Really yummy food! I really liked the cheesy breadsticks. The cheese pizza was decent, reminded me a bit of costco pizza. I didn't love how the crust had crispy cheese on it though. We were visiting from out of town so we didn't know the rules of this restaurant. We were thinking it would be similar to the Pie Pizzeria or other pizza places where you order at a counter and choose an open table, waiting for your pizza to be called. I have two young kids, so I ordered ahead to help cut down our wait time. We arrived right away (ordered around 6:45 with a pickup time of 7:20, arrived at 6:50). When we arrived we told the hostess we had an online order but wanted to dine in at the restaurant on the patio. She told us we could not eat there because they were too busy (despite several tables being open). She didn't offer any other options, but I was thinking she could have just cancelled our order and sat us so we could order the same thing again. She told us our order would be ready at 7:20 but she could try to move it up so it was done more quickly. She rushed off after she told us she'd try to push forward the order. I stood there waiting to ask if we could cancel our order so we could eat there, but she didnt come back until another party had showed up and she only addressed them when she came back, so I just went outside to wait. We waited for about 20 minutes, which was about 10 minutes faster than our original 7:20 time quote. It was just a bummer because then we had to get in the car and find somewhere else to eat. We ended up going to a park. The pizza and wings were good but the overall experience was just okay. Would not recommend ordering online if you're out of town wanting somewhere to eat. But the food was good and we would return, just in person. I think the website should be more clear online orders are takeout only, and the staff should maybe be a little more accommodating. I wasn't originally going to eat eat here, but I got to the point where I had such a terrible day. I just wanted something close by. I was staying across the street.... It was my birthday and I was like you know what I'm just gonna go have pizza. I was actually going to get it to take out, but I decided to stay at the restaurant. They didn't have any outdoor seating available right away. They said it would be a few minutes so I just decided I would stay inside. The air conditioning was so cold and unpleasant. I couldn't wait to get my food. The lady who sat me, I thought it was going to be my server and I kind of unloaded my horrible day, also that it was my birthday onto this poor woman and maybe that's why she wasn't my server ...lol! But she told me that they would take care of me so when I got my first pizza from them and it was really overdone, I wanted to cry. But looks can be deceiving so I did take a bite and it just tasted like burnt crust so I did get it replaced and I took a photo of the Pizza and if I had seen the photo I took of my first Pizza online I absolutely would've been catfished by it because it looks fine in photos...but in real life it was NOT cute. When I got my second pizza it was so delicious. It was really good. I also got some garlic cheese bread and the honey butter breadsticks to go because I knew I'd be hungry later on because I had forgotten to get road snacks ... I warmed up the garlic bread and the microwave for about 40 seconds and it was really good . The next morning I decided I was gonna have the honey butter breadsticks for breakfast and those are amazing. Do not skip them even the next day in the microwave for 30 to 40 seconds it's so good. I can only imagine how good it would've been if I ate it when it was fresh out of the oven. SERIOUSLY!! Get the honey butter breadsticks!!! They gave me a 10% locals discount. At the time I felt some kind of way but I was being a brat. I did say I had a terrible day, but they weren't the cause and it's not their job to fix it. We came after a day of hiking in Bryce. It's pretty much the only game in town and we'd driven by the night before when it was busy, so figured we'd try it. We ordered a margarita pizza and some boneless buffalo 'wings'. I almost actually laughed when the server brought the 'boneless wings' over. 6 tiny little chicken nuggets the size of my thumbnail. Such few options closer to Bryce Canyon so we decided to come to this restaurant Nice interior. My son and husband absolutely love, love, loved the mango habanero wings (bone-in) and so we had to come back during our trip to Bryce. Pizzas came out fast and are really good. Kids had cheese and pepperoni pizzas and adults had the veggie pizza with pepperoni. Crust looks kind of like the pan Pizza Hut one but with a thin crust (I've never had the Pizza Hut thin crust) and is really good. Ranch dressing is really good too for salad, pizza, cheese bread and wings. Cheesy bread sticks great too! They have outdoor seating so the second time we brought our dog. Delicious pizza for a reasonable price! The restaurant itself is nicely furnished, clean, and calm. