Horrible place to go. 30min waiting time for the drink that supposed to be Strawberry Matcha turns out it was brown color drink with too much sugar in it, it didn't taste like matcha, and it wasn't matcha. No strawberry pure in it also. Terrible taste. Never ever again. Poor girl was there alone and she didn't have a clue what she was doing. Owner have to step up and teach her how to do good drinks. I'm torn about our order. I chose this place because of pictures of the beverages. The beverages itself should be all thumbs up. Taste, temperature, presentation, the whole package. We were on the hunt for boba thanks to kids. Five drinks ordered. All were warm. Warm crème brûlée with boba. No sweetness. No ice for the green tea. Thai tea with boba was bland. No sweetness. None of the drinks were specially made. Ordered them as they come. The boba is what made the drinks warm and the size of the cups (too small) didn't factor the boba heating up the liquid. I'm disappointed saying I'm disappointed by our drinks. I'm torn because I enjoyed the boba itself. It was cooked through. No hard spots and yummy. If only the liquid they were in were up to par. There's a lot of room for improvement because there's few boba places to drop by. It's also in the same plaza as a big family restaurant (and other restaurants within walking distance), so the opportunity is there for families to come in. On a different note, the space was nice and bright. They have a backdrop to connect with Instagram. Cool sofa and friendly beverage creator! I suggest doing away with smaller cups. This is St. George's first full fledged boba shop. I almost didn't bother trying it for fear of it not being up to my standards as a veteran boba drinker. Unfortunately my concerns came true. While the boba had good texture, the flavor was not there. This location had a lot of toppings not all places do, but failed to have one of the more common: lychee jelly. I tried the cheese foam on mine and it was barely noticeable, it wasn't as thick or as flavorful as it should have been. Drinks are super sweet here and they only seem to use artificial syrups and product, as such the finished product tastes cheap. Pricing was ok, but the drinks were a let down. Service was good. I don't see this location lasting if they can't improve the quality of drink. read more

Came here to Attend the 1st birthday party of my goddaughter. Yes, you can rent the area for your special events!!! How cool is that??! They closed out a section for outside food for the party (c/o the birthday girl's family) and guests were able to order l drinks of their choice! Boba and party??! Perfect combination!! This store is one of the most spacious boba spots I've been too and I'm from California so you bet I've been to many boba places. The owners are the coolest and the baristas are the friendliest also. They were very approachable and always serving with happy smiles. My favorite drinks are: Ube Taro Snow Bubble, Strawberry Snow Bubble, and Oreo Madness. The other guests were gushing over Wintermelon, Honeydew and Lavender Latte. I wish I had more time to explore all the other flavors. :( :( :( Definitely going back on my next drive to St George! read more

We were craving boba along our road trip from Los Angeles to Colorado Springs and saw this place open since many boba places were closed on a Sunday. Unfortunately, the boba lacked flavor but the texture was spot on. The Assam Black Fresh Milk Tea tasted like watered down milk, no trace of any black tea. Although, the Brown Sugar Milk Tea was great! Didn't get boba in that drink, and glad it was not overly sweet like others tend to be. The first time I went here, I had high hopes for improvement. However, every time I went back, the drinks were always inconsistent and the drinks were just TOO sweet even with a sweetness level reduction. The brown sugar boba is just way too sweet, mix that in with sweet tea and fast melting ice, and you've got a warm drink that tastes so incredibly sweet of brown sugar it's like you're drinking molasses. So honestly, right from the start, you walk in and it smells delicious!! They were in the middle of making fresh boba which was so great to see. They have a great menu with many options (I will be going back to get more pictures and will update this as soon as I can). I got my usual favorite that I used to always order at my previous shops, Thai iced tea. I'm really excited to go back and try other flavors but the Thai iced tea, WOW!! What is even better is they have non-dairy options for their milk teas! Such a great thing to have options if dairy isn't something your body loves. The tea itself was so so good and of course the most important part, the boba. Other places can be hit or miss and their boba can be too chewy or so mushy it is falling apart, but Red Cliffs has perfected the perfect boba. Also the staff was so kind and helpful, it is so nice to be greeted by happy faces and for them to be so willing to answer questions.
