As for the food, most of it was enjoyable. The scrambled eggs on the croissant and the pancakes were well done. However, the onion soup was overly salty, likely due to the cheese which was in the soup and also on the bread. Another downside, especially as first-time visitors, was the lack of guidance. We weren't informed that water was self-serve, and only realized it after noticing another guest getting it themselves. Interestingly, when leaving, we saw staff pouring water for newly seated guests, which added to the inconsistency. Overall, the food showed effort from the kitchen, but the service experience was disappointing. The 2-star rating is mainly in appreciation of the quality of the dishes. Cafe is quite small and we felt hot, as there's only a portable AC that couldn't accommodate that size of room. Not recommended place, even this is one of the rarest cafe in town. Rather to spend money to somewhere worthy and respect you as guest, no matter what roots you have.

I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is welcoming and felt very clean and tidy. The two girls at the counter were very friendly and helpful with helping me understand their menu items (as there are so many) and how I can customize some drinks. I greatly appreciate how my Thai tea I ordered is handmade and you can choose your sweetness level and ice amount. I ordered mine half sweet and half ice. No extra charge or empty space to compensate for the ice loss either! I think it's safe to say I'll bring my daughter back for a visit and I'll probably try another item from their vast menu, even though the Thai tea was delicious!
