I needed to workout but I got a physical condition so it was hard for me to go back to my old workouts (lifting weights/running ) I started Pilates 5 months ago since it also helps with stretching (helping my physical condition) and I love it so many pros I have lost 15 pounds/ I see my body getting tone and strong ! & the stuff is so kind & friendly . the only con is that the 'unlimited' 6 month subscription is not 'unlimited' you can only book 31 classes monthly and that's a shame because I love Pilates so much at this point that I wish I could be able to take more then one class per day ! .. read more

I'll start with the good, they have classes just about every hour at one of their two facilities, which include classes for beginner level all the way to advanced. There are 10+ instructors with varying levels of experience, personalities, and styles. The community is always light, encouraging, and welcoming. I gave Pilates another shot last year at The Pilates Co and I am so happy that I did! Every instructor is patient, kind, explains every transition and movement down to the toe position, you will NEVER feel like you don't understand what's going on. Coming here has been the best decision I've made. I've only just started back on my fitness journey and was intimidated to try Pilates. From the first day I felt very welcomed. Kayla was very sweet. I did tell her that I had a knee injury and she was very alert to make adjustments as I needed. I've been to both studios and love that they are clean and spacious. I've also tried different instructors and classes. If you are looking to get back on the saddle as I was, DO NOT HESITATE! There are various classes that can accommodate whatever fitness level you feel comfortable with and they offer early and late classes to accommodate for any working schedule. Give this a try. This is the first Pilates studio that I've been to and I am beyond happy to have found it. I started last November and I've taken nearly 100 classes. The studio is exceptionally clean, spacious and the instructors are so nice and helpful, they really know their stuff! They are constantly learning new techniques and I love that it keeps me excited to learn something new. I'm super pumped that they expanded the studio, they now offer TRX, barre and mat Pilates! I recently upgraded to unlimited classes so I can fully take advantage of the range of classes. I've lost 20 plus pounds this year and I couldn't have done it without this studio.
