First of all I want to say that choosing Molivate has been one of the best decisions in my life. Moli saw potential in me that I never would have seen otherwise. Being a mom, cancer survivor, and working full time I had let myself go. I slowly started getting into working out and wanted to transform my physique and have been eyeing Molivate for some time. Fortunately I was able to get on Moli's schedule and he put me to work both physically and mentally. Moli is everything that I needed in a coach and as a friend in my fitness journey. If you have doubts whether you can make the change, follow my lead and you will see that anything is possible and choosing Molivate has made such a great impact on my overall health. Not to mention I've made such great friendships as well.

I found Molivate on Yelp in 2021 they had outstanding reviews. I got on a the waitlist and signed up with George. This gym is a family, I've never felt so welcomed. The support system is huge every trainer and every trainee cheer you on. I signed up to lose weight for my wedding I lost over 100 pounds within the 2.5 years I was at the gym. My wedding came and went and I loved how I felt and looked. I stayed because I had more work to do. I found out I was pregnant in 2023 I kept working out it kept me and my baby healthy. I stopped a month before my baby was due, I've been gone for 6 months now and I miss George and Molivate so much. I'm trying to manage being a new mom so I can't come back yet but I'm implementing what George has taught me into my new mom life and getting back on track. I'm so thankful for the team at Molivate I probably wouldn't have been healthy enough to have a baby if it wasn't for you guys I'll always be thankful. Take the chance it's worth it

I don't know that I express the gratitude I have for Molivate in words. I came here because I had hit a plateau when it came to loosing my covid weight and couldn't get past it no matter what I did, nothing was moving the needle. I contacted Moli and he was booked but he recommended I see one of his other trainers, Renato, and I am so happy I did. I feel like Renato was a perfect fit for me, he pushed me just enough but also not to a point of making me never want to come back again. I started at Molivate not really knowing what to expect but I'm currently leaving with confidence, self control and a routine in place. What I loved most about him was the fact that he actually went through a transformation him self so he knew the struggle we were all experiencing. Renato became more than just a trainer, he because a friend and my hype man when needed. Hands down the best place to be! P.S. They are really busy and have a waiting list so put your name in now!

When I first signed up and started here I wasn't sure what to expect. I figured a trainer would give me workouts and keep me accountable, and yes this is how it did start but it quickly became so much more to me. It became a part of my life and something I look forward to every week. It became a safe place for me to be in my own head and not think about my kids, my chores, my problems. Every week I came and watched people and myself come in and crush goals and PRs and walk out of there standing taller. Coming to Molivate was a reminder to keep getting stronger and not just physically but in every part of my life. The talks from not just my trainer Paulo but the owner Moli has motivated and help me push through any physical and mental block. All the trainers there are amazing. I've trained with Paulo and will always be grateful for the things he's taught me. He has helped me in so many ways and I will be forever grateful for meeting him and working with him. Don't sleep on doing this for yourself. It truly is the best investment for yourself. I have never felt better and more confident in my own skin. Being a 40 year old mom I never thought I would feel that again. But I feel better now than ever.

I started training at Molivate in February with Austin. From working night shifts being a wife and mom I wanted something for myself. I had never joined a gym prior to Molivate as I would mostly work out on my own at home. In the beginning I could not do a proper push up, squat with a barbell, deadlift etc. I continued to show up and consistently pushed myself at training and outside of training. I have completely grown to love lifting and continue to want to lift heavy. It is crazy to see how my body composition has changed from dropping body weight, fat, and adding muscle. This review is long overdue. I cannot recommend Molivate enough. Whether you've been powerlifting since forever or you've taken a hiatus from fitness, you'll get so much out of this gym. All of the trainers here make you feel comfortable no matter what level of fitness you're at. Prior to joining this gym, I was generally active, but I just wasn't seeing the results I wanted (physique and strength-wise). Paulo helped me achieve all of my goals in the 10 months I had him as a trainer. Like so many others, during COVID I got pretty lazy and gained fat. I actually was the heaviest I had ever been. When I joined, I told Paulo my focus was primarily on fat loss and strength building. At the end of my training, Paulo helped me hit maxes and PRs on all my compound lifts. In total, I lost about 15% body fat and 10 lbs. Although the workouts can be killer and make you want to die sometimes (half joking), the feeling after each session is so rewarding. Overall, I enjoyed my fitness journey here, and it helped me continue to live a more active, healthy lifestyle - eating and training w/ intention and confidence. I really loved the community, the environment, and the friends I made at this gym. The only reason I stopped my membership was because I had to move out of state, otherwise, I definitely would have stayed. Thanks again to Paulo for being an awesome trainer, and everyone at team Molivate for making every session fun and worthwhile. I miss you guys! I'm waiting for the Vegas location, Moli :P

