Crispy on the outside, light, delicate but not falling apart and heavy enough to hold together all that deliciousness without being filling like you just ate a large pizza. Now to the ridiculous tomato basil soup. I love the clam chowder but the tomato basil is my favorite. Savory, full of flavor, smooth, creamy and not greasy. Even as an infrequent drinker I can still tell you how to make a rum punch so it shocked me that they not only needed a recipe book to make it but they also kept going back to it over and over. After the bartender who I didn't order it from finally finished it, they carried it away because they didn't realize that I was the one who ordered it. When they finally realized what they had done and I had it in my hand it was unbelievably strong. Consistency is so important for bartenders because patrons should be able to order the same drink at different bars without having to guess how it will taste. Overall I would say that if that was hotel staff lending a hand then it was nice of them to do that but they shouldn't quit their day jobs, but if that was their actual bar staff then they should go back to bartending school.

We asked for a table for 4. We were told the wait will be over an hour. They asked if we would like to sit at the bar area, same food and probably would get service quicker. I said sure. We both want to look for a table and there were none, so I just told the staff that we will go to the bar area and wait while having a drink. We were given a buzzer. We came across a Maria bar table with a nice couple sitting there, and 2 open seats. I asked if we could sit there and they said of course. They then Deb moved over 2 seats arguing gave us 4 seats. I was do thankful for them being so nice that I picked up their bar tab. I noticed that the dining area has at least 5 open tables for 4 and 1 for 6+. I went up to the desk and told them this. I was told they were fit reservations and I couldn't have a table. Long story short, 45 min went guy and there were still open tables, I E's not happy and let them know. By this time though, our waiter Marco cans over to us and said he would take care of us, which he did.
