This is how thin, and greasy it was. The crust was orange from grease.

For what you pay for a personal pizza from this place is not worth the basic, tasteless, greasy and incredibly thin pizza. It was not cooked all the way. When you picked up the pizza it went limp and all the toppings went too. Not good cheese, or it would have stayed. Will not go here again.

Service was rude and apathetic, food was 30 min late from its expected ready time, and somehow food was still cold (and bland). Save yourselves some time, money, and flavor and look elsewhere (in my opinion). Honestly would've preferred a box of pizza bagels.

This food truck has been eluding me for what seems like years! Today, at the Spenard Foodtruck Carnival: https://www.yelp.com/biz/spenard-food-truck-carnival-anchorage-2 I was finally able to try them! The pizza is here is fantastic! It comes out piping hot and perfectly cooked, just as you'd expect from a brick oven! They style of pizza is, I would say, a hybrid approach: It has thinness similar to NY-style pizza, but without the extreme floppiness. It has a toasted crispiness similar to Neopolitan-style, but without the charring. It has traditional toppings but also some more new school ones, including lots of pizzas with chicken on them, kinda like California-style. All-in-all, it definitely works! I got a peperoni jalapeño pie and it was fantastic. Perfectly done!

I first had this pizza at the spenard food truck festival on Thursday in the summer. I had the margherita and it was really good! This place makes fresh pizza with their own sauce, thin crust and in a brick oven. They normally reside on Old Seward between Klatt and O'Malley. You can call the number on their Facebook page or on Yelp and call it in it doesn't take more than 10 minutes usually. Or you can drive up and order. We went on Black Friday all pizzas were $10 and I had been thinking of the margherita pizza. My husband said the spicy pepperoni was good too. I want to try one with a cream sauce next time.

I don't usually review a local place after my first visit but this pizza truck deserves a quick S/O. First of all, these pizzas are the perfect personal size. Great crust and fresh ingredients just bursting with flavor. What more can you ask? Highly recommend stopping and grabbing a pizza to go! Cheers.

my wife got the Margherita pizza she craves that one it's super good. i got the spicy pepperoni very much enjoyed it. pepperoni was delicious pizza was nice and had a great crust. sauce to topping ratio was perfect. great location close to the house on old seward. they are a good truck so you drive up and get out to order but you see them out around town too at events sometimes. was lucky enough to get the black friday special. all pizzas $10 on black friday. full price is around 12 or 13 i think for this one and most their other pizzas. he uses fresh ingredients. check out their menu before you go but they do offer cauliflower crust which they just started. next time i'll try that one.

YUM! Ordered the classic cheese pizza. It was the perfect thin crust and light yet flavorful sauce. It hit the spot for a light pizza. I can't wait to try other pizzas from here! They were also very quick. I called 15 minutes ahead and it was ready for pickup

This place is one of the better places for brick oven pizzas! Their menu is very well put together. I got the Spicy Pep and it has fresh jalapeños and that's but hard to get on a pizza so A+ for fresh jalapeños. The crust is perfect, the pizza is not oily which is actually really great. Was able to order and got my pizza pretty quickly. Great service and even better pizza. They are in a great location where you can get pizza. And next door you can get some pretty good coffee.

Just wasn't that good. Asks for light sauce gif zero sauce. My husband wanted to try this for his birthday and he said it was just so so.

Of course I knew there would be a wait, but I didn't know how bad it would be. Long story short, I ordered one banana bungalow waffle ($12, really?) for myself. The guy in front of me in line ordered a total of 5 waffles for himself and his family. The girl taking orders told him the wait would be about 35 minutes, so I figured mine would take about the same time. Spoiler: it did not. It took just over an hour. And to top it off, the waffle didn't live up to my expectations. The edges were burned and something about the cream tasted off, like it wasn't as fresh. Before they open again next spring, they really need to figure out a more efficient way to run their business. Hire more people, get more equipment, allow people to call/text in orders, something. Maybe even limit how many waffles one person can order because I would have had mine sooner if not for the people who ordered 10 waffles for their party. Because waiting over an hour for ONE waffle when that's all you make is ridiculous.

I could be wrong, but felt as if she was giving me an unwelcoming look. Right off the bat, they told me 'We're out of whipped cream!' And some other toppings... While I get that they were out of some stuff, they didn't have to blurt that out first thing. I almost didn't end up ordering anything because of that. That really soured my experience. I ended up getting a plain waffle for $6 with nothing on it. With toppings it would've been either $11 to $13. Where do they get off charging that amount of money for a waffle with a few toppings??? You could get all of those ingredients for under $10 at the grocery store and make a good 20 plus waffles for that price. I suggest lowering your prices. Your waffles are good...but why charge so much for them?

Now, my first culinary experience with this restaurant was a good one, their cheese burger with honey and whipped Brie?!?!?!?!?! Is a masterpiece disguised as a cheese burger the tater tots on the side? Meh! Nothing to see there. The most mind-binding, disrespectful thing I came across at this establishment is them calling a glorified Little Caesar's quality cheese bread with a side of dipping sauce a "Pizza" if it wasn't enough that this cheese bread was marketed as a "Pizza" which it is not but to call it a Detroit style Deep dish? Unforgivable! I wanted to love this pizza so badly but I cannot allow anyone else to spend $28.00 on a dried out, over cooked order of cheese bread.