Molivate isn't just a gym, it's a life changing environment with a family for life! Moli and his team are amazing trainers. They are all knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. If you are willing to put in the work, make some lifestyle changes, and most importantly trust them, they WILL get you exactly where you want to be. The trainers at Molivate not only transform bodies, they transform lives and mentalities. I have been training with Moli for almost 9 months. Thanks to him, I have transformed my body's composition in a way I was never able to do on my own... I have been training for many, many years and have never been able to achieve what I have since I started training with Moli. I feel like I finally understand how my body works with workouts and eating habits. I finally figured out how to live a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Where do I even start... Training with Moli has completely changed my life. I started training with Moli in 2020. I was always thin and had trouble gaining muscle. Moli made a meal plan perfect for me. He taught me how to perfect my form while lifting. He taught me the do's and donts in the gym which helped me become confident in any gym i went to. He showed me that fitness is a life style and a journey. I can always count on him whenever I need advice. He is not only a trainer. He is a Life Mentor. He is a counselor. He is now a friend. I stopped training with Moli 6 months ago but he is still always there for me whenever I need him. When I say he is the BEST TRAINER EVER!!! I mean it.

I have been training at Molivate on and off since 2018. I moved away and moved back to Long Beach in 2021 and have been training a Molivate ever since. Prior to training at Molivate I have always been active and into fitness but had problems managing my weight, following a workout plan, staying consistent, and did not see any results. I was convinced that I had poor genetics and a slow metabolism. I found that my body weight and physique was beginning to become more and more difficult to maintain and was not happy with how I looked or felt. At the tail end of COVID I had gotten to my heaviest with my body fat hanging around 30% + and my weight hanging around +200 lbs. I met Moli years back through my fiancée. I started following Molivate on IG and was inspired by the impact and the results Moli brought to his clients. I decided to invest in myself and Molivate has transformed my life ever since. Moli has helped me develop a strong foundation of knowledge in fitness, life, nutrition, and mindset. Prior to training with Moli I was battling low self esteem, low energy, and had poor habits. Since I have been training at Molivate I have been in the best mental and physical state I have ever been in my life. All the lessons I have learned at his gym has translated to better outcomes with work, life, and personal relationships. Moli is a great trainer, he does a great job getting a baseline of your current state and building a plan for your future state. He was on top of tracking my progress through monthly measurements, weekly weigh ins and customized workout programs. Moli does a great job of holding me accountable and he isn't afraid to call me out if I start to slack but he also provides me with grace when I am hard on myself. Since I have been training with Moli at the start of 2021 I have dropped down from 200 lbs to 157 lbs, got my body fat down from 30%+ down to 7% and competed in my first men's physique competition! Moli has been a great life coach and trainer. He continue to push and challenge me to do things that I have never dreamed of. My advice to anyone out there who may be interested/considering in training at Molivate. Do it! Investing in myself was the best decision that I have ever made. I used to talk myself out of it because change/growth was scary. My mind would create excuses as to why I shouldn't. Often times the price or cost of training deterred me and the fear of missing out on life because of the healthy lifestyle change. Everything started changing and transformed for me once I stopped thinking with a "loss mindset" and starting thinking with a "growth mindset."

