Don't bother getting quotes from other plumbers. This is the company to use!! They're prompt, courteous and they keep their word! James gave us a quote, gave us tips on how to save money on our repairs and when more labor was required, he stuck to his word and only charge what he quoted me. So many companies nickel and dime you but not The Plumber. I will call them for ALL our needs!!! read more

Our water heater stopped working this past weekend. After a failed attempt to make it work, and 4 days of cold showers, I asked my wife to call a pro. I checked Yelp, and found these folks. My wife called up, and Brad came out to take a look. He gave us his expert diagnosis, left for parts, came back and had it fixed in an hour. Price was more than reasonable considering the cost of the parts. Brad wore his mask the whole time, and I am very grateful to come home after work and take a hot shower again. Thanks, Brad! read more

We were having pressure issues to the house, and it was most likely the regulator where the water comes into the house. They sent a guy out next day, confirmed it was the regulator, made an appointment to fix it and actually were able to come before scheduled appointment. I actually was able to observe the process being nosy like i am and the gentleman doing the work allowed me to observe as i gave him his space. that said ours was a pretty tricky repair as the original builders did a fairly poor job on these houses in construction. Jim did a more than exceptional job and we now have great pressure in the house. Thank you to The Plumbers for your service. read more

Had them go out to check on a toilet that kept water running in the tank on one of my rental properties. The plumber was knowledgeable and experienced however, he was charging me $305 for the issue to be rectify. I felt I needed a second opinion and ended up getting one the second plumber gave me a quote of just $60. The problem is solved and the toilet now works great. Not sure why this company would change me 5 times the price. Maybe they included a fee for the "free inspection"? Not to sure, but I would get a second opinion to make sure you are not getting ripped off. read more

I needed a plumber asap for a broken urinal at my office. I was dreading having already worked 11 hours and now having to wait for a plumber. I called my friend Andy and asked for a reliable local plumber who would come out after hours and he said call The Plumber! So I did! A few minutes later the Owner called me and said I'll have a guy out there within the hour to shut off the water. In my mind I'm dreading the thought of having to wait another hour for someone to come out. 15 minutes late Jim shows up, 2 minutes later he has the water shut off to the urinal and let's me know what the problem is. He didn't have the part tonight so he'll be back 1st thing in the morning to repair it. I am so grateful for this Company and how quickly (and affordable) they came to my rescue! I asked Jim for some business cards and will definitely recommend to everyone I know! read more

When we find honest local companies with great customer service at a fair price we like to let others know by recommending them and writing a review. The Plumber is one of the companies we trust. We had a flood from an upstairs bathroom. They had someone over in less than an hour to solve the problem. It was a broken pipe from the toilet. They completed the job the same day. He also recommended another company for the water damage to our home and called that company for us. We were also happy with the company they recommended. Very happy with the service and price. If you need a trust-worthy plumber, I recommend you call The Plumber. -Bob Meadows B&D Appliance Service Palmdale, CA read more

I am absolutely impressed! Look no further for a local plumber, these guys are it!! I called to have plumbing my lines inspected, HVAC, the hot water heater, and the sewer lines for my parents on a home they are about to purchase. I called and spoke to Johnny in the morning and he was out the same day. He did a thorough inspection, confirmed things we thought may be needing attention and wrote full report and back in my hands by the afternoon. He was very professional, priced fairly and really took the time to answer our questions regarding his findings. Excellent customer service!!! I will be recommending this company to everyone!!! Thanks a million, Jenn R. read more

He was quick and very nice! It literally took less 10 min for him to unclog my kitchen sink!

I had my water heater break down and my warranty service recommended The Plumber. Within one day Brad showed up ready to diagnose the problem. I never give reviews on service but this is an exception! Brad was polite, honest, and professional and more importantly, he knew his stuff! He took the time to explain what he was doing and why it was necessary. He didn't linger or work at turtle speed. He did the job with patience and diligence. Most plumbers rush out the door leaving a messy cleanup but Brad made sure everything was operating perfectly and left the garage as clean as he found it. Thumbs up Brad! The Plumber is lucky to have you! read more

Tim showed earlier than we were at first planning on, but only after we received a call from the office asking if that was okay. He went right to work nd after a few trips to the truck, he was able to make the necessary repairs to our leaking toilet. Thank You Tim. read more

We have called upon The Plumber prior to them getting the new "devices" which is a great add on. We have used them for many years prior to 2018. This is my go too plumber. 1. The plumber will either show up the same day. 2. The plumber will either show up the next day in the A.M. As a home owner when you have a problem, you want it fixed. They have NEVER let us down. The service is always great. Thanks Mike for a job well done. The owner must be pleased to have you as part his team. read more

Water heater pilot wasn't staying lit...called American Home Shield and they sent The Plumber. Representative walked into our garage and without even checking the water heater, said, " this water heater is done, it can't be fixed, you need a new one". I thought it was kind of strange, but figured he new what he was talking a bout.. so they sent the "diagnosis" to AHS and they told us it would cost over 1,000 dollars... fortunately we got a second opinion.. another plumbing company came and fixed it for 120.00, it didn't need to be replaced, it was just the thermocouple... read more

I called The Plumber because my main pipe outside was blocked and caused a backup in my house. There was water coming up from all the bathtubs, showers and from underneath the toilets. I called their office and they were able to accommodate me, due to the sense of urgency and sent out a plumber that same day. I am very grateful to them and will definitely be calling them in the future. read more

I usually do my own plumbing but 'father time' has caught up with me and I didn't realize my limitations had changed until I was halfway into my (plumbing) project. I needed the project completed this day so that the water could be turned back on. I searched through YELP and found "The Plumber", which had high ratings. They responded within a couple hours and Brad completed the work in about an hour. Brad was professional, courteous and did a thorough job. I couldn't be happier with the service and job-completion. Brad and the company deserve the five stars. read more

Work was completed but I was told that I would receive the receipt by email. For the past 3 days I have made contact with the number that I made the initial service request and it seems to be like pulling teeth to get them to send me the receipt. I really didn't expect this. Not pleased about this. UPDATE: I was apologize to for the misunderstanding and immediately sent a receipt. I appreciate their efforts for correcting the issue. Thank you read more

After reading reviews and messaging 2 other plumbing business, I made the right choice. On a Saturday, the others replied call on Monday. Robert responded and set an appt for Monday with a very short, 2-hour window that fit my schedule. Joe arrived on time, cleared the tub drain, and came back today to secure my water heater with earthquake straps. High praise all around. Thanks, Robert and Joe, for excellent service! I noticed water under my sink on Friday night. There wasn't that much so I decided to wait until Saturday to check it out. While I was checking , the valve controlling the hot water line exploded. I called The Plumber around 8 AM. He stated he could have someone over between 9am to 1pm. His technician (Ralph) showed up at 10 am. He saw the problem and had to go back to the shop to get the part. When he got back, it took him about 20 minutes to fix the problem. Ralph showed me the problem was the original builders used a cheap parts and it just wore out. Ralph has a great attitude and was very professional.
