My daughter has been absolutely begging to come here since they opened not so long ago! I was in the same mall early to a hair appointment at Trenz and decided to swing by and give Presotea a go. I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is welcoming and felt very clean and tidy. The two girls at the counter were very friendly and helpful with helping me understand their menu items (as there are so many) and how I can customize some drinks. I greatly appreciate how my Thai tea I ordered is handmade and you can choose your sweetness level and ice amount. I ordered mine half sweet and half ice. No extra charge or empty space to compensate for the ice loss either! Finally a good boba place in St George. I love their craft tea drinks. So many options and the teas are made to order; not pre-made and sit in the container all day long. I highly recommend their fruit teas! So far Strawberry Fruit Tea and White Peach Oolong are my favourites! The shop is clean, open, and also has some games for you to play. There are also kiosks for you to order so you can see what the drinks look like. Definitely my go-to boba place now. read more

Jose the owner was very welcoming and kind even when nearing closing lol. He had some help from his family to close and it's refreshing to see a family owned business as most business owners don't even come into work the shifts! The place has a little area filled with games and cross word puzzles which was also refreshing to do to get off my phone. The lighting is very warm despite being white lights and it helps so you can see how clean everything is. The drink was amazing. I made a special request for a "Strawberry Matcha Latte (milk tea)" and he was able to make it (recommend 100% sweet) absolutely great. Visited for the first time on 11/01 about 3ish. The girl working was so slow and worked with attitude. No greeting, I was next in line and wasn't even acknowledged, she just walked away. After a few minutes she returned and went to take my order, and once I said with Boba, she said oh we don't have any right now. I said no problem, do you know about how long until you do, and she commented I don't know. I kindly thanked her and walked out. came here with my family for some yummy boba cause my brother had seen it on tiktok. the pricing is a bit more expensive than expected, but reading the other reviews i think this is one of very few boba teas in the area. I'm from california, so I have had my fair share of boba and unfortunately, this was not one of the best i've had. It is pretty standard for what it is, it's clean and there's fun vending machines my family and I enjoyed. But the employee we were served by seemed very angsty, and could work on their customer service. My mom asked a question and they (with piercings and shaggy brownish hair) seemed a bit annoyed and moody, and it ruined our own moods. Overall pretty standard, could have been better. read more

The staff is very friendly and offered to give us recommendations, and my friend really liked their recommendation of signature fruit tea. The boba shop was also clean and cozy with board games. Presotea was ok. We had the strawberry cream with boba and a brown sugar milk tea with boba. I generally pick brown sugar milk tea as a basic drink when trying a new boba shop. It's a good standard tea and you can usually tell if a place knows what they are doing because they tend to be pretty standard wherever you go ( heck Jack in the Box even attempts it). Sadly, the drink was very bland. Not much tea flavor and it didn't have really any punch from the brown sugar syrup. The boba was either over cooked or soaked in a watery solution for too long because it was very soft with no chew. Not a great milk tea overall. The kiddos liked their cream blends. They were basically a strawberry smoothie with a pretty cream swirl but kiddos are pretty easy to please. I tried a bit and it was sweet but again a little bland. A clean boba shop with wonderful and fast amounts of options for milk and fruit teas. I recommend the roasted hochija milk tea. It captures the flavors exceptionally well without being too sweet. The service has been very accommodating with their service and recommendations. So far, this is my favorite boba place in St. George.
