I knew I needed some guidance when it came to working out otherwise I would be too overwhelmed to figure it out alone. Luckily, I came across this yelp page and messaged Miros on instagram. She let me bring my best friend and we've been seeing her 2-3 times a week for the last 3 months. It took a while for me to see or feel any progress especially after the holidays and my PCOS but Miros was always so encouraging. She would check in with us regarding our meal plans without ever making us feel judged. She pushed us to do more every session and on days when our bodies just weren't feeling it she would modify the workout so we were able to get through it. When I enter the Axis space I am welcomed by high ceilings, clean environment and many different workout equipment from Pilates to Gyrotonics. It is such a sweet space and both Karen, Chris & Fabi are so welcoming. Karen immediately assesses what my body needs and we begin my workout. I feel rejuvenated, younger and mostly full of energy after my hour workout. I find that my body craves these movements and my body feels renewed. An hour with Karen twice a week and I know my body is standing taller, I am more flexible and I am much more in touch with the movement of my body. It is an energy uplifter and I am so grateful to have Gyrotonics as a part of my exercise routine.

I paid $1,200 for personal training sessions and made myself available and committed to completing them. However, there were repeated cancellations, attempts to switch to FaceTime sessions(which is not what i signed up for), and constant changes in scheduling. On top of that, I was told all sessions had to be completed by the end of February. However, due to a facility matter on her end, she did not have access to a gym and could not provide in-person n training until 02/11. this significantly reduced the available time to complete the sessions. Despite this being completely outside of my control, she refused to extend my sessions through March 11 to fairly make up for the time she did not have gym access. I was still expected to complete all sessions within the original time frame, even though she was unable to provide the service for part of that period. instead pushed to FaceTime sessions(which is not what i signed up for) I had to re arrange my whole schedule for the Month of February in order to not loose any sessions. To make matters more frustrating, she had previously texted that she would not be training anyone after February 2026, which led me to pursue other options for March. Then 3 days after all appointment sessions were confirmed for February 2026, I received a text that she would be on vacation for the month of February that we can resume sessions in March. after I had already made other arrangements for March due to her informing me that she would not train anyone after February. This situation felt inconsistent and unfair. I was patient and flexible, but I do not believe clients should bear the burden of scheduling issues, facilty problems, or shifting availability on the trainer's end I would strongly encourage anyone considering prepaid packages to get very clear written terms about experation dates, refunds, and what happens if the trainer cannot provide services due to gym acces issues.

I've been training with Pele for over a year and a half now I have been consistent with my diet and workouts seven days out of a week. Pele helped me drop down at 13.7% body fat and we're building muscle and gaining weight on a surplus. I am the strongest I've ever been. I am literally creating my dream body.. Pele has to push me beyond my wildest dreams to be the best version of me, and the first person who believed in my strength before I could believe in myself.
