Went in a couple days later and had a consultation, included a standard basic health questionnaire and mini workout so he could assess. I'm not going to lie here, you might be in sticker shock when you get the price quote, but if you are serious about your health and fitness, not short term but rather long term, that shouldn't be an issue. If you can't or don't want, don't waste your time or theirs. It is has been about 6 months I've been with Jolin and that investment has been worth it. He works on a specific plan to your needs, and pushes you to do better, to be your best self. The motivational quotes are really inspiring around the gym. Jolin also talks the talk. It's like a nutritionist telling you what to eat to lose weight, as they sit there stuffing their face with donuts. He does his own works outs regularly. Therefore, my frustration was that I would do a lot of cardio, such as spinning classes, but I wouldn't see any difference in my body. Training with Roger taught me the importance of balance in a workout routine. This included cardio but pairing it up with weights and core exercises to round out my workout routine. Lack of confidence was a big issue with me where I was worried that I would be judged because I didn't know how to work out correctly.
