There is dedication and there is a great plumber. That is Josh and his assistant who repaired my kitchen sink and had to do extensive work underneath it. This is my second time using The Plumber. Each time my respect for them grows. I will definitely call them again and recommend them to others! read more

This was an absolute disaster of a company. The owner is unwilling to listen to the customer, the plumbers they send smell like smoke, and they cut every corner possible. When you complain about an issue, they will not do anything to help, just deny. I am glad this was not an ongoing project!! Stay away...far far away! read more

We upgraded our kitchen faucet and needed it installed. I had used The Plumber in the past so I called and made an appointment. They were able to give an appointment the next day. Ralph was prompt and very knowledgeable. He made good suggestions so I wouldn't have pay more for installing the faucet we had purchased. He was done in a reasonable time and I was very pleased with the way the new faucet looked and functioned. If I ever need a plumber again, I will definitely call The Plumber for my needs every time! read more

Brad came out and was personable and professional replacing my garbage disposal efficiently. I came home from vacation to water leaking under my sink. Luckily there was a cancellation the next day and The job was done! Great work and I will definitely call The Plumber for future repairs! read more

Mike from The Plumber was awesome! Fixed the leak in my shower! Thanks for everything!!

I had an emergency at 7am with a broken pipe and I had to be at work in an hour. I called, someone picked up on the 3rd ring, someone was at my house in 12 minutes. They worked with my schedule, they stayed in communication throughout the day and I got everything fixed by the time I came home. Will call again! read more

Worked and retired from service industries for almost 40 years. So, I know what service is. This company had some of the most professional people I have dealt with. No pushy staffers or workers trying to milk you out of unnecessary repairs but make appropriate recommendations. Very respectful and quality work, reasonablly priced too. Hope I never need to but would not hesitate using their services again. read more

Great service. Mark and Tim were friendly and knowledgeable. Assessed the issue, explained what they were going to do, broke down cost, and all on a holiday. Very helpful. Will use this plumber again if needed. read more

This is my second review with the plumber the company is outstanding the representative that came to my rental 11/14/18 property was technician James he was very friendly very helpful he completed the job within a timely matter my home warranty company kept telling me that the plumber is not with this home warranty which is First American Home Warranty and it's not true they do service with this Home Warranty company I highly recommend going with the plumber read more

Bradley was really nice and fast at fixing our leaky faucets. Now, I can enjoy doing laundry at home again. Thanks!

Thank you to the wonderful office staff and owner for getting me a great technician to fix my shower leak. When the first guy was unable to find the leak they immediately dispatched another who found and fixed the leak in less than an hour. I like that they didn't argue but had great customer service; willing to listen and help. read more

Great customer service, friendly, knowledgeable, arrived wearing masks and explained everything that was done and completely in a timely manner. read more

Very nice guy. Enjoyed out conversation. Installed a new thermocouple, but couldn't get my water heater to stay lit. He gave it to me for free. I gave him a few bucks for his time, though, because he really worked hard to get my water heater to working. The next plumber I hired actually diagnosed the problem -- that the gas needed to be adjusted towards the pilot. The next plumber, "Pennies," lit the water heater, but it didn't stay lit. Ended up calling the gas company, who fixed, seemingly, everything, and made sure everything was workign correctly. read more

Had 2 hose bibs replaced. Paid exactly what was quoted through Yelp for parts and labor. No other fees or gimmicks. Technician was polite, informative and professional. Couldn't be happier. read more

This is my third time working with The Plumber and service was great as always. Within an hour of me calling in after noticing the water heater leaking and subsequent water damage, Robert was at my house with a plan to fix it. Great company and crew with reasonable prices and friendly service. read more

Thank you to Jim who fixed our leaky shower. He knew what to do and got it done professionally. We appreciated he came wearing a mask and took the time to clean up once the project was done. read more

They came out for home warranty repair on my tubs. First came and looked. Decided to order parts without doing any work. Waited until they showed up a week later. Came back to "repair" everything. Ended up breaking both and said more parts were needed. Reported to the home warranty that they were already broken so nothing was going to be covered. Beware of their shady tactics. read more

The plumber was Absolutely terrific! He did the work quickly, and cleaned up thoroughly when he was done. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody who needs plumbing done. read more

So far two positive experiences, easy to schedule, fast response, and two jobs well done. Thanks!

Had work done by them a few months ago through American home shield. The issue was not resolved and they came again. Every time they have come out they state an additional cost. Nothing is ever covered. My husband and I decided to call a plumber on our own, state our issues and they fixed it for $700 less than we were quoted and we haven't had this issue since. I highly recommend if they state you need hundreds of dollars worth of work get a second opinion. read more

American Home Shield assigned The Plumber to us for a leaky pipe. We've had trouble with their partner companies before so I was a little apprehensive... I was pleasantly surprised. I called Monday (non-emergency) and was on the schedule for Tuesday afternoon. The problem was fixed at that initial appt and it looked better than it did originally, with no extra or hidden costs. James was clearly very knowledgeable and we would definitely recommend him to anyone. read more

Incredibly fast, efficient, and very friendly service. Excellent price, too. Thanks, Bradley!