I grew up pretty much a stick, my nickname growing up was toothpick. Fast forward to the ripe age of 29 where your metabolism goes downhill and you just look like you're pregnant when in reality you're sporting a food baby. There were other personal training gyms that I did my research on but the reviews and photos posted on the Molivate page caught my eye. I did not know anything about weight training prior to personal training. I started at 44% body fat. I was what you called a skinny fat since I had no muscle on me. Within several months, I was able to drop to 27%. Following your meals and the exercise splits that Moli provides you; you will see results. Moli has helped me grow mentally and physically. I am more confident in myself in terms of my self-esteem, my appearance and my capability. Moli makes you accountable inside and outside the gym, which makes you want to work harder to reach your goal. I've made a lot of friends at this gym to the extent where I can even call them my family. I've been training with Moli for a solid year now and cannot wait to see what the next year brings. Without Moli, I wouldn't be where I am now. Fitness isn't just a hobby, it's a lifestyle.

I can not praise or thank Moli and his gym enough for changing my life!!! The physical AND mental growth I have already achieved since training with Moli is exactly what I have been needing and striving to reach for years!! The gym is always clean, organized, very well maintained and bumping the BEST hype music! Moli and his other trainers are some of the MOST inspiring, motivating and supportive people I have ever met!! Renato! Kuya! Looking back on the past year, and where I am today, let me start off by saying, wow I've come a long ways and thank you for always believing in me and pushing me to be a better me. You've helped me grow, mentally, physically and emotionally. Through this entire journey you've became more than just a trainer, but a friend and brotha. * People ask me, "Why do you work out so much?", "You're already fit.", or "Why do you pay for a trainer?". You only have one body and investing into a healthy LIFESTYLE is well worth it. Being fit and working out is 1/3 of the formula. There's other dynamics you also have to worry about, such as diet, consistency and most importantly understanding your own body. Let's say I didn't care to much for my diet before coming here. Fast forward two year @molivate my trainer @mv8_renato really took the time to figure out different diets, and after trial and error, I'm sitting today at a solid 178 muscle mass with 12% body fat, compared to 155 one year ago. I never was able to cross the 160s my ENTIRE LIFE. The best part about @molivate is there's no judging or need to be ashamed of anything. The entire molivate team understands what kind of goals your trying to accomplish (whatever it maybe) and they're willing to help get you there, with no special tricks etc. HARD-WORK, EFFORT, and most importantly ensuring YOU DONT GIVE UP ON YOURSELF. ACCOUNTABILITY I will always carry the #molivatemindset wherever the Army takes me. It's been a real pleasure making new friendships and meeting like minded people who #FSU and are on that grind working their way to the top. There's a reason why this personal training gym has a waiting list for months and has a 5 star rating. Molivate gym is a 10 out of 10! All the trainers there - Moli, George, Renato, Paola, and Yenni- are some of the most inspiring, motivating people I know. They're personable, know their stuff, and keep you accountable. The vibe of the gym is like you're part of a family, you get to know other clients, the other trainers, and the owner Moli himself. Such a positive environment! I trained at Molivate twice so far and love it. The first was in 2017 to get shredded for my wedding. The second time around was with my trainer and now friend, Renato. I went back after my first baby, I was 16 months postpartum, and finally ready to get back in a shape and have a regular workout schedule. Renato's a great trainer, he customizes the workouts to meet my needs, good listener and keeps the workouts fun. I ended up losing 10 lbs and 10% body fat. I'm a petite 4'11 woman so that was a lot in that timeframe. I came out stronger than the first time around too, my squats and deadlifts were more heavy, and shoulders more defined. The only reason why I stopped after 10 months was because I found out I was pregnant with my second baby! I continued training with him til I was about 9-10 weeks pregnant and when I told I was pregnant he right away tailored our workouts. I think the mental transformation was even better. After having a baby, life gets chaotic and I forgot to take care of myself. When I finally came back to Molivate, I gained my confidence back, self esteem, and motivation to get back and stay in control of a healthy lifestyle. All good qualities I am carrying with me in my second pregnancy that I didn't have before. So definitely coming back for a third time, once I'm ready!

How much does this cost for training 1 or 2 times a week?

I don't believe you can pay per session. You pay per month (8 sessions/2 a week). The price per week is between $30-60 depending on the package that works best for you. You can view the prices on the main website.

How much does this program cost? Is it monthly? Are you only going to the gym or do they create a meal plan for you? Is the new plan realistic?

There are a few options for this health investment. However, if you are serious about your health and fitness goals, you are making the right choice. You will still need to have access to an outside gym because GOALS.

