Great customer service! * Bee's Knees * Man From San Jose My drink (Bee's Knees) was nice and refreshing. You could really taste the honey. The hubby's drink was SUPER strong. We popped in a bit early and it was happy hour time. Although the happy hour menu was not really offered to us until we asked- the happy hour selection is very limited, but the specialty drink of the night was a good change up on regular offerings on happy hour. The happy hour drink was $10.00. As it was so early, just opened on a weekday, we were at the bar all by ourselves. The bar was a bit bright at this time--I think it was so bright as the employees were busy restocking. I have heard during prime time the place is more darkly lit and super busy. Despite the brightness it was fun to marvel at all the cool decors. This place has tons of decorations. Parking can be found on the street. The parking is metered. During prime-time downtown can be challenging to park. Worth a visit just to marvel at the decorations.

The reviews I have seen were a bit wonky HOWEVER I know that sometimes people can be harsh and judgement can be all over the place. The reviews were CORRECT. The Host was rude beyond measure didn't even properly greet them after getting off of a call. The food took an 1 hour and 30 min to arrive. they asked for napkins, straws and a side sauce that came at the END of BRUNCh! The server that they asked for the items completely ignored them. The server also gave them a hard time about the voucher that I purchased them. Personally I feel like they treated them different bc of that. The only good part was the food was ok and the wine was great. 1 star for views & drinks. People are traveling far to come have a good tranquil time. They came all the way from LA for a lack luster experience. As high as fuel is right now its beyond disrespectful playing with Peoples TIME & MONEY. This place needs to revamp management and front of the house. TRAINING for all is needed. These 2 dont get out much and are going through ALOT thanks for making it worse BISTRO 1969 You guys suck :) FYI: Ignore the few good reviews they have. Don't be like me & give these ppl a chance to waist your time.

My sister has been raving about their red wines forever, so we finally had to check it out. The whole vibe of the place is amazing! Right when we walked in, the host took us to our reserved table with a delicious charcuterie board. We did a private tasting, and Brian, the winemaker, actually gave us a behind the scenes tour. The best highlight was when he let us taste a brand new, unreleased Barbera and Pinot Noir blend straight out of the tank! Such a cool, VIP experience. When we came back to our table, other wine club members were asking us all about it. I'm not gonna lie, I felt like I was that girl lol. The barrel room also has this moody lighting that is perfect for photos, and the entire staff was super welcoming. Sharon our server took great care of us. They really went out of their way to make my birthday setup feel extra special. If you're looking for delicious wine and a great atmosphere in Temecula, definitely add this to your list. We will absolutely be back!

The wines were just okay and felt a bit overpriced for the quality. I've definitely enjoyed tastings more in Paso Robles. It does get very busy on weekends, so if you're looking for something more low-key, I'd recommend going during the week. A very nice touch though was that we were able to bring our own charcuterie spread.
