Loved this barre class! I've been doing barre for years and my very favorite studio closed a few…read moreyears ago. Since then my body has never been the same, the sculpting I had before has been almost impossible to achieve. I've been trying different barre studios and just hadn't found the one that worked my butt and legs the way my original studio had. Cassie's class finally did that. She incorporates cardio WITH the barre moves. Some studios will throw in some cardio but it's typically separate from the barre moves...the difference it makes when the cardio comes from the combination of repetitions and quick transitions is huge. My butt is so sore this morning...that's the best feeling!! She makes the class fun and the music is good, other people taking the class were super friendly. The classes are 45 minutes long and she does not waste a single minute. I love the 45 minute, go hard format. She incorporated most of the most effective moves you can do in barre. I'm in the middle of a move and only up this way a couple of day's per week right now but I'll be taking classes here every time I can. I highly recommend this studio!
