and asked for 2 scoops , $7 . Good thing I downed 6 dairy relief pills before eating the ice cream. (Which I strongly suggested to the cashier they should sell for us lactose intolerant ice cream lovers! I bet they would sell more ice cream!) They are known for their cheese curds. We bought a bag. My dad was born in Utah so we have a lot of family in the Santaquin, Provo, and Salt Lake area and I always see this place when driving up and man I am so upset I never stopped before today! I tried the smoky bacon mac and cheese, and it was way too salty. I did enjoy the fat corkscrew pasta, but it got cold fast and the cheese got a bit grainy (points for real cheese though!) The fries come with "fry sauce" which- surprise! It's a cheesy dipping sauce. The girls who helped me were super friendly. It was busy and the lines moved quickly. It's very creamy, it had sun dried tomatoes and fresh-cut spinach. It was very tasty. All the flavors worked well together and I loved the tang from the sun dried tomatoes. For dessert and you cannot skip the ice cream. I got the raspberry with chocolate chips and mini cups filled with raspberry jam and a scoop of the coffee chip brownie. The place came highly recommended from our family in Utah, so we just got cheese curds because we weren't hungry for a big meal, but wanted to check it out. We waited in line for a while to place our order as it seems like a popular spot. The curds were way overcooked which is probably why they mostly tasted like greasy breading, since most of the cheese escaped so they were basically hollow. The BBQ sauce had a great flavor. We actually thought about going back to ask them to remake them because it was such a let down after waiting 15-20 minutes to get them, but decided it wasn't worth it since we wanted to get back on the road. One of the few excellent options in Beaver / surrounding areas in Utah! It comes to no surprise that it's one of the most visited spots in the city and has a huge parking lot. Parking shouldn't be too hard at any hour. I actually came here twice in the same day - once around 10:30am and again around 3pm and the latter is much more busy. I had the luxury to since I was doing a road trip and stops by here to and from, but going around 10:30am is ideal if you wanted to check both breakfast and lunch menu. I would recommend breakfast due to the prices being much cheaper for slightly less filling food. I got the sausage egg and cheddar sandwich that has generous amounts of cheese and decent eggs for $7. Food also didn't take too long. I tried their ice cream too that's above average with decent flavors, some of which may be available elsewhere. $9 for 3 scoops is decent as it was large potions. The ice cream was on the sweet side For the lunch / dinner menu I got the braised short rib grilled cheese which is okay. The short rib is on the drier side. For $16 they do give you generous amounts of meats with about similar amount of cheese as you would get in the breakfast sandwich.
