I had hit a major slump since Covid and struggled trying to find ways to lose my pandemic weight. So... decided one day I wanted to make a change to my life- wanted to get moving and get healthy and lose weight. Sounds cliche enough right? Well it wasn't a new epiphany for me either. I've always been athletic and known how to eat healthy, but I've never known how to stay consistent and how to really make a lifestyle change that could stick.
