I'll admit, when I first started reading the menu, I was a little concerned I wasn't going to find something I'd like. Some of the combinations were definitely outside of what I would normally order. Then I spotted the Elf on the Shelf pizza. We asked our amazing waiter what he thought about it, and when he told us it was one of his favorites, we decided to commit and give it a try. Let me just say... MIND. BLOWN. This pizza was easily a 10/10 for me. The combination of flavors worked together so perfectly, and it ended up being one of my favorite meals from our entire Alaska trip. My only complaint? I'm back home in Arizona and we have nothing like it here! But I guess that just gives me another reason to come back to Alaska. It also happened to be Monday, and the lunch special slice that day was the Call of the Wild, which was exactly the one I wanted to try. If I'm eating pizza in Alaska, I might as well get the one with reindeer on it. It was savory, meaty, and very good. We also got a small Brewhouse Favorite with chorizo, sun-dried tomatoes, onions, cheese, and Denali sauce. The spicy chorizo and tangy tomatoes were a great combo. The thin crust was excellent. Chewy with a nice crisp edge, and sturdy enough to hold all the toppings without getting soggy. Lots of seating, plenty of parking, and a fun atmosphere.
