I don't get over to this long-established food court straddling the back end of the city and Towson's doorstep--but will try to be better about that! Mall buzzy atmosphere is not yum-pleasant. I recently placed an order, but when I arrived, it had not been received on your end. I understand that these things happen, I was able to show my receipt and your staff began to remedy the situation with professionalism and kindness. However, the woman I believe to be the manager (short sandy hair) began storming around. She yelled at the staff for something that is not their fault. If anything, assuming that she is the manager, that would be on her. She also repeatedly snapped at me in a way that felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I understand the hospitality business is overwhelming but I would never talk to anyone that way, let alone a customer. Multiple employees kindly reassured me that I had done nothing to cause her reaction and were able to quickly get me my order. The team's excellent service is the only reason I am not giving one star. I have visited this location before and have always been treated with hospitality, which makes this incident stand out all the more. I hope this was an isolated occurrence, but I felt it was important to note. Hopefully she can get feedback and further training on customer service, communication, and management. read more

Placed my order online at 4:09pm for one pizza with pepperoni, sausage, green peppers, olives, jalapenos and bell peppers. Also paid for my order online. It said pick up would be 4:29pm. I was on my way and received a text at 4:21pm stating the pizza was ready. The parking was pretty easy. Someone was pulling out so I was able to pull right into a spot. This place is inside of Belvedere Square so the parking is always busy and full. I went right in and there was no line at the counter. They had a spot just for pick up orders. My pizza was right there waiting for me. Only interaction was with one employee who was pleasant. I just let her know that I was picking up and she was like great. The pizza was hot and fresh. My only dislike about the pizza was that I like wet jalapenos but, they use the dried ones. I didn't care for the sausage personally but, overall I still enjoyed the pizza. I will be sure to return. Stopped here at Belvedere Square for dinner. I was originally going to Atwater's but this place intrigued me. I ordered The Trust pizza and a Caesar salad. The cost was reasonable about $22 total. The portions were sufficient for two people so for a meal $22 is awesome. The food came out in about 15 minutes. We ate our meal outside which is always fun to people watch. The Caesar salad was delicious. Perfectly dressed with tangy anchovy dressing and fresh kale and romaine lettuce. The pizza was a thicker thin crust with a tomato red sauce, sausage and green peppers. My only suggestion is the bland breadstick on the salad. Either make the breadstick taste like something or just leave it off. It's always a welcome surprise to try new food that actually tastes good. I've been to pizza trust a few times and haven't been disappointed. Their thin crust is pretty great and usually a good amount of toppings. Service is usually quick, order take a lap around the market, find a table and the order is ready. My first visit I had a bit of a payment issue that the staff worked quickly to clear up but otherwise it's usually a quick in and out with good pizza. The Market is still doing some distanced outdoor music on Saturdays during covid so it may be a good stop for me every once in awhile. read more

Ordered from here a few times at work and it was so delicious. One of my favorite places to order from. I haven't been inside the actual place but it is available in apps for delivery. The pizza was great, loved the style, the cheese and the crust. I Got a new specialty flavor called "Sweet Heat" which was a shrimp/pineapple pizza with chipotle sauce. I especially loved how passionate the owner and employees were about it, they were super interested in what I thought and actively made an effort to make sure I felt satisfied and enjoyed it. This place is truly a hidden gem. We've lived in the area for over a year and we never heard of this place. We came here during the afternoon time for lunch. I didn't see anything on the menu that I would like so I decided to do the BYO. The total was $17+. I expected additional protein would be extra but I did not expect cheese or each veggie addition to be an extra cost. Definitely on the pricier side. The food took about 15 minutes to make but it was well worth the wait. The pizza was AMAZING. The fresh mozz was the showstopper. The quality of that cheese was spectacular (chef kiss). I am not a fan of crust in general, but the crust here was delicious. The artichokes and veggies were amazing and the hot honey drizzle made me want to dance. This pregnant mama was so happy. Will I be returning? Maybe. While the pizza was delicious, the cost of here compared to MOD's or Gusto's Build Your Own pizza is crazy. The double-double pizza was okay. It definitely had double cheese, but two of my slices didn't have any pepperonis on them. I don't think that qualifies as double pepperoni. The guy behind the counter convinced me to order French fries as well. He said "our fries are life changing." So I was sold. Okay Iv'e never had shallots on pizza before but I got Funcle Pie and they made every bite mouth watering. Ordering was easy but their menu is limited. It's easy to remove stuff but not to add anything to the pizza. I thought it was made very quickly, and it came out steaming hot. So...knocking off a star based off our last few visits... First, we called in our order - a salad and a pizza, both as-is off the menu. We were told it would be ready in 10 mins. When we came to pick it up 11 minutes later, not only was it not ready but they hadn't even started it. No apology or explanation, just a shrug and a muttered comment that that it would be ready soon. (Note: this was a random weeknight, not a weekend, and there was not a line of customers waiting when we arrived.) When we got home, we found out that they didn't dress the salad or provide the dressing on the side, whomp whomp. This most recent time, we ordered a couple pizzas, a salad, and a side of fries. I have to admit that the pizzas are pretty spot on each time and those fries were great. We opted for the bacon jam ranch and garlic aioli dipping sauces, which were a nice compliment. But the salad...maybe I need to learn not to order this going forward - was literally half mixed greens and half shallots. There was no feta, as listed, and a total of 3 chicken slices, whomp whomp. So, in closing, stick to the pizzas and the fries but avoid the salads until they can figure out the drastic inconsistencies each time. Oh, and don't bother trying to call in an order ahead of time. LOVE Pizza Trust! Little known, hidden gem with some of the best pizza in the city-hands down! I normally purchase the Bones and/or Funcle Pie. The pizza isn't always consistently made the same, but always the same taste. What I mean by that, sometimes this Bones will look like the pizza you see in cartoons that always looks so delish with a string pull to be envied. Then other times the Bones looks basic and has you questioning if the pizza was worth the price because the pizza trust is pricey for the size. These are pretty much personal pizzas for $11+. Filled in the old toulooloo spot and crushed it. Different shape take on pie but spot on. My wife and I split a Trust pie(don't judge us) which was delicious. Think it could have been cooked an extra minute or two longer(if you like crispy crust) but they were slammed for the Belv. Square Xmas lighting and firing pies out. First time visit here, we are huge fans of Clark burger for sure. Place just opened at Belvedere sq. so everything is very new. Ordered med salad, it was a bit plain, checked the menu it was missing feta cheese when it came out. No big deal but salad needed some zing. We ordered Korean bbq wings, these were big and tasted on point. We also ordered bsq blt pizza. It was tasty. Two minor issues: asked for plates offered me a Tray. Went to Atwater's and got plates. Second issue is wings and salad were served in Chinese food like containers. Doesn't work for eating here and these containers take a lot of room in the trash. Most people will share food so putting a salad and wings in take out containers to eat at the market were quite messy again and we needed plates. Will try again for sure. read more