I requested an appointment and Jay, returned my call that evening. When I told him what times I was available, said it would be best to go with his brother, Jolin. Went in a couple days later and had a consultation, included a standard basic health questionnaire and mini workout so he could assess. I'm not going to lie here, you might be in sticker shock when you get the price quote, but if you are serious about your health and fitness, not short term but rather long term, that shouldn't be an issue. If you can't or don't want, don't waste your time or theirs. It is has been about 6 months I've been with Jolin and that investment has been worth it. He works on a specific plan to your needs, and pushes you to do better, to be your best self. The motivational quotes are really inspiring around the gym. Jolin also talks the talk. It's like a nutritionist telling you what to eat to lose weight, as they sit there stuffing their face with donuts. He does his own works outs regularly. Jolin's experience is extensive, his clientele impressive, but it is the connection you also have to have with your trainer to be successful, and a genuine interest your trainer has in making sure YOU meet YOUR goals. Also, when learning a new exercise, he takes the time to show you. Watches you do a couple and if you aren't doing correctly, makes sure you are, even if it take the whole session. You know you got a great trainer when you having a tough day, perhaps mentally, and you hear, "keep pushing"in your head. Wish I found Barot Bro earlier.

He is extremely knowledgable, and everything we do has a clear purpose. Therefore, my frustration was that I would do a lot of cardio, such as spinning classes, but I wouldn't see any difference in my body. Training with Roger taught me the importance of balance in a workout routine. This included cardio but pairing it up with weights and core exercises to round out my workout routine. Lack of confidence was a big issue with me where I was worried that I would be judged because I didn't know how to work out correctly. Roger is a great trainer in that he was able to show me how to improve my posture when working out without feeling like I am being judged. Roger's personality is personable, patient, and easy going. He is a professional and it is evident that he has mastered his craft and enjoys training his clients. He does a great job in pushing clients to achieve more in each session but also knows when to pull back by remaining engaged on how the client feels on the day. In the event someone is debating whether or not to work with him, I would encourage them to sign up with Roger. I would explain my hesitation in the beginning, where I was worried whether I would be judged or if I would even learn the routines to see results. Personally, those fears were put to rest from the first session, and I have certainly learned a lot about working out, gained confidence, and have seen the results.

I'm always greeted by smiling faces that make me feel welcome. The gym has a variety of equipment and weights so workouts stay fresh and motivating. The music is fun and keeps me going. Even though I've only patronized SMTF for a little over a month so far, Caleb has been able to help me improve my overall strength and conditioning exponentially. He's coached me on my ways that I can improve my form, lift technique, diet, and nutrition. In addition to Caleb's expertise and professionalism, SMTF is easily one of the best gyms that I've ever stepped foot in. Fitness equipment in the gym includes resistance bands, treadmills, free weights, battle ropes, rowing machines, and even a boxing ring. You'd be surprised at how much more they have than you think. When you don't have time to prepare your meals and are in a hurry, you can order from their small meal service. Jay Personal Trainer: My first step was to text Jay after I arrived at the gym, as only members were allowed to access the gym. To make it even better, if you are working with a trainer, you do not need to pay for gym memberships. All you need to pay for is Jay's training services! I was immediately at ease when Jay opened the door and welcomed me with a smile. In addition to introducing himself, Jay explained his experience and the background of his company. Just the two of us went to a small area where we discussed my overall goals and what I wanted to gain from the experience. As a result, we performed a short workout to determine my fitness level, and I have to tell you, it was very low. Jay, however, was beyond supportive. His approach was to get down on my level and tell me it's day one, and that everyone starts somewhere. After working with Jay for almost two weeks now, I can see a difference in my energy, confidence, and overall gym feeling. The workouts he designs are tailored to my abilities, and he challenges me consistently! As someone who is just getting back into working out, he motivates me and pushes me past my limits while understanding my physical limitations. Mela Plan: In addition to personal training, Jay provides meal plans, and even if one doesn't agree with you, mine was grapefruit, we work together to find an acceptable replacement. Remember, it is a lifestyle change, so you will not get everything you want! As part of his meal plan, Jay also uses an app to document your progress, take pictures, and add to your meal plan.
