Mmmm! We were in town for the weekend to visit my sister and she recommended The Grind, so glad we listened! The coffee was delicious, service was fast and friendly and the atmosphere is so charming! We came here every day of the trip. They had some great looking pastries I wish we could have tasted but we were trying to be good lol

My husband and brother and I stopped in here one afternoon and absolutely loved it - the ambiance (how cute), the quality of the drinks (delicious), and the service (wonderful)! My husband liked his coffee so much that he ended up buying some beans to use at home. I also LOVE that this coffeehouse is connected to a bookstore, I was bummed because the bookstore was closed when we went, but the connection is awesome. If I lived in the area, this place would be dangerous for me!

Great local coffee shop. This is the kind of place I love to find when traveling. Unique to the area and able to have a great coffee. Everyone inside was perky and helpful with helping us figure out our orders. They also were great for getting coffee refills. Inside has a bunch of different seating to choose from. They are also connected to a bookstore. We had waffles, breakfast sandwiches, drip coffee and mochas. The waffle with fresh fruit was very good. Breakfast sandwiches hit the spot and were filling for breakfast. The bagels they were served on were very good. Coffee was fantastic. They roast their own coffee and it was awesome. You can get house drip and have 3-4 coffees to choose from with unlimited refills. Their dark roast was fantastic. They also have their coffee for purchase. I cannot wait to grind some of their beans when I get home to remind me of this great coffee shop.

This is one of the cutest coffee shops I've been to. I loooove the vibe of it and was very spacious for hanging with friends or wfh there! I got the Mexican mocha and it was sooo yummy. My friend got a chai tea latte and the chai is housemade and delicious. Also open on sundays, Highly recommend.

Loved the food, ambience, and kind words and fast service from the the employees at the Grind. I'd definitely come back again when I'm in the area. I say and read for hours and the sandwiches (and tea) was amazing. And there was amble seating (from comfy cozy plush chairs to to table seating. It's attached to a book shop so it's easy to stretch your legs and wander through the book sections if you need a break from work or reading.

Ambiance is cute. Like local coffee shop in a Lifetime movie cute. Menu is small. Service was meh. Food was decent. Nothing was the best we've ever had but it was definitely palatable. The croissant was good... warmed up only though. Cookie was hard. They don't make everything themselves.

Stopped here in Cedar City to checkout thwir historic town.Came from Yellowstone National park and after having to taste cowboy coffee,i crave for more coffe spice! Truth is I am very disappointed in this Mexican Mocha. It literally taste like cold hot chocolate. I even asked for extra cayenne pepper for a stronger spice/kick but all I got is this super sweet iced chocolate. Other that it is a very cute spot to hangout ,read books, etc.

Nice ambiance! The waffle was nice! Very fluffy! Had mine with pecans, whipped cream, and eggs. I wished the eggs were really scrambled instead of an egg patty, but it did the job. I also got a cookie, but clearly it didn't make it! Lol

They had lots of seating, including some comfy couches--I LOVE a laidback coffee shop! The decor was very modern with a clean, elegant vibe. Tons of natural light as well. There were lots of drinks to choose from, and they also offered food (but we had already eaten)! The barista was very helpful in describing drinks which helped me narrow down my choices. The shop shares some space with a yoga studio, so the bathrooms are large and spacious, have toiletries for freshening up, and some even have showers! For a small town coffee shop, Bristlecone really blew it out of the waters and amazed me! I'm super happy we stopped in, and can't wait for my next drive up to Brian Head to stop in again!!!

The cortado was very nice to drink. It was smooth yet bold in coffee flavor. The breakfast sandwich was very good. The only thing I did not like was that they did not toast the ciabatta, which was odd. I warm breakfast sandwich deserves a nice warm bun. The breakfast sandwich came with a friend egg, crispy bacon, spinach, cheddar cheese, fresh tomatoes, and a house spread, which was tasty. If only they would have toasted the ciabatta bread it would have been great. My friend mentioned the apple nachos were great. The sliced green apples were crisp, the granola tasty and crunchy, and the drizzle of honey was perfect. The service was very good. The peeps were friendly and welcoming. This place also doubles as a yoga studio. There plenty of parking right out in front. Free Wi-Fi is available.

While ordering at the counter, I needed to make a quick adjustment after getting confused about one of the items. During that moment, a 'white' gentleman was waiting behind me, and instead of simply acknowledging him with "I'll be with you shortly," the lady staff apologized to him for my delay in ordering (according to her). Shortly after, while I was still in the middle of ordering and asking about tea options, she abruptly moved on to take his order without any explanation or communication. The interaction felt dismissive and uncomfortable as well I felt strong I am treated with racism, especially in the condition when I was pregnant who crave all good food.... As for the food, most of it was enjoyable. The scrambled eggs on the croissant and the pancakes were well done. However, the onion soup was overly salty, likely due to the cheese which was in the soup and also on the bread. Another downside, especially as first-time visitors, was the lack of guidance. We weren't informed that water was self-serve, and only realized it after noticing another guest getting it themselves. Interestingly, when leaving, we saw staff pouring water for newly seated guests, which added to the inconsistency. Overall, the food showed effort from the kitchen, but the service experience was disappointing. The 2-star rating is mainly in appreciation of the quality of the dishes. Cafe is quite small and we felt hot, as there's only a portable AC that couldn't accommodate that size of room. Not recommended place, even this is one of the rarest cafe in town. Rather to spend money to somewhere worthy and respect you as guest, no matter what roots you have.

When the food arrived, both the burger and salad looked promising, but sometimes, as one knows, looks can be deceiving. For a cheese burger, the burger was a little undersized, in my opinion, and although the quality of the beef was very good and tasted quite good, I could not overlook the fact, that they served the burger with a cold bun. That mishap really bothers me. Cold bread on a burger, simply does not work. I am assuming somebody just missed a step, but that one extra missed step put a huge let down on the burger. My friend's chicken Caesar salad looked promising, but unfortunately, the chicken was very over-salted. You could consume a few pieces of the chicken before becoming overwhelmed with salt. We left the chicken, but ate the salad, which was good. We notified, the server regarding the over salting of the chicken, and she stated she would let the prep team know. No apology nor willingness to make it up. The service was friendly enough, but if you ask me if things could have been better, I would say, "absolutely." Toast those buns and taste your food before it makes it to the pass.