I had a leaking sprinkler valve problem that had me scratching my head and we were leaving on vacation the next day. I saw The Plumber on Yelp and gave them a call. The dispatcher set me up between 2:30-6:00 pm that same day. Mark and Nic came by at 4 pm and I explained my plight. Mark diagnosed my issue and completely explained why things were happening and the exact fix. Knowing that I had done the existing valve work, he recommended I just do the fix and save some money. I did the fix and all was right with the system before leaving for vacation. I really appreciated Mark and Nic's practical expertise and straight-forward approach for the fix. I will go with The Plumber for all my future needs and highly recommend them for anyone out there. read more

Call the Plummer for a problem I had with my house main valve. He came inspected the problem an according to him the problem with my main valve was on the city side. So he charged me $95 just to come an look at the problem, had me called the city and said if they gave me trouble saying the problem was on my property side to give him a call back and he would come back fix the problem and use the $95 paid towards the fix of my valve. Called the city they came and took a look and main valve problem was on my property. Called the Plummer to come and fix the problem with my valve and left a message with his secretary, she said he will give us a call back as soon as he could. He didn't call the day I called back. Called again the next day, left a message again with his secretary and again same response from her but no call back from him. If he didn't want to do the work he could of just said so. Would definitely not recommend him, it goes to show that there is no professionalism on his side. read more

I received excellent service from The Plumber. I had a leaky water valve and had to shut off the water to my house. The Plumber was at my house doing the repair in less than one hour. And this was after hours as well. I highly recommend this professional plumber. read more

The Plumber has usually does a great job at fixing any plumbing issue that we have. It usually takes some time to schedule an appointment as I'm sure they are very busy. This has been a bit frustrating but my last experience with this company has completely changed my view. Not only did they send a technician out the next day (and accommodated my hours of availability) but the technician they sent was absolutely AMAZING! Richard Richardson was so knowledgeable and professional at his work. He had an absolutely infectious and positive personality and seemed as though he could have done his work with his eyes closed. He was very skilled and gave great explanations of what he was doing (and I ask a lot of questions lol). Skill aside, Richard really made our day by his personality alone. Dear Plumber, you've got a good one here! If you have any other techs like Richard stashed away we are SOLD! Thank you! read more

We had a pipe burst in our wall and The Plumber team James and Brad performed outstanding work. First James stopped the emergency flood...and then we scheduled the team perform a re-plumb of the foundation pipes to overhead. Brad led that portion and was very thorough in explaining the job. I was very impressed with James and Brad, they were courteous, professional and very prompt with their work. I highly recommend this team for anyone needing plumbing work. If we ever need plumbing work again I will absolutely call The Plumber! read more

Another great experience with company, they sent out James who is extremely polite and took care of issue while going above and beyond by offering suggestions and various options to take care of issue from happening again because my line likes to get stuck yearly. one call did it all.... Appreciate the quick response, and professional handling of our plumbing issue... Dewey Pest Control techs dont need to crank so dang hard on the handle!!! Thanks again!!! Your tech was all masked up and professional!! read more

First, I didn't know why, with sixteen plumbing companies in Palmdale, American Home Shield would send someone from so far away. Hmm... They are a contractor for one of the worst home warranty companies around. (as I found out today.) Expect them to show up, not do much, fill out some paperwork, and leave without any of your problems being solved. They were honest, though. He kinda hinted about American Home Shield Warranty would have us pay for this and that to the end that I would be better off going at it alone without involving the warranty company. Learning experience. Sorry for the 2 stars, but guilty by association. read more

Corry came to the rescue! Fortunately he was able to finish a job that was "left undone" by "Rapid Plumbing". That's another review to come! Corry was absolutely personable and sooo informative and eager to help! I think I learned more about plumbing in the time he was there then ever before! Corry answered all my questions with no problem. Thank you Corry for a job well done! read more

My landlord had called this company to fix a leaky toilet. Robert Richardson arrived on time with great attitude and got right to work after introducing himself. He quickly identified the problem, explained it and set about taking care of it. Before I knew it he had the job completed and had me come check just to be sure. Great attitude and work ethic, excellent customer service. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family and request him to come take care of any future plumbing issues I may have. Thank you Robert!! read more

My compliments to "The Plumber". In this case James. He was sent to our home after we had placed a service request for a failing water heater through our home warranty provider. He came Friday afternoon, diagnosed the problem and informed us that our water heater had seen better days and that it was necessary to replace it. Come Saturday morning James and Mike arrives on time and replaced our old water heater with a new one in a very professional and timely manner. We now have hot water and couldn't be happier. Thanks for a job well done! read more
