Way off the beaten path and mostly catering to Saddlebrook residents you'll find this hideaway restaurant where the view is spectacular! Facing East and looking at the Catalina mountains every table including the patio area had a beautiful view of the mountains. My Mom and fiancé both got the filet mignon which they enjoyed and I got the chimichurri ribeye which was good but the chimichurri was very over powering and didn't compliment the ribeye. Our service was excellent and everyone was very attentive to our needs. Blueberry cheesecake and lemon cake for dessert were wonderful!

I have always had good food at The Preserve. Yesterday I had fish and chips. OMG..... I hate to say it but I think they used Gorton's frozen fish.....Horrible. WARNING....DO NOT ORDER FISH and CHIPS. I feel I was cheated :-( My husband's burger was delicious.

The ribs.

Food & service is great. View during the day is priceless. Friendly atmosphere. I'd say Most of clientele is retired and enjoying life.

Great servers! Moderate service as they need more staff...but although they are short handed the wait staff make it worth the journey!

Want to update review now that we've been several times! This place is so fun! We come weekly now…read morefor the food and a drink at the bar. Fork rinds, (pork rinds forked up with their own seasoning) are to die for! So yummy! Sweet potato fries...same, delicious! Smoked meats are incredible! Service is also top notch! We usually sit at the bar and always have fun. The wait staff are all super friendly and accommodating. We usually have a beer. I love Cali Squeeze,as previously noted, but recently had a prickly pear lemon drop martini**YUM** While there, noticed a barrel on bar back, and heard about the new trial run of aging Jameson Whiskey in this oak barrel and how it smooths it out nd adds oak flavor.....HAD TO TRY! Now you've heard...it's amazing! Super quaint ambiance and clean restaurant. Locals re fun and friendly. Happy hour with specialty drink of the day. I highly recommend trying! You'll be back!

A warm greeting up entering, always a plus. It wasn't all that busy for a Saturday afternoon, I'm thinking we missed the lunch rush and the pregame final four rush. Perfect timing. We started with the Pulled pork/mac and cheese balls. Delicious pulled pork mixed with Mac and cheese rolled in cribs and deep fried to a golden brown served on top of cheese sauce and green onion garnish. What a special treat perfect opening appetizer. My son and I both had the three meat plate with pulled pork, brisket and beef sausage. It was served with an outstanding tangy coleslaw, a pretty darn good piece of cornbread and I had the baked beans which were perfectly sweet although very slightly dry. The pulled pork was flavorful, juicy and melted in your mouth. Paired with the tangy bbq sauce it was a treat that was hard to beat. The beef sausage, most people would have said was burnt, but let me tell you, that is how the ends of sausage should be. Great beefy flavor, well seasoned. The beef brisket had ONE good quality, it was juicy, after that is where it went completely down hill. ZERO flavor, none, it was extremely thin, almost 50/50 meat to fat cap ratio. No smoke flavor, no seasoning, nothing. Almost like it was boiled to tenderness. This is where this review went from 5 stars to 4. Brisket is meant to be heavily seasoned and put in the smoker. All in all Fork and Fire still puts out great food although be prepared to pay. Over $100 for lunch for 2 with tip. But with beef what it is today it's getting harder and harder to find good deals. A- Happy eating

This restaurant is SMALL, BUT, MIGHTY! We ordered the wagu burger and fish and chips. Sat outside in the heat. Bailey turned on the misting fan and it was sooooo much better. The food arrived quickly and we were very impressed with the presentation, fast service, quality and good size portions. The burger was cooked medium (as requested), tasty, juicy and the house sauce was an unusual white sauce and complimented the burger perfectly! Fries were fresh cut, good and hot! Fish and chips were the BEST WE'VE HAD IN AND AROUND TUCSON!

Riot is all outdoor seating (six tables) which was perfect and fit our needs. My wife had been to Riot a few times and loves the chicken basket. She talked me into trying it and we shared a three piece chicken basket. The patio seating was comfortable and the western music playing on the sound system was awesome!. The two staff members were friendly and attentive. Our chicken basket arrived fairly quickly and, wow! The pieces of chicken were huge. The chicken tenders were double breaded and came on a bed of fries. The three piece basket was definitely enough for the two of us and a bit for the pup. Looking at the menu, they have a chicken sandwich, burger, and other types of food. I definitely will be back to try the other offerings. If you are in Oracle, this place is worth a try if you looking for a quick bite. The prices are in line with other restaurants this rural town. The portion size makes this item a value.

We decided to Doordash this place and went Baja Beach Chicken. Grilled chicken breast seasoned well with Pico de gallo and avocado. It comes with lettuce, tomato, and raw red onions. I ditched all of those. It would have made more sense for caramelized onions or an option to add grilled mushrooms. There wasn't any sauce either with it (which was a missed opportunity ). Hence, minus a star. I added some Siracha from Chik Filet, which resolved it. I chose the wavy fries that were warm, but that's due to Doordash. Still tasty. They come with the meal. If you want seasoned fries that the spouse got, it costs extra. Should be an either or or option, but I don't own the place. She had the Baja chicken and really liked it. Her only issue wasthatthe bottom bun was gushy due to the double D and all those ingredients on it. There is definitely a need to eat there. Still, I was really surprised by how good it was overall.

I think it's really funny that they are calling at the burger den when it's just Denny's. Either way, it's not bad, it taste like Dennys because it is Denny's.