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Service was quick and friendly, and they gave us a free coke refill too. For 4 people, we were stuffed from the cheesy breadsticks and two medium pizzas. The cheesy breadstick appetizer was average, but for only $5.50, pretty worth it. As for the pizzas, they came out that the cheese pulled apart nicely on each slice. Decide todrive over and give this a shot because of the reviews and we were feeling like pizza. It was busy when we got there,but service was great. It didnt take long to get our food. 3 of us ordered pizzas, 1 had a calzone and 1 had pasta. All were very good. 2 of us had the bbq chicken pizza and agreed that it was probably the best weve had. But we left walking taller--mostly because we were full of garlic cheese bread and joy. We kicked things off with the garlic cheese bread, which should come with a warning: Highly Addictive. Then we shared a classic cheese pizza (simple, perfect) and mushroom ravioli that tasted like it had been hand-delivered by an Italian grandma with a passion for pasta and good vibes. The service? Fast, friendly, and clearly run by people who understand the sacred post-hike hunger. They brought us a big ol' pitcher of water immediately, which was basically the MVP of the evening. Hydration is key, people. A short drive from Bryce Canyon, this place was a real treat. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but it very clean and simple inside. We were sat immediately, and Lesa, our server, was very quick, kind, and friendly. We started with a side salad, Peg's cheese bread (delicious!), and an order of perfectly crispy hot wings. Two of the group ordered a build-your-own pizza (medium), and it was plenty and then some. I ordered the penne pesto pasta and added chicken. Per Lesa's suggestion, I asked for a side of Alfredo sauce and drizzled some over my pasta. It really added another layer and depth to the flavor of the dish. For dessert, we had Chelsea's breadsticks, a delightful treat and end to the meal. When traveling to National Parks, fine cuisine isn't really at the top of our list, but it's always great to find good food. We were visiting Bryce Canyon national Park and we're looking for food options in the area. Bryce Canyon city close to the park doesn't have very good offerings but the town of Tropic nearby definitely does and this is one of them. We visited late in the afternoon as the patio was just opening up. It was nice to sit outside since the interior of the restaurant was pretty cold. They have a really good variety of menu items here but obviously pizza is their specialty. A number of their menu items revolve around there though and I have to say that the pizza dough and the pizza itself was really exceptionally good. We opted for a large mushroom pepperoni and artichoke pizza and it came out fairly quickly with a big smile from our server. The portion size of the pizza was generous we were able to finish about half of it although we were pretty hungry it was nice to be able to take some home. Overall a solid offering for pizza in this area that has limited food options but this town has several other places to eat if you arrive later in the afternoon more places are open after 5 PM. read more

This place gets 5 stars based on quality, price and location. There is not alot of choices sometimes near Bryce Canyon National Park that are open and easy for families. Came here with a group of 10 including many kids and the service was great. Food came quick. Their cheesy bread was amazing. I loved how you could get a 2 liter bottle of soda to share with table rather than everyone ordering their own soda. Beer and wine for those who want to splurge after a long day of hiking. A little awkward but he made it up with his friendliness. They certainly live up to their name of the pizza place though because they make a mean pizza. After reading many reviews of the lack of food options in Bryce Canyon City, we decided to head to Tropic first before we checked into our hotel and pick up pizza to go. So glad we did because Tropic doesn't seem to have a lot of options either and Pizza Place was busy! The day we visited also happened to be a day they were only accepting take out orders due to the owners son getting married and they were short staffed. Was seated quickly and service was nice. I got lucky with parking but it filled up after I got there. It's a very cute place with a great view of Powell point. I got a soda, side salad and a veggie pizza. The salad was perfect. The pizza took a long time to come out though. They mentioned they were behind. It was raw tasting and kind of soggy in the middle which was sad. I ate as much as I could and took half to go (I got the smallest size). It basically disintegrated when reheated the next morning. The edge crust was cooked perfectly though. The veggies were good but weird that there were not black olives maybe I have to add those but they are usually standard on a veggie pizza. Pleasantly surprised! Tropic is pretty rural so our expectations were very low but we'd gotten into town right at dinner time with two kids so we went for it and really enjoyed it! It was clean and the food was actually pretty tasty - we got the chicken salad and the 14" BBQ pizza between 2 adults and the kiddo got a kids pepperoni pizza. The servers were so friendly too.
