They provide you with a meal plan, a guide with instructions to help you succeed, and training classes are available morning and evening during the challenge six days a week. The trainers do a great job of staying on top of you by making sure you keep pushing and also making sure you are doing exercises correctly. I highly recommend you give this challenge a try, but only if you are willing to commit. Although all the tools are provided, there is a lot of will power that is required by each individual to succeed. Following the instructions on the guide are a must. Looking forward to challenge number 2 starting on January 9th, 2023. Highly suggest joining the 5am class, there is a lot of consistent members and this helps you stay motivated. Thank you to all the trainers and staff at the camp.

If I could give her 100 stars I would!…read more I found Coach Ang's page Spring of 2022. I took a leap of faith & joined her special mat pilates 1 time course. I had been struggling with postpartum weight gain and worst of all, knee pain, lower back pain, and having no strength to even pick up my infant. After the mat pilates, I kept coming back to her website over and over, and I finally decided to message her on Instagram for a consultation. I've weight trained before in small classes (ironically, next door) but not with a 1x1 coach or proper form. I knew up front the first 3-4 months would be just getting my body to start moving again. And boy, was it hard. The post COVID fatigue is real. Fast forward to beginning of Fall of 2022 and I physically start to notice inches, definition, my arms shrinking, my butt growing, weightloss, & being able to pick up my son without hurting! Not only is she so funny, she is like a mini therapist, she does not yell at you (unless you want her to lol), and she is so beyond encouraging and will continue to remind you of your struggles from the beginning to your strength now. Whatever you give is what you'll get back. And now with her offering pilates, it is a GAME CHANGER! Which is ideal for my knee issues, pre natal and elderly folks. Contact coach Ang! You won't regret it!

I had to stop training for a while due to financial challenges and then COVID, but when I decided to seriously prioritize my health again about two years ago, I knew I didn't want a quick fix, I wanted something sustainable. Instead of focusing on the number on the scale, he's taught me to value strength, consistency, and overall health. I've learned so much about the importance of muscle, protein, calories, and how everything works together to create real, lasting results, mind body soul! Beyond that, the environment he's created is amazing. It's very family-oriented, welcoming, and supportive.
