I absolutely love it here! I've been coming to HOTWORX for about a year now, and my experience has been amazing since day one. The studio is always spotless and very well maintained, which makes every workout feel comfortable and inviting. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help -- whether it's answering questions, explaining the workouts, or just offering encouragement. I really appreciate how consistent the environment is. It's welcoming, motivating, and never feels intimidating. The workouts themselves are efficient and challenging, and I've seen great results since becoming a member. They're also introducing new machines in the FX Zone, which is a huge plus and shows they're continuing to invest in improving the studio. Do not become a member here if you want the worst experience trying to cancel with them! The staff will pretend to be on your side while trying to cancel and then fail to input your cancellation altogether ! I've spoken with two different staff members on the charges to my account and failure to cancel the first time and i'm getting thrown in circles. They have no recording of my cancellation but that's because they never inputted it in when i walked in twice to do it! Horrendous lazy customer service when it comes to sorting out any issue of this sort. Always a great workout in an infrared sauna! HotWorx definitely makes you sweattt. I decided to do their 3 HIIT workouts back to back one day and boy did I have a good session. It's 15 mins each and starts immediately after one another, with no break. It's in 126 degrees sauna rooms, so make sure you bring ur water bottle! Hot Blast- combination of upper and lower body workouts. Love the full body workout Hot Thunder- water rower using their water tank pully system . Great for back, biceps, triceps, shoulders, core and hip. My arms were giving out trying to keep pace with the virtual instructors! (The instructors didn't have water in their rower btw so that's why they're faster) Hot Cycle- great cycling and most popular here. Awesome cardio ! I've also tried their mat Pilates from a different day, those are really great body workouts too! It's 24/7 so it's super convenient. read more

I'm sold on this place! Going to traditional gyms has felt like a chore lately. There are virtual instructors in each sauna so you get that fitness class feel but in a more private environment. You can fit up to 3 people to a room but space will be tight. I love how easy it is to schedule a session and stay open 24/7! I'll definitely be coming here more often! read more

For working out, the model is unique and useful for people who are in the go. It's a private sauna with workouts every 15 minutes/1 hour, depending on the workout. It's pretty clean, and for the most part, staff is nice and helpful. My two cons are that (1) the Wi-Fi doesn't always work, and the app to login in your workout and calories are dependent on that. When I had asked the wifi once, the staff texted the managwr and they replied with the this emoji and (2) your supposed to reserve a room in advance. I typically go out my way to make sure I get a time slot/room where I'm alone because I'm immunocompromised. But I hate how they'll be someone in the room (but the app said I'm the only one). This tells me they didn't actually reserve the room. I wish there was better regulation of this from the gym. It's disappointing when I finally make a trip to the gym, thinking I'll have them to myself, but there's someone squatting there. read more

I moved states a couple months back and called them about 2 weeks ago to cancel my membership but they still tried charging me today no response to email and was told I had to come in person which isn't possible currently since I'm not in the states sucks because I thought this place was good but only when you need to sign up not when you want to cancel read more

The studio does not fix things in a timely manner and cleaning wipes have been empty. The water machine is disgusting. Staff is not friendly at all! Overall terrible experience here. We gave it multiple tries and something always seemed to be broken. Nothing is updated like other locations. Overall very sad. I hate being hot! My husband was going, and I did not understand what he meant by working out in a sauna. I decided to go with him, and I was amazed at what I could do in the sauna that I cannot do in a regular gym. You can pick the time you want to go, so it works with your schedule and the times I have been here it has not been overcrowded. It is clean and the workers I have come across our friendly. She was such a sweet, friendly, upbeat, and thorough Communicator and was able to answer all my questions in a simple and straightforward manner about the cost of Signing up and the Monthly Fee that follows. I love how Rayna explained to me the different ways I can work out at thie Gym too - I had no idea there was a private lifting area outside the Sauna Rooms which was designed really well in a Simple and Stress Free Way! Rayna helped set me up for a Trial appointment within a few days and I had a good time trying out the different weights and machines. I visited this HOTWORX today! My first time visiting and my first time seeing this concept of infrared sauna combined with exercise. I scheduled with LISA the 30 min HOT STRETCH. I felt so good after my Hot Stretch session thanks to LISA. There are many other choices like Yoga, Pilates and Cycling so you can choose the perfect workout for your own fitness level/goals.I signed up with Lisa. She explained everything really well and was very knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to my next session. When you download the HOTWORX app and combine it with the 24 hour member access you just schedule your next visit and then come in and get right to your workout. It's super convenient!!! This location is beautiful. Larger than I expected. Staff is friendly. Price is reasonable for what you get: 24 access to all rooms and weights. I got my $99 enrollment fee reduced to $5 as I signed up during a promo. My only suggestion would be.. maybe offer some sort of merch discount for new members on day of sign up. Ex: get 25% off all HOTWORX merchandise on the day you sign up only (towels, mat, other items). Although I wish the towel and mat were included in the membership, I understand this is a business. Just wish they would make that piece more enticing. Overall loving the location and the sweat! read more
