We stumbled upon this shop on main street while waiting for a reservation at a restaurant near by, we were attracted to it because of the sign outside saying they had the best brownies so ofcourse we had to test that theory! The staff was very kind and knowledgeable on the products I wish I got her name because she was really kind! Since it was our first time she suggested the sample box of brownies. This shop also offers other things like ice cream and caramel apples we did not try them today but they looked very promising. the sample box came with six brownies and cost 12$ and I think thats such a good deal! all the brownies were super delicious and on the softer side which I loved. their flavors are weekly but out of this week I would highly recommend the mint and peanut butter! This ice cream and dessert shop in downtown Cedar City is a great spot for a treat. Located right on the main drag, it is housed in an old theater. The marquee is still there. It is used to call out their goods and entice people into the shop. The environs are cozy and well kept, though not elegant. But you don't go there for the environs, however. You go for the goods! Their ice cream is terrific with a lot of tempting flavors. We're big fans of Biskoff ice cream and theirs lives up to expectations. We paired that with Peanut Butter Cup Brownie ice cream, which was also lovely. We took away a Peanut Butter Marshmallow Crunch bar, which we ate later. We found that to be delightfully decadent. The service was excellent. The gentleman behind the counter was as friendly and pleasant as it gets and also quite efficient. The prices were very reasonable. I'd highly recommend stopping in if you're in downtown Cedar City. read more

The thing about this business is that it is located in an old movie theater. The theater space is actually an event space now. They are using what used to be the lobby as a shop to sell brownies and ice cream. The brownies and ice cream are good, but I did not find them overly spectacular. My brownie felt a little dry as if it's been sitting out too long. I should've done the brownie bomb in instead since it keeps everything inside a chocolate container. read more

I was in the mood for ice cream and heard about the rave of Ganache-d. So I searched it up since I couldn't find this business on Yelp yet. This is on Main Street in the old cedar theatre next to a comic memorabilia store. They serve candy apples, brownies (they have different flavors each week) and ice cream. They also have a small selection of drinks. They have a snickerdoodle ice cream that was amazing, a s'mores flavor a biscoff flavor, cookies and creme, vanilla, strawberry. And Rockwell rocky road. The staff was super friendly and allowed me to try samples of ice cream. Next time I drive through cedar city I'll make sure to stop in again for a sweet treat! Stumbled into Ganache-D while walking around downtown Cedar City. We sure were lucky to find it!, this place is a gem! It's bright and warm on the inside with the potent smell of brownies and chocolate. The store is simple, nothing fancy or over the top, the trademark of someone doing something right! Posters on the wall encourage consumption of sweets, take that advice. The roaring flavors of brownies come two ways: Classic Brownie bombs Imagine a brownie bomb as a lava cake with a nearly liquid inside when heated up. These things are a wonderful treat, don't forget to share them! For an extra bonus, add vanilla ice cream. A little bit goes a long way here. Get a sampler that has all flavors and a brownie bomb. This is a great way to be introduced to the Ganache-D. Individual brownies are big and rich, do not order a whole bunch, the sampler is the best way to experience this place. Do not make the mistake we did... We went way overboard, ordering several brownies, brownie bombs and a sampler. This was a big mistake, yet delicious. We had black forest, mint Oreo, honey cornbread, orange cranberry, pumpkin choco chip and PB marshmallow crunch. All were good with Black Forest, Mint Oreo and orange cranberry the best in our opinion. Ganche-D is understated and delightful. That was my response when I tasted their gourmet brownies (flavors change daily)- we tried the peanut butter, s'more, and mint ones, and they were all incredibly delicious without being sickeningly sweet. To top it off, the ice cream was also very delicious; we ended up ordering the GOAT which was a super unique blend of goat milk ice cream, rosemary, raspberry, and almonds. It went really well with the PB brownie, and was plenty to share between 2 people. It's a bit more expensive than your average brownie/ ice cream, but for a special, gourmet treat, it's worth it! Delightful brownies live here in complex and varied flavors. They offer daily specials and have a punch card!! My sis and I found we can split one, they are very rich, and later split another... and so on and so on. My fave so far is the Churro (cinnamon with buttercream icing) but all are great and the chocolate is very rich and dark, omg. Get a box full on your way out of town if you're a visitor.
